After purchasing a case of Coca-Cola diet from Sam's, I distributed all the
cans on the shelf in the pantry on March 10, 2018, so I could easily have
access to the cans. Also on March 10, while reaching for an item in back of
the can, I inadvertently touched a full can of Coca-Cola causing it to drop to the floor and split open, spilling the contents over all the products which were on the floor plus spilling over my clothes.

I was so surprised that the aluminum can was so thin it would split like that.

I do not know why you had to make changes to a good tasting product. My first can of the new tasting coke I thought was flat despite the fizz. So, I opened another can and it tasted flat too. I went back to the store and bought a new box of Coke Zero taking the older recently purchased box back to the store telling them the case was flat. I got home last night and it tasted the same. My neighbor came over and said it tasted flat too. We then looked at the can and read "New Taste", what a joke. It should have read "Terrible Taste". Please go back to the original Coke Zero formula.

Sears Point Rd and Route 121, the road turns from two lanes to one. I was in the main lane, and one of the Coca Cola trucks was in right lane which merges to the main lane. It had about a 5ft lead on me and felt that would suffice to merge ahead of me. Basically what he did was run me into the half size median with oncoming traffic (or, I get hit by him). I had to speed up and go around his cab, in order to not get hit from either him or the on coming traffic. Then, he proceeded to honk his horn at me and tailgate me until we reached the 29 intersection (at least 10 minutes). Extremely dangerous driver on the road. I'll be avoiding Coca Cola products in the future because of it.

My business been a customer of Coca Cola since 1998. The way they treat me the past year is unacceptable. The best of all is that they know that I can't refuse to buy from them .
The morning of the 8 Feb 2018 a lady phoned for my order and after she took the order she gave me a reference number. I have to pay before they will do the delivery because they are now on a new system. As I struggle before to receive orders from Coke I made the payment. The afternoon the rep delivered the documents that Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (Pty) Ltd or CCBSA will service us. By Thursday nobody capture the documents. I also emailed the to [protected]@ccbagroup.com 5 times but up to now nobody replied to that emails. On Thursday afternoon my rep phoned the credit dep at CIC and I hear how she was laughing because I am @#$%%@ so she will unblock the account. Friday the order was still blocked. According to the rep is was for R1.00. Hopefully I will received the order today.

I can't believe that after 20 years that I have to receive this pathetic service.

I bought a bottle of diet coke feisty cherry flavour from my local tesco. It didn't taste right at all. It gave both me and my partner burning sensations in our throat which lasted a while. We both agree that something needs to be done about this product as it could be dangerous to others.
Usually we give our children some cola which we will not be doing anymore..neither will we be purchasing it

I am writing this to complain about the coca cola machine in Liverpool airport near gate 42 . The machine not working, it's not just it need to be refilled but also I paid 2£ for a water before I get into the plane, I haven't got nither my drink nor my money. I pressed the botton to cancel and get my money back but it didn't work. I called the customer service number which was written on the machine and all I got was "We are out of the working hours, please call Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm".

This is so disappointing and absolutely inconvenient.

I received via email an invitation to participate in sweepstakes that alleges is free to participate but its a false statement

Free to participate, kiss my [censor], if I have to spend postage to participate then is not free. They sent me an invitation to participate thru email whish is free but you want me to spend 48 cents to get a code, isn't that illegals. Always trying to stick it to senior citizens like us

Think of all the negative descriptions of a new soft drink, throw in a few curse words and you will have my opinion of Diet Coke feisty cherry flavored soda. I was supposed to taste more cherry and cola flavors. I tasted neither. I did have the little tingle in the back of my throat, but, meh, big deal. I will never buy this or any other new flavors just debuted. Don't mess with something that works! And please don't discontinue Diet Cherry Coke. I've been drinking it for years and enjoying every can.

I predict the overwhelming response you will receive is just as negative and disappointed as mine is. As long as you continue to produce the 'old' Dietk Cherry Coke, I'll be a satisfied customer.

I purchased a case of Diet Coke a couple of weeks ago and found 2 under filled cans (weighing 7.1 oz each). I drink Diet Coke every day and have never found one under filled can, let alone 2. These cans were so light in weight that as soon as I picked them up, I knew something was wrong. There are no signs of leakage in cans or on box. It is evident that they were just half filled.

