We are pleased with our new roof from *** Initially, our insurance carrier only wanted to cover a portion of our hail damaged roof. However, the representative from *** requested a second opinion with a different adjuster which resulted in coverage of the entire roof. I have some additional siding work to be done and will consider *** for that job also.

They showed up on time when they said they would. Would definitely recommend them, and will use them again, but hopefully not for a while, need to get get some milage out of the new roof.

Money ***Long post alert but worth the read*C&N is more worried about money than their customers. rep first came to my house on July 29th after a storm passed by our neighborhood. By August 14th, insurance approved the claim but did not include our garage roof. C&N submitted a supplemental but *** took a long time to approve (which which was frustrating to both them and myself), however, they had asked me for a down payment (which I learned my *** not to ever give again), to start requesting permits, ordering materials and doing the main house roof, gutters and front light pole. Over 2 months passed and permits havent even been requested. After insurance company verbally approved the supplements (which was approx 75% additional from original estimate, again, money hungry) I contacted the rep to request permits because the weather was starting to hit below 40 degrees (the roofs can not be installed below that for warranty purposes and I have a 2 year old and 4 month old at home) They agreed to requesting permits and ordering materials on Thursday October 14. On Monday Oct 18, I contacted the rep early in the morning and asked if permits had been requested after not hearing from her for hours I contacted my village and asked about the permits which they said NO, C&N had not requested permits, later in the afternoon, rep finally answers me and lied to me that permits were requested already (I had told the village not to accept anything from them by that point). I requested the agreement to be cancelled and voided and to please return my deposit, which they said that I will not get any refund! I went in the following morning to speak to "the accountant" whom I had been dealing with regarding the finances and was told that the "other" accountant comes in later, I said I will call later to speak with her so that I could get a refund check. When I called later on and asked for "the accountant" i was told she was in a meeting, than I asked for the "other" accountant and the receptionist said that "the accountant" was the only accountant, there's no "other" accountant (i was lied to and disrespected to my face, one of the biggest slap on my face ever) after speaking to upper management, long story short, they said they agreed to give me back $500 of the $2,111 down payment however I will not be able to post anything online or the ComplaintsBoard.com. After thinking about it, I concluded that my freedom of speech was worth a lot more than $500 so thus the reason for this long post. Looking forward to what they'll respond to this comment, I will answer back to keep everyone updated. Thanks for reading my book! P.S. I ended up hiring another contractor, signed the contract on a Thursday, permits were requested AND provided on Friday, roof material delivered on Saturday and roof and gutters installed on Tuesday and Wednesday (Sunday and Monday was raining).

Had a run with this company. They came to my door explained to me what I needed and needed to do. I opened a claim, then to my surprise, the insurance denied repairs to half of my roof. C&N then tried to arbitrate on my accord and after months they recommend that I open ANOTHER claim. It was DENIED because the first claim was opened already. BAD, BAD, BAD. Now we had 2 claims, higher premiums, and NO Roof repairs. Why didn't they know that this would hurt us? We tried for months to get this straight. C&N gave up on us. Not even professional enough to return my last few messages. I was willing to pay out of pocket. They didn't even quote me a price. Their loss. I got the work done by a real Pro.
We were very pleased with C&N Construction
We were very pleased with C&N Construction. They replaced our roof a month or so ago. At first our insurance company was not willing to help pay, but C&N stayed on them. They worked with them to show them the damage to our roof and because of that we received financial help from our insurance company. They were very nice and professional. I have recommended them to neighbors and I would recommend them to anyone.
I would definitely recommend C&N Construction - and I did to a few of my neighbors who are in the process of getting their roofs done as well!
I would definitely recommend C&N Construction - and I did to a few of my neighbors who are in the process of getting their roofs done as well! Our new roof looks *** and *** was awesome! He handled the interface with our insurance company and everything went flawlessly! A few years ago they did our gutters, fascia and soffit and we are still so pleased with that work - it's like we have a new house!*** YOU C&N!"
The roof on our garage and the house was damaged by the heavy storm in August
The roof on our garage and the house was damaged by the heavy storm in August. C&N Construction was exactly what we needed to fix it. They are professional, competent, hard-working, and very organized. They completed the roof installation project quickly without compromising the quality of the job with good communication. Tommy Spaulding and Kosta Dalakouras responded to all our questions, and we are very satisfied. We definitely recommend this company.

I am so fortunate and happy to have found a company called C&N Construction
I am so fortunate and happy to have found a company called C&N Construction. Although work has yet to begin, if these first multiple days are any indication of the experience we will receive from C&H, I can not wait to see the crew working on our house and the finished product. Vinnie and Kosta have been incredible contractors and have explained the process several times to me. Their professionalism and efficiency are incredible. I look forward to C&N completing my roof and siding job

We had our roof inspected and replaced with C&N Construction recently with the help of ***
We had our roof inspected and replaced with C&N Construction recently with the help of ***. He was very patient with us during the process. He explained everything before installation. The roofers dropped off the materials a day before and did arrive earlier than expected the next day. The replacement did take all day but they seemed to do thorough work because the roof turned out nice with extra shingles to spare. Then *** came by a few days later to see if everything went well. Highly recommended company!

