When me and my family drank the first couple we noticed they where flat. And not refreshing at all i know taste buds change but not that drastically. Please fix this problem such and unfortunate situation during the holidays. I always go to this kroger on kenard i have issues all i really want is to be compiciated for my time and for the embarrassment of not having fresh product at the special time of year.

I love cokes and was disappointed when I purchased an 8pk minis 3 for ten and all where dated properly but they where flat and worse case I was shopping in another county and don't have my own transportation to move around like I want and my disability prevents me some of doing so. Mad consumer I would like to stay a loyal customer and continue to enjoy the taste of coke thanks

Sir I am a Shaopkeeper of Rangoli Fast Food in Landmark City near Ln choching classes. On 8th Nov. 2017 Local cocacola agent come to my shop and asks for take some prodect of company and gave me prodect of your reputed company coke, sprit, limka, and others items on this assure that a compant friz he gave me for his prodects. 2nd day he gave me all of the items of coka cola and take all the payment in cash aprrox 25thousand cost of items but he not gave me any bill or no any marks for these items and no any skim, no one friz. After 12 days when I complain in main dealer of your company in kota rajasthan india but he not want any action for against agent . please solve my problem and action for this froud about area agent and main dealer of your company. I hope a reputed company save company good name in india and all over the world.

I absolutely love coke products. Coke is my favorite soft drink. But I purchased a 12pk case of Coca Cola a week ago. As I was taking them out of the carton and placing them in the refrigerator, I noticed that one of the can appeared to only contain about 2 ounces of coke. There was not leakage visible or spillage in the box. The can was sealed tightly. This is the second time in 6 months that this has happened.

I am writing to inform you that having recently purchased Sprite Cans from Shop rite in Lyndhurst, NJ we found one can of sprite in our box of 12 cans, completely sealed containing NO Sprite soda? Very odd and strange this would happen. The case of Sprite was sealed as well. It did not appear to be tampered with since the case with tightly sealed. We paid for a case and could not finish drinking the rest of the cans since we weren't sure if other cans were defective. Please contact me via email with any questions. my name is Jim Kirk and i live in flint michigan. my wife and i are big diet coke lovers, not diet pepsi. when ever we go to fast food restaurant that has your freestyle machine we are very disappointed in the taste of any product that comes out of it, especially diet coke our favorite. we will not be going to any restaurants that has this machine. i sure hope that mcdonalds, subway or speedway gas stations do not go to this machine. we would be very disappointed. i guess we would have to take our own bottle diet coke.

The drink cooler located at Walmart on Turtle Creek Drive has a lot of mold growing inside I tried to reach out to someone at Walmart on November 7th the person at Walmart that called me said she was going to handle this situation today it is November 20th and the situation hasn't been resolved yet can someone please help before somebody end up getting sick.

September 21, 2017 we bought 2 bottles of Coca-Cola 1.5 liters for a holiday in the city of Dnepr, Ukraine. But the holiday was spoiled, because children noticed that the bottles are not full and look different. At check it has appeared that one of them has no marking about date and time of manufacture and a finite shelf life. The shape of this bottle was different from the other, the label on it is very crooked, and there are compressed creases on the label. We were afraid that maybe we bought either a fake or a poor-quality product produced by your company. The call to the hotline was contacted by e-mail and attached a photo of the check and the goods. The next day the representative of the company called us, we met with him and handed him the products we bought. The representative left us two similar bottles with the product and promised to give feedback as soon as possible on this occasion. But already for almost two months we expect information and do not buy products.
We choose Coca Cola due to the fact that the quality of the product produced by an international company is always high and guarantees safety. I still cannot believe that from the assembly line of your company, a bottle without a date, with a crinkly pasted crumpled label and an undelivered bottle could be on the shelf.
I want to apply to the main office of the company in the department of work with customer complaints, because at the regional level, it seems that I will not be able to wait for the answer.
On the eve of the New Year holidays, I would like to return your product to the holiday table of my family, because the New Year without Cola will not be so traditional and warm.

On 15/11/17 at about 7pm, I opened a 1.5litre bottle of Coke Zero I purchased from New World Newlands on 14/11/17. I poured a full glass of coke. My daughter said to me that there was a piece of hair in the glass and sure enough floating on the top was a piece of black hair about 2 inches long. I took a photo before tipping the bottle down the sink and the contents in the glass. Details on the bottle as follows:

Desirable Resolution - that I never see another hair in a bottle of Coke Zero. I wasted a whole 1.5 litre bottle as I didn't want to drink it after that and tipped it out. I don't need a refund, just an assurance that there is some sort of hygiene procedures in place during the factory processing of the product. I love Coke Zero and will continue to purchase it however it best you are informed of the circumstances so it doesn't happen again.

