I got scammed with a fake warranty deal from ForeverCar.com
I got scammed with a fake warranty deal from ForeverCar.com. I've been shelling out $55.68 every month for over a year. But when my car broke down, these guys didn't lift a finger to assist me. They just kept giving me the runaround, avoiding fixing my car.
I had the three-year unlimited miles no obligation warranty
I had the three-year unlimited miles no obligation warranty. You can cancel anytime, and if not paid, it just cancels. Well, I had no intention of renewing because our car got totaled six weeks ago. I'm requesting a refund for $63 that was charged to my bank account today.
My problem with ForeverCar is they refuse to refund $172.00 after I canceled my contract with them
My problem with ForeverCar is they refuse to refund $172.00 after I canceled my contract with them. I feel I am entitled to a refund because I canceled the contract in August, so the September payment was not needed and the other $86.00 was paid a month in advance. This company is dishonest, and I would not recommend anyone to be taken advantage of by them. They have no integrity. Beware!

I made an account for car coverage on March 4th and had it until May 9th, 2022
I made an account for car coverage on March 4th and had it until May 9th, 2022. They said my car would be covered as long as I owned it, but it got canceled on May 9th, 2022. I called on June 21st, 2022 and they said my car wasn't covered anymore because it was too old. I asked for a refund since I never made any claims, but they said I couldn't get my money back. I've been paying for 38 months at $47.53, which adds up to $1806.14. They owe me that money and I want it back.
Contact number 4000-662hxr
Contact number 4000-662hxr. I got this warranty in 2018, never had any claims until now. My motor started to make noise. I called ForeverCar. They told me to find a shop to take it to. Everyone I called refused to use this company. So I called ForeverCar back and told them that I wanted to cancel my contact because no one would take their warranty. The lady transferred me to the manager. When he got on the line, he told me that they have a company that they have a contact with. Gave me the name and number and asked me to give them a call. I called them and had my truck towed to them. When the company called ForeverCar and told them what was going on with the truck, ForeverCar told them to call me to get an okay to start working on the truck. I have the okay and that's when the mechanic shop manager told me that I would have to pay for them to take the motor down. They refused to pay to have my truck fixed.
I signed up with Forever Car in June
I signed up with Forever Car in June . I never talked to any agents. It was just a click, click and go. The contract cost was $657. The terms were 48 months or *** miles, whichever came first. My current mileage was never confirmed, but it was showing ***. I thought the *** miles were in addition to the existing ***. Who would pay $657.00 for less than *** miles?! By August 11, I had already reached 44,000 miles. This is a bad business practice, and I want a full refund for this useless contract and for not being fully informed at the time of purchase. I was also told that I would get a refund for my payments if I could provide paperwork. While I was gathering that, which would have basically canceled the whole contract, a manager called me and said, "too bad. Even though you couldn't have used it, you still have to pay for the whole thing." *** is a scam and should be closed down.
I bought this warranty like a year and a half ago and I never had to use it until a few days ago
I bought this warranty like a year and a half ago and I never had to use it until a few days ago. My car had a problem with the transmission and I tried to make a claim for it. But the person in charge of approving it kept saying that I have to pay for the repair shop to fully check my transmission for other issues. They said I need to prove that the transmission failed for a different reason because they don't cover fluid leaks. I've had other warranties before and I never had to prove anything like this. By the way, I would've stayed with my old warranty provider, but they don't cover my car anymore because it's old. I got a powertrain warranty that includes transmission coverage. When I called customer service, I talked to three different people who didn't really help me. The worst was this guy named Blake who asked me to find in my contract the specific part that was damaged in my transmission. The adjuster, Carlotta, was no help either and she was supposed to be the manager. She sounded annoyed with me and kept sighing during our call. So, in the end, this warranty is a waste of money. They cover the transmission, but not the specific part that's broken in it? That's weird. The customer service is really bad, so it's better to go with another warranty provider. I'm canceling my warranty and I'm going to write a review on every website I can find. I've already wasted my time and money, but I hope I can help other people avoid this.
