A very professional organization! They provided excellent service in dealing with *** and assisting in getting them to relinquish my timeshare. Every person in the Client Protection Group with whom I had dealings was responsive, courteous and thorough. Their rates were reasonable. I would use them again if I ever had need of their services.

I first off want to say that I don't trust anyone after being scammed by a 'resale' Company. I have been trying to get out of my timeshare since the death of my husband and had tried other companies that only took my money and then disappeared. Naturally I was skeptical about trying to work with yet another company. However, after checking the ComplaintsBoard.com I forged forward. It did take longer than I had hoped due to all of the *** delays and temporary shut downs, but Client Protection was successful and was able to relieve me of a contract of $36,000. It is early in the process but they, *** and ***, contact me regularly to update me, and most important, they are easily reachable and return my calls! It all sounded "too good to be true" that they would go after another group that had already scammed me about getting me out of my timeshare. A Group member, *** spoke--with me on the line-- Will update my review as things move along.with the credit card company I used to pay them -- to open a dispute! I cannot thank the people I worked with in this company enough. Jarron and Imelda were there to help me every step of the way. My husband passed away in the middle of all the transactions and I was very concerned I would not be able to do the rest alone. That was not the case at all. l they helped me through every step and were always there to answer ever question I might have. I highly recommend Client Protection Group for help in timeshare contract cancellation. After many attempts to sever our timeshare agreement with *** since November , I finally was able to receive confirmation from the resort that we relinquished from our contract due to the efficient efforts of Client Protection Group. I hired them on February 1 and after completing documents for them, *** relinquished my timeshare ownership on March 15. I am now awaiting the finalization papers from Elkhorn. CPG is also helping pursue refund of funds spent unsuccessfully with other companies promising timeshare contract cancellation. They are professional and efficient.

In November , we engaged Client Protection Group LLC for our Resort Timeshare cancellation. This was our first time using a service for Timeshare cancellation. I am at the beginning stage with the Client Protection Group. I had been calling around and spoke to several companies. I almost signed with another company. I got a call from Jarrod and he was able to completely explain the entire process through and through. What I found that attracted me was that during this process they will work on your credit with a company that they partnered with. He was very patient and very knowledgeable. A company cold-called me on 2/2 offering to assist with timeshare exit services, assuming I might own one. Being on the do-not-call list, I questioned the caller about the legality of the call, as we had no prior relationship. He admitted to using a random-number dialer. This seemed to be a clear violation of telemarketing laws, yet he offered to remove my number. Despite this, he boasted about their ComplaintsBoard.com accreditation. I've since reported this incident to my state attorney general's office.

Earlier this year (June), a representative was in touch with me to find out if we were interested in exiting our timeshare. At that time, the representative may not have realized our keen interest in what his company could offer. Previously, we were misled by a company promising to help us exit our timeshare, which ended in a loss. So, when the representative reached out, we were inclined to decline. We had three timeshares we wanted to exit, which the representative was initially unaware of. He was informative and assured us of a full refund if we qualified. Encouraged by positive reviews, we decided to take a chance. Three months later, we received a letter from one timeshare confirming our release and absolving us of any financial obligations. This brought significant financial relief. We are grateful to the Client Protection team for this initial success and remain hopeful for similar outcomes with the other timeshares. Great job!