I tried the new ginger lime...first of all there wasn't anything wrong with the original product which I loved...now you go and change it. You are insane. This new stuff is terrible. Now you made me hate it...it was the only soda I drink now I'm left with nothing but your competition. Now all I can say is it sucks and Thanks for making me have to look for something other then your brand to like...

Funny smell and taste to tea, as my son described, "tastes like black olives". Didn't notice this until my son made comment, then noticed white cloudy globs in glass and bottle. Daughter is complaining of nausea and headache. This bottle was not expired not in frigerated aisle of store and never opened before pouring this glass. Feel I should probably bring my daughter and son to the doctors or at least test substance to find out what this is and the probable health consequences of drinking this.

HI, At my local carls jr, Granada hills, ca 18090 w chatsworth, 91344, the hi c fruit punch is watered down. I spent a lot of time and effort last month with carls customer service, lip service and no improvement. they and the franchise said that the coca cola service people were there and fixed it. I just checked, same problem. I think this does not reflect well on coca cola and really is a bit fraudulent to provide a watered down form of hi c to the public. can you do anything/ Someone should personally check the drink, fix it, then check it again. and email me with the results.

Granada Hills - 91344 has had their second machine out of order for the same time.

I believe the franchises are having financial problems. the demographics for these stores have changed and I never see much business. so, I wish them better business. But these problems and the fact that Carls does not fix them I think only depress their business further, but Carl's headquarters have not been able to do anything to help. They and the franchises have been blaming it on the coca cola service.

I'm surprised for the neglect, and wish someone could do something. it reflects on your company, so, can you do anything/

I was at the hospital and my fiancé went to purchase a coke from the vending machine. As he was going to open the bottle of soda. I had notice a couple red piece inside the bottle. We have not opened it as I was not sure if it was safe to drink. We ended up just purchasing a new one. My fiancé loves coke and drinks It daily he was disappointed when he had to purchase another one do to the red pieces.

I have at least two 6-packs that are extremely difficult to open because the ring at the bottom of the lid that separates from the lid and stays on the bottle will not separate. That ring then gets hung on the top of the bottle preventing the lid from being removed. I've tried cutting it off, but I am afraid I will slip and cut myself. I've tried prying it off with resultant spillage. The best solution seems to be proper adjustment of equipment at the bottler's facility. The code on the lid is jan 22.

I recently purchased a case of cherry coke. I got down to about 10 cans and I took a big drink expecting the nummy goodness of cherry coke it was very bitter and I felt really un well I almost went to the hospital it was so bad I got a severe headache and started puking projectile vomit. I was like damb it dont even smell right I opened a nother can sipped it same thing Im truly afraid to drink your product now and I have one open can andf the rest still in the case It made me sick bad stomache ached heart was fluttering and I just felt so not me it took like 15 minutes and I was puking all over the place it hurt so bad. I want something done and something done now. Im going to take a sample of the open can and send it out and have it tested to see what it was I ingested. Im talking it was fowl.

I have brought a multi pack of Diet Coke where the coke tasted of bitter ale brought this At Ifield tesco in Hyde drive Ifield Crawley I have been drinking Coke for a while and I can tell this was not Coke that was in the can it was absolutely disgusting and made me feel really unwell I will be saving the content of the can if you wish to have it I hope never to have to taste Coke like that again

Hiya I'm so disappointed with our truck visit at Mansfield Nottingham, took my kids here today to see it, an it was such a let down, been coming to see it for last last 4 years in different locations an this one is by far the worst I've been too, my kids was expecting to see Santa but he wasn't even there with the truck, they had a queue just to have your picture took with the truck an they wasn't even handing out free cans of coke you could only get one if you queued for your picture, bare in mind it was freezing cold an I have 3 kids aged 3, 2, and 1 so didn't wanna stand that long, my friend who came with us is disabled an he went up to service desk an asked for a can of coke an they told him he'd have to queue for one, now me I am very dispointed an won't be making any more long mile trips at Christmas to see this, my kids cried cause no Santa an they couldn't get close to the truck, this is by far my worst ever coca cola truck visit, an it didn't make me feel christmassy in any way shape or form :( I an my kids have left very heart broken !
