A very professional organization! They provided excellent service in dealing with *** and assisting in getting them to relinquish my timeshare. Every person in the Client Protection Group with whom I had dealings was responsive, courteous and thorough. Their rates were reasonable. I would use them again if I ever had need of their services.

We began phone communication with the Client Protection Group in March 2022. By May 2022, we received a letter from our timeshare company that our contract was canceled. AND, the $6000 mortgage debt balance was gone! At first we were skeptical because two years ago another company had promised to eliminate our timeshare. We paid them over $10,000 and they did NOTHING! The representative at Client Protection Group guided us to their website explained their five star ratings, ComplaintsBoard.com membership and reviews. As we began to work with them, everyone was professional, courteous, empathetic and effective in resolving our situation. Timeshares and circumstances can be different, but I am confident they are up to any challenge. We could not trust anyone anymore to get us out of it and then that's when spoke with *** He was kind and friendly and did not make us feel pressured at all and answered all of our questions. After doing some research and realizing there is NO resale market for Timeshare's, my wife and I decided to take a chance on CPG. Even though it took a little longer than I had hoped we are Finally Out of our Contract, and the remainder of our Mortgage Balance. True to my word I told them that if they got me out I would give them a good review on here. They were also way cheaper than the other Companies I spoke with. Naturally I was skeptical about trying to work with yet another company. However, after checking the ComplaintsBoard.com I forged forward. It did take longer than I had hoped due to all of the *** delays and temporary shut downs, but Client Protection was successful and was able to relieve me of a contract of $36,000. Client Protection however did stay in touch with me and kept me informed during that time. This is such a relief not to have this burden in my senior years without my husband.

It is early in the process but they, *** and ***, contact me regularly to update me, and most important, they are easily reachable and return my calls! It all sounded "too good to be true" that they would go after another group that had already scammed me about getting me out of my timeshare. A Group member, *** spoke--with me on the line-- Will update my review as things move along.with the credit card company I used to pay them -- to open a dispute! I look forward now to getting my money back and my timeshare gone! I will update my review as things progress.

I cannot thank the people I worked with in this company enough. Jarron and Imelda were there to help me every step of the way. My husband passed away in the middle of all the transactions and I was very concerned I would not be able to do the rest alone. That was not the case at all. l they helped me through every step and were always there to answer ever question I might have. In a much shorter time than I imagined I was getting checks back and soon I was out of the contract with *** and had received a large amount of money back. I was amazed at the whole deal. I know these people are trustworthy and do exactly what they say they will do. My highest praise goes out to them.

I highly recommend Client Protection Group for help in timeshare contract cancellation. After many attempts to sever our timeshare agreement with *** since November , I finally was able to receive confirmation from the resort that we relinquished from our contract due to the efficient efforts of Client Protection Group. I hired them on February 1 and after completing documents for them, *** relinquished my timeshare ownership on March 15. I am now awaiting the finalization papers from Elkhorn. CPG is also helping pursue refund of funds spent unsuccessfully with other companies promising timeshare contract cancellation. They are professional and efficient.

I am at the beginning stage with the Client Protection Group. I had been calling around and spoke to several companies. I almost signed with another company. I got a call from Jarrod and he was able to completely explain the entire process through and through. What I found that attracted me was that during this process they will work on your credit with a company that they partnered with. He was very patient and very knowledgeable. I was skeptical at first because I have been burnt before. So, far everything that he explained has come to be true. I am receiving the emails that I was told that I would receive. He will call you back right away if he is not available. He was able to give me some sense of relief that I am in good hands. Hopefully this process will not take to long. I will send another update once I completely out of this contract.

Being on the do-not-call list, I questioned the caller about the legality of the call, as we had no prior relationship. He admitted to using a random-number dialer. This seemed to be a clear violation of telemarketing laws, yet he offered to remove my number. Despite this, he boasted about their ComplaintsBoard.com accreditation. I've since reported this incident to my state attorney general's office.

Out of about 6 places that said they would get us out of our Time share. Client Protection group was the only one that DIDN'T just take our money and run. They were also very responsive to my questions, In a timely manor.
After using other timeshare relief specialists that did not help at all, Client Protection Group stood by their work and got us out of our resort timeshare. Their communication was great and they took over all communication to/from the resort for us. Soo glad we went with them and that we are DONE with timeshares forever!
