CNDirect my gigi fingerling order

I ordered a fingerling from this site a few weeks ago it was gigi unicorn and I have not received anything from the company referring to my order and I paid for expediting. Shipping wich should have been here within 12 days! My order number is cnnc372c2 I want my money refunded back immediately or I will contact my lawyer and have this taken care of! Thank you

CNDirect order

I placed an order for fingerling monkeys on November 9, 2017. The money was withdrawn on November 15, 2017. There is no shipping information or any way to track on the website. I called the number associated with the order on my credit card statement and they claim only to be a fulfillment company with no way to contact the company with my order! There is a record of my order on the cndirect.com website but the only option is to reorder. Please update me regarding my order. My phone number is [protected].

Complaint - There is no customer service contact information for order cancellations this on the webpage.

There is no business email.
No business phone number

Also, I did not get an email confirmation for this order.

My name is Ray Simon im live a 629 chauncey street Brooklyn NY, 11207 I made a orider from CNDirect on the 11/28/2017 of this mounth I ordered Ancheer bicycle 26/27 speed power plus Electric bike but CNDIRECT applications made me reorder two more time again, my VISA card didn't say any money was taken off my card and I didn't get a text or a phone call from CNDIRECT but later on that day I try to take some money off my card all my money is gone i need my money back so please cancel orders buy

CNDirect fingerlings

I have 2 orders that were placed with this company with the money being taken out immediately I paid for expedited shipping but still havent heard anything on shipping or a tracking number I have read online that these items are knockoffs and people who have ordered them never receive them I will take this up with Facebook so that they cannot advertise on there and scam people There will be a lot of unhappy kids in my family because I cant afford to buy anything else for them and this is a scam Some people have said they have been waiting more than 2 years for their products and havent received them

CNDirect fingerling monkeys

I ordered 7 Fingerling Monkeys. I paid for expedited shipping. The items didn't come in the allocated shipping time. In fact I have only received 2 of the 7 that I ordered. To top it off - they are FAKE FAKE FAKE. Happy Monkeys? The boxes were smashed and the monkeys don't even work. When I contacted the company they told me to be patient and they can't guarantee how quickly the items will be sent...Although they defrauded me by having me pay more for expedited shipping. STAY AWAY! THIS IS A SCAM!

CNDirect fingerlings

I ordered 6 of the fingerlings for my grandchildren they took the money form my account but I still haven't received them . Being a grandparent with 6 grandchildren I really don't have a lot of money so if these don't come I don't know what I will be able to get them if anything . I would just like my money back as I can see these things are fake from reading all the other reviews . I won't be ordering off line again anytime soon

I ordered three fingerlings from fingerlingsdirect.Com on dec 1 2017. Order number [protected] have not recieved them yet. They took the money from my account the next day. Now i just want what i paid for.

FRAUDULENT SELLERS

FRAUDULENT SELLERS. Don't know how they don't have a one (1) rating on the internet. Selling Fingerlings and sending Happy Monkey?! Crooks. I opened a fraud case with my bank.
1. NOT fingerlings
2. Sent 5 of the them not 6 as ordered anyway.
3. Send in a soft pack, all the boxes are crushed.
Seriously, would be afraid to order socks from this company!

CNDirect "fingerlings" monkey

I ordered "Fingerlings" monkeys on October 14 and received them today. The are fake! Fake! Fake! What is a "Happy Monkey"? They were packed in an envelope and the boxes are smashed. Even if they weren't destroyed, I wouldn't be able to give them as gifts. The intended recepients are old enough to know they aren't the monkeys they wanted. This is a scam! Do not order from CNDirect.

That is exactly how I received my "Fingerlings" too! Is this a joke? The people running this site are such scam artists. They advertise Fingerlings for low prices making people think that they are indeed authentic Fingerlings but when you receive them, you quickly realize they are FAKE and the boxes are all smashed. Entirely unacceptable. I will never order from CNDirect ever again.

The product advertised is the fingerlings monkey a name brand the product received is happy monkey when i contacted customer service i did get a reply the rep told me that many people are happy with the product asked me to keep it when i explained that i am giving an original to one sibling and did not want to give fake to other sibling i want refund will return product at there expense the shipping was 17$ from china they told me no my expense. i am forced to dispute the charge on my cc.

CNDirect tried canceling order

I tried canceling my order the day I made the purchases and there is no place on the site to cancel orders! I looked up contact info for email, phone number or anything to contact the company. Just looked them up online and the number for the company doesn't work and there's no email address to send message! I want a refund! After reading several horrible reviews I've determined my purchase to be a rip off and knock off of what I have intended to buy.

When checking the website says delivery for status but have not received yet I paid extra for express shipping . I try to call but I don't get anyone just to leave a message and no call back.now the number is disconnected. I have emailed them and no email back. I just want my product or my money back since they already took the money out of my account. This site is a scam

CNDirect fingerlings order

I would like to know how much longer I will have to wait for the order I placed on 10/11/17? The order number is CNN4SJ902. It said it would take 15-25 days we are now at 27 days and counting. This is the first time I have ever ordered from you guys and I'm concerned especially upon seeing all the negative comments online of customers not receiving their products.

