International cargo to Philippines.
My package was picked up by July 2021. Whan I track my box it keeps on providing estimated date of delivery but it keeps on moving. The latest one is on 22 Nov 2021, but still my package didn't arrive! Now I'm trying to reach their customer service but to no avail! This is my first time trying with this company but I really regretted it and will never ever avail it again! Please resolve my issue! Where is my box exactly at right now?

Im complaining from dubai hotline [protected] for closing the phone on my face where im asking for my box which is now 4 months to 5 months still ww haven't received it track number 60709 going cebu which is only 60 days as expected. Im complaining for bad service of ur crew or reception who answers this hotline. Binagsakan lng ako habang kausap ko sya explaining my issues and when i call back she just pick up and hang up again . Wag nmm sana bastos im ur customer from 10 yrs here first time ko ng karoon ng bastos na employee sa cmg at prob . Thank u

This CMG CARGO COMPANY based in DUBAI, UAE is the WORSTIEST CARGO COMPANY that i ever tried ... they took my (2pcs) KABAYAN BOX here in ABUDHABI last JUNE 26, 2021.. But until now still they didn't RECIEVED my BOX there in the PHILIPPINES its already 4 months This CMG COMPANY is a BIG SCAM .. when they will DELIVER my BOX... if all my consumable items there are all MESSED i will FILE a CASE in CONSUMER PROTECTION (TAMM) UAE against them...

Service
I sent two boxes last July 1, 2021 until not it is not delivered. The food in the box already spoiled ans wasted because of this huge delay. They promised 30-45 days. It's been almost 4months. This also happened to my friend who used this service 3weeks ago. Her boxes also got delayed. I dont trust CMG cargo anymore. This will be the last time I will use this service.

Good day!
I would like to update and raise a complaint regarding my box. My box was picked up 19th July 2021 and supposed to arrive to the consignee 2-3 weeks after since it is via air. We would understand if there's a delay due to the current situation, but atleast give us a proper update. Everytime we call your office, your staff would just put us onhold to trace the package. They even gave us numbers to call but aren't working. What kind of customer service do you have, when even a simple update on our package you cannot give.
Really appreciate if the management can take a look on this matter.

Non Delivery of Cargo
This is a follow complaint from the below.
As per the last conversation when you called me last 22nd August, 2021, to give your company until 25th August to deliver the cargo but still not delivered.
I called them yesterday from 4:23 PM until 5:29 PM but nobody is picking up the calls as well as today I have been calling them from 9:30 AM until of this writing no one is picking up the calls.
It has been over 4 months, still nothing and just keep on promising the delivery.
I need an update the soonest.

Late Delivery of Cargo
I have sent my cargo last April 23, 2021 and until now it is not delivered.
It has been 4 months!
CMG reason is always port congestion is Singapore but the cargo was already in Manila since 4th July 2021.
So the congestion is not from Singapore!
Everytime I checked the tracking the delivery date is moved to another date.
Everytiem you speak with the Customer Service, they will always say it wil be delivered the following week! But till now nothing!
I have used Makati Express, my cargo was picked up last May and it was delivered and received last July.
Its my first time to use your company and will never use your services again!

Non delivery
Sent a balikbayan box to philippines on April 2021. It's now August 2021 but still no delivery has been made to consignee.
Meanwhile, I sent a different balikbayan box with Makati Express cargo and Pinas Cargo June 2021. Both have already been delivered to my consignee. But where is my package from CMG cargo?
CMG just kept telling me that my package is for domestic transfer. This went on for more than
a month but still no delivery has been made.

