I fell for their great reviews and placed an order. And never received it.
No one replies my emails and calls. I also got no call back from them.
I wrote to them to cancel my order because I'm afraid I won't get my package at all, but also got no result. And it looks like a spam to me, honestly.
I am out of money with no order feeling stupid.

I ordered a Time Cracker Clock from them, $500 clock. It arrived. Only works once in a while. Have gone through their process of seeking help, I get no response. Lousy company, at this point I am probably just out the $500 bucks, but am filing lawsuit against them.
I ordered a clock in February. I finally emailed them in late April because I still not receive the clock. They emailed me saying that my message was sent to their customer service and they would be getting back to me. They never did! I finally called customer service and of course no one answered. So I called back and requested to speak to some one to purchase a product and low and behold I got someone. That person said it still did not come from Germany and It should be shipped to them by the end of May! I cancelled the order. I can not believe the horrible service this company has.
I placed my order in mid-June and it is now late August. Tracking info says it still has not shipped yet my credit card has been charged the total amount twice for the clock. Fortunately I used American Express who said this company has a high fraud probability, and Amex reversed the charges. Do business with Clockway at your own risk.
Do not buy a clock from Clockway. They are a terrible, unreliable online company. They take your money and then you are lucky if you get your order. Go with your gut feeling. They are not good.
Wish I would found this earlier thanks for the warning. I paid $114 for a clock and just getting fake updates saying the package is on its way to the terminal. There is no actual tracking number either - got scammed for sure dang it!
I ordered a curio cabinet in October. ad said fast 2 to 4 day delivery. took my money right away. 1400.00. kept stalling on delivery status, then got a email saying the item glass broke waiting for new delivery date. tried to get status yesterday, a week later. got same email from 1 week ago saying item has been expedited they will email me asap. called, they changed hours of operation for incoming calls. Left them a v/m Told them to cancel my order if not processed in 2 weeks. they sent same email. I may just call my charge card co and see if i can get them to issue a credit to me if i tell them this may be a scam with all complaints.
This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY
One month, no clock, no answer to phone inquires, no reply to emails, NOTHING!
I placed my order on line for two curio cabinets in December, 2021. Count yourself lucky. I gave them $3,200 and five months later nothing. They don't return phone calls and I might as well grab my ankles.
I ordered a cherry bar from Clockway 9 months ago. I have not received the bar. I have requested my money back and have heard nothing. They will not answer the phone. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and they have not gotten a response.
Has anyone contacted the California police fraud department?
This is not a legitimate company and the police should shut them down.

Website is deceitful. No two day shipping, every day is a “one day only” sale, no free gifts without giving up other discounts, multiple shipping statuses on their order tracking to make it look like your order is moving forward. $1,369 immediately charged on credit card but two months later no product. No way to talk with a live person, no callbacks. Two weeks ago my login was no longer recognized on their website. Two hours later was finally able to get a new password to work on their site but remained locked out of their order tracking page. Today their website is down. No response to emails asking for help. Have had to file a dispute with my credit card company. They address the frequent complaints with the Better Business Bureau by pointing out their five star reviews and saying every business is having shipping issues right now. Well then stop advertising two day shipping, you [censored]s! Will be filing with the BBB and any other site to lodge my complaint. These guys are crooks.
Their website has been taken down, the Facebook page, too. I tried calling the number and it went into intercept. We are very thankful we disputed the charge for a Curio case we ordered months ago and never received. I hope you can get your money back, too.
They make it impossible to contact them. I ordered a curio cabinet 8 months ago and never received it. Luckily I disputed the charge on my credit card. Definitely not a company that delivers what it promises.
