Joining date defers constantly
I resigned my current job on July 30th because I got offer from CTS to join on 09th Aug. Later it defer constantly to Aug 12th to Aug 23rd to Aug 31st. Till now I didnt hear any word for confirmation. Will they provide me confirm DOJ or will they cancel my offer. I have completed all BGV and pre joining formalities on July 15th itself. I have submitted PF for my past 5 years previous employment.

I want to share my experience while iam working in cognizant, while I have worked for cognizant I have worked for two projects named Capitalone and ABI storage and Backup. While I have worked for Capitalone project I got my shift allowance properly without any issues but once I have worked for project named ABI storage and Backup then I am started facing all kind of troubles I have not received my pending shift allowance till time as of now which is around Rs.9600. I am following up for my pending shift allowance amount almost for 3 months which includes while I am serving in organisation and also I am out of organisation by now. Yesterday I got my full and final settlement but I have not received my pending shift allowance amount along with my full and final settlement.
Please have a look on my below mails. I almost dropped n number of mails so politely to project manager but he is not responded any one of my mails. This is the reason I have left cognizant. Because of management negligence, ignorance to do their duties now I am suffering a lot. Once I have worked for ABI project I almost worked for 12 hours putting so much hardwork also now I am not even getting my shift allowance which I have too.. Scheduler, Top up everything I have updated properly nothing wrong from my end. But eventhough I am not getting my allowance.
Is there something you can help me on this?. I dropped mail to exithr help desk they have asked me to drop mail to Rajesh who is the project manager but he is not responding any of my mails.
But I still have some hope on HR department because while you guys have recruited me you are so professional and helpful. I will not blame cognizant for this because MNC like Cognizant providing shift allowance is not big deal for them.
Please don't loose any more employees like me who has exited from cognizant due to shift allowance issues. Because as per companies policies we have to get shift allowance if we work in shifts.
I am looking forward to work in cognizant in future. I believe only one bad experience in working in project named ABI storage and Backup which will not define the company standards.
I expect someone from HR department will respond to my queries. All my hopes are been exhausted I have mailed to you atleast you or someone from HR team can help me on this. Please.

Service regarding how employees are treated
Hello this is regarding the great cognizant technology services which is hiring people just to treat them as slaves. I had many dreams while joining into company... But yes all of my managers and leads played gud role including hr decided not to give early relieving. Cognizant dosent even trust employees problems... As u resigned genuinely for attending online classes for masters which were decided by college suddenly due to pandemic. I requested every day sending mails that I want early relieving but there is no response. All they need is to collect assets as I am working from home... Worst hr... Indirectly they are kicking me out of company without my permission... I request people not to join in such fraud companies and waste ur valuable time. If you join you will come out without proper relieving letter. They just suck your blood. I worked 8 months and regretting today. No one will actually take action that is the fact.

Exactly the same sequence of events being played out in my case
A) isolation of an employee who speaks up against wrong doings in cognizant.
B) hr, cts threatens him with termination. Puts him on bench & makes him angry. Hr records conversations & put words into his mouth that there is a behavioral problem
C) hr, cts sends him for counselling sessions at his expense
D) hr, cts promises him a lucrative posting post - counselling, drag their feet and not to keep up their word
E) after 3 months, hr, cts politely sounds him to look for another job telling lies that they can't fit him into any project
F) if he does not budge, hr, cts abruptly asks him to resign and threatens him with termination again.
G) hr, cts terminates him without any written notice or intimation and removes intranet & mails access
H) on his securing a job in another organisation, hr, cts denies him a clean service certificate and blackmails him to return some monies paid to him during bench period. Jacob raj, human resources, cts, chennai refused to even meet him when he went to the office to submit resignation and get a clean exit!. Mind you, jacob raj did all this as senior manager, cts, chennai and tries to keep it clean since there is nothing in writing officially.

I was offered a job, in the role of Associate- Projects in your company on March 25th, 2019 . I was directed by your HR Manager to register at One Cognizant Portal, and I diligently followed each and every step.On completing the entire registration process and uploading all the documents, I received the On Boarding Pass (OBP). I couldn't provide the relieving letter from my previous employer, UST Global, as I was denied the same, which I had mentioned clearly to your HR Manager. I was assured that unavailability of the relieving letter won't be a problem at all. Instead, I had been told to upload my offer letter of UST Global, in place of the relieving letter at One Cognizant Portal to complete the documentation process, and I acted accordingly. After successful completion of the entire process, I received my OBP. It goes beyond doubt that had my documents not been authentic and accurate, the OBP wouldn't have been generated.
Furthermore, I also received the offer letter from your company, dated 25th March, 2019. I can provide you all the documents without fail. But, due to reasons completely unknown to me, on arriving at your Pune office on the date of joining, I was told that I was ineligible for the job. I was harassed to a limitless extent and still wasn't given a proper explanation for such a humiliated and helpless situation into which I was rendered to by your organisation.
In the month of July, I received a call from a lady employee of your company who wanted to know the reason for me not joining the company. On explaining her the detailed matter, she, surprisingly, told me that there wasn't any need, as such, of the relieving letter from UST Global, as that could be, for documentation purpose, substituted by the offer letter provided to me by CTS.
Deprived and dejected, for no fault of mine, I request you, with utmost humbleness, to consider the grave loss I was put into by this recruitment drive of yours which, sadly, seems to be nothing less than a hoax. I, therefore, ask for a clearly defined and complete explanation of the reason behind such an action, unthinkable of a renowned organisation like CTS.