Your port congestion is all lies! And you are just finding excuse of your ineffieciency! I sent a box with Makati Express Cargo and Pinas cargo a month after I sent my boxes with CMG! Because I came to know that CMG has a lot of bad reviews that's why I shifted to other cargo companies! Lo and behold! Mas nauna pa dumating ang box ko from Pinas Cargo and Makati Express cargo sa same destination!
Months nakatenga boxes ko sa warehouse nyo sa Pinas! Which i dont know for what reason! Until now hindi pa nashiship because all you keep on saying is "for domestic transfer"

Cargo delayed
I would like to bring it to your attention regarding the delay of my 3 boxes which has been picked up June 5, 2021. I am tracking my boxes from time to time and now the expected delivery to consignee is August 27 again? You clearly told us that the maximum days of delivery will be 45 days and now its almost 3 months. Actually this is my first time to avail your services thinking that your services will be better than the other cargo companies. I am frustrated and disappointed as Ive been away from my family and I would like to surprise them by sending boxes but it's getting delayed always.
Please do something about it just like how your advertisement. Hoping for your quick responds

Sinungaling yang port congestion nyo. Ive sent a box with Pinas Cargo and Makati express cargo just June 2021 and these boxes have been successfully delivered to my consignee.

April 27, 2021 pinick up nyo sa bahay namin sa Sharjah ang box and until now wala parin. Una lumabas sa tracking nyo May 30 arrival sa port Manila. Hi Ms Chona, lets help each other kung anu pwede natin gawin dito sa cargo shipping na ito. Wala mga walang awa hindi alam na pinaghirapan natin ang perang pinambili ng laman ng ating mga boxes. Matatapang pa kung daw madami sa kanila complain di sana daw hindi na sila naka renew lisensya. At ako pa daw di marunong tumanggap ng paliwanag. Dapat dito itulfo. Kung di nila aaksyunan itong mga boxes natin na hindi dineliver.
Hi Ms. Jyeli, kung hindi ma i deliver nila within this month yong mga boxes natin, we will join force to make a complain. sobrang pag sisi ko talaga . meron din kaming pinadala na mga boxes sa ibang cargo forwarder bakit nakarating na pinadala nmin yon last march 23.2021 pero nakarating na last may 15, 2021. imagine mag 4 months na yon box namin na pinadala wala pa rin ! July na next week. Naka dismaya!
So if there is no update within this month, we will make a join force to file a complain against CMG Cargo.
Huwag tayong mag alala kung hindi sila natakot dito sa Dubai ipa tulfo na natin yan. Nakapag email na din ako sa tulfo regarding CMG.
Yung mga CSR nila dito mga rude at matatapang pa pag tinanong mo update ng box mo. Pag tatawagan babaan ka pa agad.
Ms Ayhena, tama ka poh jan mgpa tulfo na poh tau. Same experience here at khapon lng inaaway ko na cla pero mayabang pa ung sumasagot sa fb messenger nila. Ung sakin April 27 pinick up sa bhay sa Sharjah until now wla pa raw ung barko. Sabi ko npka inposible na aabot ng 3 months samantalang ung sa iba nmin cargo lahat dumating na. And the worst case tnry lng tlga nmin jan tapos nightmare pla aabutin mo sa cargo shipping na ito. Pa tulfo dapat tlga cla pra maturuan ng leksyon.
Buti nga po sinagot ka sa messenger yung sken e bnlock agad ako. Mga walang kwenta sa shipping company na to. Same scenario din yung sayo at sken! Matatapang mga CSR jan at rude pa! Monitor ko ung boxes ko from the day na nrelease sa custom awa ng Diyos halos 2mos.nsa warehouse pa nila. Inconsistent yan! Sa ibang cargo company nlng mgpadala wag na CMG mahigh blood ka lang sa mga sasagot sayo di ata natrain ng company ng Customer Service.