We had 2 companies come out to inspect my roof and they where horrible they did not know anything and never got back to me We got a hold of C and N construction, they sent out *** excellent 5 stars He is very professional he knows what he is talking about, brought out samples, took the time to explain things to me did not rush Within the 2 weeks my roof was approved and got done yesterday *** and his crew were awesome Quality work and material I would recommend *** to everyone No more leaks Thank you *** and C
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Workers showed up to install Saturday morning at 7am without any kind of notice of an install date. The owner and CEO Curtis gets on the phone and tells me he "doesn't have time to deal with this and is keeping my check for a stocking fee and he will let me know what is left". So I get my kids up and let the guys do the work just to have them not even install drip edge, which is required by code. A week later while trying to get them on site to fix the NEW ROOF STARTS LEAKING. In the end the insurance company asked me to hire someone else to complete the work because there were just too many other issues to have them come back. Absolute nightmare!

Horrible!
Horrible! This company does things that are completely illegal. They put a lien on my house 3 years after they put the *** siding on my house. They want to know why they didn't receive the final payment. Well, that's because you put the *** siding on my house and trashed my classic Camaro which I have to get painted due to the ignorance of your workers. I even told them as they were putting the wrong siding on my house that it was wrong and they didn't care and continued to do so. Not only will they not fix it but they are telling me that it's my fault. I have a signed contract that shows the *** siding that was to be placed yet they put a lien on my house 3 years after the fact which is illegal because you are only aloud to do so within 4 month of work being completed. I'm in touch with a lawyer and will be suing all parties personally involved and the owner personally! Can't wait to show him how I ROLL. "
A few years ago I hired C&N Construction to replace my roof, gutters, downspouts and install gutter guards
A few years ago I hired C&N Construction to replace my roof, gutters, downspouts and install gutter guards. Initially I was very happy with the work and the product until this past October. Ive made multiple attempts to get a hold of the company regarding failing gutter guards. One of their job managers did come out and look at the product. I was told that they dont warrantee the gutter guards and that I could go to Menards and purchase the product to fix or replace the gutter guards on my own.First of all, I paid good money for a product that should last more than two years. Secondly, Im a 57-year-old woman who has no business being on a ladder replacing gutter guards.Since then I have made multiple calls to the corporate office, left many messages both voicemail and with the office personnel. As of this writing, I am still awaiting a return phone call. All I can say is that their customer service stinks and their products are obviously subpar if they dont last more than two years. I would advise anybody contemplating contracting with this company to read the reviews and do your investigation before hiring them.

C&N Construction Complaints 2
C&N Construction, Kosta Delakouras, came to my house and offered to check for storm damage
C&N Construction, Kosta Delakouras, came to my house and offered to check for storm damage. I told him I was already working with my insurance company, but he said I was running out of time for coverage. He told me about his company's certifications, which I believed. He helped me get my claim approved, but then a roofing contractor showed up with no C&N logos and different names on their vehicles. The old roof was removed well, and the installation looked okay from the ground, but they didn't roof the shed as agreed. I told them, and they sent roofers to fix it. Then, a different person showed up unannounced on Saturday and Sunday to work on the facia, but didn't finish. I inspected the job and found many mistakes. C&N demanded payment before changing the gutters and threatened to file liens and take other actions against me.
C&N Construction was the roofin biz that looked like they could do the job
C&N Construction was the roofin biz that looked like they could do the job. We signed a contract and went ahead with the work. They said we needed more work to meet the city code cuz our house is old. State Farm agreed to pay the new price, which was twice as much as the original estimate. The C&N Rep said they included the extra costs in the overall expense of the roof. But when they finished, they didn't do the carpentry work or fix the siding, beam, or drywall. They only did the roof. I paid the original amount, but C&N demanded the higher amount. They put a lien on the house and threatened to call the police. I called State Farm, but it was hard to track who was handling our claim. C&N came to collect more money, but the lien is still there. They're not submitting a summary of charges to State Farm.

Kosta has been very helpful and professional. Answered all our questions and helped walk us through all steps to get the work accomplished.
I was approached by C&N Construction about wind damage to my roof from a recent storm. They worked directly with my homeowner's insurance to get an entire replacement of my roof covered under my insurance policy and I could not be more grateful. Excellent communication and work throughout.
They were great to work with from start to finish. *** was very helpful with all the work that needed to be done. Workers were courteous and on time