I have to say that my experience with CNDirect was not good at all! My package arrived later than scheduled and was damaged!
I immediately sent an email with pictures of the damaged product to their customer service. Since I had paid for express shipping I asked if they could could please send a replacement out asap, as the party I needed the items for was in 5 days. At first they stated that they could not see the damage from the pictures. Then after several emails back and forth explaining in detail the damage they offered me a coupon for $5.00 off a purchase of $50.00 or more. I responded back and told them that I felt that it was unfair that I would be required to make an additional purchase just to save $5.00. I also stated that I paid for the shipping insurance and I thought that it was unfair that I could not receive a replacement. Their response was that since it was being shipped from China the odds of damage was more likely and out of their control. Finally after about a month of going back-and-forth I requested a refund for the item that was damaged. They responded by asking for a video. When I ask what they needed a video for they responded that they needed a video of the damage. I told them I was unsure of what they were asking for that I had already sent pictures. Then again they replied requesting for a video. At this point I have finally given up and would prefer a refund of my total purchase of $64.00 since I was unable to use any of the products purchased because my event has already passed and I never received a replacement. I know this will never happen which is why I am writing this response to their survey. However I will very likely be posting a negative comment online about your company and your customer service!...this is exactly what I sent to them and still nothing!

report international scams . I reported them.

I ordered 3 Fingerling monkeys & 2 Fingerling unicorns. It plainly said Fingerling on the packaging in the pictures. I made sure. When I received -ONLY the 2 unicorns, they were FAKES-Happy Unicorns. Sent in an envelope not even packaged decently. The boxes were smashed. Looked awful. Not what I ordered. I have never received the monkeys at all. I have been trying to get a refund-As it states on their site Full Refund if you don't receive your order, Refund or Keep items not as described... Good luck with that! For an order of $81.15 I was offered a $2 refund. Then when I replied NO and requested a FULL REFUND she offered $10. I have asked for a manager to escalate or corporate information to be given to me to file a complaint. This company is false advertising and selling knock offs! Ripping people off, not sending their merchandise and keeping their money.

i also ordered Fingerlings. Got fakes, 2 out of the 5 i’d ordered, ‘happy monkeys’. came smashed in envelopes with no protection. contacted CNDirect over 15 times. Actually received at least 15 responses in very poorly translated english-all asking me to keep the anyway and offering a $3.00 refund for my trouble! i paid $80.00 and they were FAKE & BROKEN! Finally able to file a complaint via PayPal, which was also not easy, but received a full refund 2 weeks later. PAIN IN THE butt! Do Not Do Business with this company!

I ordered "Fingerlings" as advertised online through CN Direct. Purchase was to arrive by Dec 6, 2017. No sign of them, sent a message questioning company. Now, reading about CN Direct scamming US citizens. Giving Happy Monkeys instead of Fingerlings as ordered. Going to bank to dispute purchase. Maybe this is why we should only buy American made, not trust CN Direct from China. Very disappointed! ! ! ! !

I'm in the same boat...placed an order well over a month ago and have yet to receive it. And I am seeing a lot of complaints that the company is advertising one thing and then sending another...which happens to be the Fingerlings in my place. I purchased 4 and I am seeing that people are receiving "Happy Monkeys" and not Fingerlings. I have sent numerous emails and keep getting the same reply from someone named Bree.

CNDirect never received order can't get them to refund

This company! I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping. Never received the items and never got any kind of update. They have no customer service number and when I emailed and finally got a response they said they couldn't find my order and then said they didn't have it in stock and the shipping time starts whenever they feel like sending the product! Lol I had to dispute with my credit card. Stay far away!

CNDirect I will never order again

I bought 6 items in July and they never arrived. Even though I have a tracking info, it doesn't show absolutely anything. Though I think that none of my orders were shipped out. Their customer service is responsive but useless. They tried to convince me that the package is on its way. And these words are said each time I call.
Last time I ask to give my money back. They refused saying that there's no reason for that and that I have to wait for a little longer.
Are you crazy? How long? Till next July? Awful!

CNDirect fingerling

I wa informed that if I order from this site I would receive a "knock off" product. Please respind within 24 hours as to the answer to this question. I do not want if not original. I will need time to look for original if these are not. If they are indeed original I will be buying many in rhe near future. I paid for quick shipping so I would like to know tomorrow. I RECIEVED MY FINGERLINGS TODAY THEY ARE NOT THE REAL FINGERLINGS THEY ARE CALLED THE HAPPY MONKEY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THIS IS A SCAM AND A RIPOFF.

I also got a knock off, expecting a real fingerling and the box was crushed and the toy inside the plastic was all smudged and dirty and the paint was rubbed off one of the feet. Complete rip off.

CNDirect Personal item

A personal item had the item description on the outer package prominently printed for all to see. I thought that was obvious it would be done more discreetly. I can't find any contact information on their website so I cannot see an official response. I've been ordering from this site over the past few years without trouble but I think this is important and would rather have shared it with them first but as it stands now I cannot reach them so I decided to find a place to vent.

CNDirect not get any tracking and booking confirmation

Khushbu vyas from india I purchased popsicle printed O-neck casual short sleeve pullover leisure T-shirt at CNdirect.com on 4/10/2017 and payment maid by HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD and time was 21:17:50 at www.dresslink.com and amount was 857.92 Rs. But I didnt get any confirmation or any shipping detail about my product even I havnt any tracking no of it. So please resolve it as soon as possible.”

CNDirect extremely slow delivery and horrible service

I bought two items from www.cndirect.com website back in August and it took them over 5 months to deliver my order! The whole time I was trying to cancel my order and get a refund, but they said no and asked me to be more patient. And finally after 5 months of waiting I received my package, but what was my surprise when I opened it and saw that there was only one item inside! Contacted CNdirect and asked about the missing item and they said they'll ship it right away. So I guess I have to wait another 5 months to get it. These guys are the worst!

CNDirect very bad experience

I have paced a big order and received it in a timely manner. When I opened the package I saw that several items were missing, colors were wrong and sizes too big. So in other words I received someone's else order.
I immediately contacted CNDirect and explained what happened. They said that they can't refund me.
I told that I don't need a refund, I just want to get my order and they said that it was not possible.
Person I spoke to was very weak in English and I almost could not understand a thing he said. That conversation took me nowhere and I got absolutely no help!