Cmg cargo, anong ginagawa nyo sa mga boxes namin? March 5, 2021 nyo pinick up ang boxes ko (3huge boxes? As of today hindi nyo pa ndedeliver. Ang msaklap pa sa inyo wala kayong info or update man lang. Ung cargo ko eversince sa inyo ako ngpapadala dahil ngdedeliver kayo sa isla ngayong nsa city na after almost 4mos. Ssbhn nyo sken na ipick up nlng sa city dahil hindi na kayo mgdoor to door? Mga sinungaling! Sa dinami dami ng cargo company mas pinili ko pa dn sa inyo dhil kilala ko na kayo pero ngayon mga buwaya kayo! Hindi ninyo maibgay number ng amo ninyo e hindi nyo nga kayang isolve. Anong trabaho ng amo nyo tumanggap lng ng shod wla nmang gnagawa d msolve ang complaint ng mga tao.
Ttawagan ang opisina ninyo puro kayo iupdate at ttwagan wla nman kayong update! Ang msaklap pa kung tatawagan kayo ibaba nyo bgla ang telepono! Kung wala kayong cargo d nman kayo sasahod pero sadyang napakahirap ata kumuha ng update sa inyo dahil hindi nyo alam paano kayo mg update hindi consistent pag iba sumagot iba dn ang update anong gnagawa ng system ninyo? Kanya knya lang? Ipasara nyo nlng yang kumpanya ninyo dapat di kayo nag ooperate dahil walang kwenta serbisyo ninyo. CMG Cargo Resolved? how come? When i myself find a way to get my boxes from your warehouse and ask anyones help (not employee from your company) to get it. Please next time before you post something like this that it has been resolved make sure that you do it from your side or from your company. You’re still lying here! Did you investigate your employees that they’re asking money again just to deliver my boxes!. Have you try to change your old employees or customer service, they’re so insolent and impertinent. I will never accept that you posted “Resolved” when your company don’t do anything to resolve it.

Your CSR is not helpful at all! My box is been with u for almost 4months. I paid my boxes here to deliver it door to door but unfortunately you cannot do that because as per your management its too expensive for your company to spend a single peny to send my box to our home when i myself already paid you in full before you collect my boxes. They collected mine 30th of March 2021. Until now my daughter haven’t received anything! They always giving me the same alibis about the congestion in Singapore.
Better to report this company to the police. I’m not longer based in Dubai so if I were you go to the police station and report then and show all this bad reviews.
Undelivered Package
I have undelivered package until now it was collected from my home February 14, 2021. It is very difficult to follow from CMG coz they are not picking up the calls nor reply to the messages. Poor service and all information they they provided to me with regards to the ETA are false. And now no one is answering my query. This is the Ref # 56403. Please can somebody look into my issue.

Undelivered shipment / cargo / balikbayan boxes
I hired CMG Cargo to ship 207 boxes containing all of my personal household items from Dubai to the Philippines on Feb 2020. Unfortunately, CMG abandoned my shipment and I have NOT received my cargoes until now (Mar 18, 2021).
Check the FB page of Bureau of Customs - Manila International Container Port, March 17, 2021, issue for the proof of abandonment and gross negligence (also attached herewith).
CMG is a fraud and a very incompetent company!

Cargo Manifest Details
Ref Tracking Number:59788 ( From UAE to Aklan, Philippines)
I've been doing a series of follow ups on above mentioned shipment where the destination has been entered wrongly in the manifest ( for what reason, I don't know since the my receipt copy has the right consigned address only) I had asked them to make some amendments to change the Destination to Aklan where currently it was posted as Bataan but then it has not been updated till date. My only concern is that my cargo will be shipped to the wrong address though the physical cargo itself has the right address. There's an staff named Lyn who was very helpful to get things fixed but then according to her, their I.T Dept. has not updated my details. My cargo has already been drastically delayed since it was picked up on 23rd October as expected to reached only bu 23rd of Jan (normally it would only take 45 days at max to reached). Hope they'll will be able to sort it out and update the manifest with a right consigned address before it reaches Manila to avoid further delays. They even hardly picked my call
everytime I tried to reached them.

It's about 8 months now from the pick upda date of the box. Tracking no. 58604
Several times we called to follow up and check the status but receiving different updates like box will be delivered on this period this date, month, under customs clearance, send you an email from customs etc.. Calling your office is already frustrating and providing us false hope and inaccurate update is not acceptable.
For the customer/sender as a consideration and respect if the item will be delayed at least inform the customer by mail or by calling them or pay them the cost of the item will not be delivered at all.
Looking forward to your immediate actions.
Today called a lot of 5 mobile number and 1 land line but unable to reached anyone. send messages through watsapp but did not received any reply.