I opened a 12oz can of Coke this morning, and the color was that of Ginger Ale with lots of carbonation. The smell was TOXIC! I opened several more cans from the same 12-pack, and they all had trace amounts of the toxic smell, but not nearly as concentrated as the first can. I tasted a couple, and immediately poured them down the drain! I have a total of 11 12-packs with the same code of:

I would like all 11 12-packs replaced with new product.

I recently purchased a 30 pack of Diet Coke from Asda in Gravesend. To my surprise 3 cans out of the 30 were empty but compleatly shut at the top. There was a small hole in one of the cans at the bottom which had leaked all over the rest of the cans. So when I opened the box it was compleatly wet and sticky. Absolutely disgusting. I thew 2 of the cans away but when I picked out the 3rd I decided to keep it to send onto if required.

Coke Zero is a regular for me. Yesterday I bought a 2lt bottle in Daylesford, Victoria, Australia. I had a few glasses last night, but today I poured a glass in the sunlight and it's full of floating mystery bits. Absolutely full of them. I feel sick and worried about what I have consumed. Please help. I love Coke Zero but I'm currently terrified. They looked fairly uniform, some bigger than others.

Brought a pack of 18 from my local co-op and picked out two cans earlier from this pack. One weighing different to the other even though they were unopened and had no holes in either can. After putting them on the scales Can 1, a full can weighed 344grams and Can 2, around half a can weighed 184grams. I took a video as proof of opening, proof of no holes and proof of the amount of liquid in each after pouring into a glass.

From december last year I have been trying to apply to sell your products at my shop. I have been sent from pillar to post eventually got hold of a lady called bongi who apparently services happy valley in blackheath area. She came promised to come again never heard from her again. I applied online provided all the information requested all went dead. I just want to sell your products and maybe use your fridges and see if I can get posters too. No one seems to be interested in assisting me.

Flat diet cokes! I threw out the flat 12 pk of diet cokes from last week, and bought 2 new cartons tonight. They were flat too, so I took them back. I took those back and they got them from the back room. They were flat too! This is the charleston rd kroger in new albany indiana I wonder if krogers leaves their cokes in the hot sun. Does coke have an expiration date? Walgreens, charleston rd has had flat diet cokes too

I recently purchased a Seagram's Ginger Ale in a Plastic Bottle. It was completely impossible to open, I purchase this product a lot, and as I usually do, I simply tried to turn to cap hard and open the bottle. Instead the cap tore a lot of skin off of my hand. I offered the bottle to many of my friends to attempt to open, and none of them were able to. I'm attaching a picture of the bottle, and I still have it as evidence if you need me to send it to you. I love your product and I continue to purchase it. I'm a big Seagram's/Coca Cola fan. But I feel that I should be compensated in some way for the bottle and for the injury it caused me if possible, I simply feel that that is fair. If you think that is unreasonable then I completely understand as well.

Dear Coca-Cola,
I tried contacting your offices for this complaint, however they're closed for the weekend. I feel this is urgent, and I do not have access to Messenger, so I'm reaching out publicly.
My spouse and I are long time consumers of your products and bought 4 bottles of regular, glass, coca-cola from the same batch at our local convenience store. This morning my spouse opened his first, said it tasted bad and got queasy. I didn't think anything of it, so I went ahead and drank some of mine. I immediately started vomiting.
If there is anything you can tell us about this batch, we would like to receive a response as we don't want this to become a legal matter.

Hi I drink coke diet cherry coke and I find out that you have stopped selling it at your western hills location. I just don't understand why it was a good selling product because sometimes you would be sold out of it and I would have to go to another store and it was not a Kroger store. The same thing happen with your deli meats you stopped selling the meats that I would buy. I am very close to just not shopping at Kroger stores altogether. It is out of my way to go to 2 stores a big inconvenience I work m-f and I don't want to spend my Saturdays going to the grocery. What happened to the one stop shopping? I would think that you would not want to lose my business I have been a loyal shopper till you keep on getting rid of my products. Thank you.

I have been a member of the Coke Rewards program from the beginning. The so called new and improved Coke Rewards is terrible. It's worthless. It's not worth doing. I am so disappointed. If Pepsi would do something similar they could steal a lot of customers. I have been loyal to Coke but I'm willing to stray.

My Coke Rewards was an awesome program. I was able to save up my points and get so many useful things I even took the whole family to Universal Studios with them. I'm grateful for what it was, but I think Coke is not doing themselves any favors by discontinuing it. Coke, really can you not afford it? Come on. These big companies should give some back. It was a great program.