charged me $9.99 for no reason
I was charged $9.99 yesterday when I was at home and did not do any transaction. The amount appears on my credit card and at the time when I was at home sleeping! Luckily bank called me and confirmed if it was me who initiated it but I did not and blocked my card. The website also does not gove any idea as to why I was charged this amount. I have no way to cancel this transaction either. This is some serious scam.

We are a sharing this information as we are group of cognizant past and new consultants and have been working on various projects at client sites in Toronto and are company well-wishers. We do not wish to be named at this time and hence would not reveal the identity at this stage.
This is regarding Manager from the Canada recruitment team - Noel Correia. He has be reaching out to majority of the existing & prospective hire consultants via phone calls, in person meetings at client locations etc. and proposing us to contract with a company called Arisoft - https://arisoftglobal.com/contact-us/ or InfoMaximum - http://infomaxium.com/infomax_wp/contact-us/
He also has another accomplice in this racket called Satya Kumar Babu. Satya initiates the initial discussions with all the new and prospective new joinee consultants and get a slot for Noel to meet with us. Noel Correia further comes and meets us with the solicitation to Join Arisoft or Infomaximum.
Whether we are Citizens, PR holders or Visa holders it is our choice which pays rolling or staffing company we use for our contracts with cognizant. We cannot be getting pressurizing follow-ups via phone calls, meetings at clients sites during the work week on these topics. When we deny the offer he further asks us for a slot to meet after work and is ready to drop us to any part of the city for this in person discussion. Some of us who denied the meetings were threatened that if you do not comply on contracting through above choices our Job offer may be pulled back and we may get lower dollar rate with other vendors.
When these type of solicitations started happening regularly with many of the consultants and when these discussions came forward commonly among the group. We all decided to find the reasons behind these incidences. Some of us asked both Noel and Satya to send us an email regarding this topic and there was not official communication extended by either of them and they only keep these discussions verbal which makes the situation even more suspicious.
Few of us had some contacts locally working at Arisoft and who have used Arisoft for contracts with various consulting companies / end clients in the past. We were shocked to find out that the company owner named Imtiaz Lodhi has been doing this type of underhand dealings with Noel Corriea for last several years. Noel & Imtiaz have even created another company called Info maximum to transact on these type of shady deals. Imtiaz Lodhi has managed to place consultants in various organizations though this route where Noel Corriea has worked in the past. Noel & Satya in return get a kick back margin of few dollars for every hour rate paid to the consultants for every candidate that joins through Arisoft or Infomaximum as additional income for the whole year or via family vacation packages paid to the travel agency directly by Arisoft.
Infomaximum does not even have a company address and proper whereabouts listed, how can we all give them our payrolling responsibility on which our families depend for survival in Canada. We cannot lose our hard earned money to some illegitimate middlemen and be pressurized on joining a specific company for a benefit of few people. These are highly unethical activities that are taking place on the company premises without anyone talking any action against these corporate thieves.
we are group of consultants in canada who have been the victim on noel's scheme to defraud cognizant. He is sexually abusive and has violent behavior towards everyone in the company. We did investigation on his previous employer CGI and have found out that he was fired due to his behavior issues and mental ill health. Post review of his credit history we also found out that he has also did some fraudulent transactions with some bank due to which Canada revenue agency has opened an investigation against him which is found in the government public records. We are surprised that reputed comapanyies are being ignorant of this information and still employ this fraudulent crook

Based on the above allegation made Cognizant's legal and compliance teams have investigated this allegation and has also reached out to the individual or individuals that have made this allegation against me. These individuals have not come forward and refuse to identify themselves. In addition a thorough investigation has been concluded by the Legal and Compliance team at Cognizant where I still continue to be employed.
They have determined that this is a defamation of my character and have concluded that I am a victim of character assassination. None of the above has been proven as true.
I have initiated legal proceedings to have this expunged from the internet but this does take time and in the interim I continue to be a victim of this pishing posting.
