I have been trying to resolve a problem with Clipper over the last 3 months now with attempts to escalate and no resolution in sight. My clipper card was blocked since October as there was an issue with my transit charge card provided by my employer. To unblock it, clipper said I needed to change the charge card on my account. I corrected the charge card information and was charged $76 but my clipper card remains blocked. I called again and they said I needed to do it again. So I changed credit card to my personal card and was charged another $76 dollars and the card remains blocked. Clipper has now charged my credit cards 2x without unblocking the clipper card. They said that they did not believe I was actually charged and needed to provide proof. So I sent them copies of my credit card transactions to show them what happened. On a call today, Clipper is telling me that I need to do change to yet another credit card to resolve it. This is clearly not working and am at a loss as to what to do to receive credit.
Claimed loss: $152
Desired outcome: Unblock the card and give me full credit, or give me a refund for the two charges that clipper has not given me credit for.
