unauthorized transaction from my ltc wallet
when I sent the 3 ltc to an address I was prompted for a verification number on my phone which I put in. There was a box that popped up with the address and to confirm it which I did. Right after that my ltc wallet went down another 5.99 ltc and that was sent to an unauthorized address and there is no history on my acct nor was there any confirmation email. the address that took the ltc was

there is no history on my acct nor for my ltc wallet about the 5.99 transaction.
I did not authorize this 2nd transaction and feel that coinbase allowed my ltc to be stolen and did nothing to correct it.
Please advise as to what can be done. I have lost over $1400 because coinbase allowed my coins to be stolen. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

Since 17 of December of 2017, I have been waiting for a SEPA withdraw in the value of 116, 85! Withdraw code is OICKJ25W! Going on almost 12 days without the transaction be clear on my bank account, I have done transactions with Coinbase before and never got this bad. Also the support page is completely useless with no help to solve problems of its clients.

I made a SEPA deposit into my euro wallet more than 10 days ago and since then no money has been deposited into my account even though it left my account straight away. I contacted customer service and provided them with screen shots of my payment but the only thing they say that they will get back to me. What can I do ? I've done a deposit of $1000 to my USD wallet on 11th Dec 2017; these funds were supposed to be available on 18th Dec 2017. However, the funds are not yet credited in the wallet even after 14 days, although these were debited from my bank account.
Also, I've bought 2 coins on 12th Dec 3017 and received email saying the coins will be available on 19th Dec 2017. These are also not yet credited.
It is a great regret that the coins and funds are not credited as I was promised. Due to this I missed many opportunities to sell/buy them in the right moment.
I've also sent emails to coinbase regarding this and has not received any response.
I would request the team to resolve this issue.

I transferred a sum of money from my Resolut account to Coinbase on 17 Dec 2017. It has been over 5 working days and the money is still not in my Coinbase account. Why is the money still not showing in my Coinbase account? This is a really bad service. Any standard bank can transfer money between account in 2 hours, let alone more than 5 working days!

I have been unable to withdraw funds from my Coinbase wallet since October. I've sent countless emails, I can't get through to them on any customer service number, they completely ignore their Twitter accounts. They are holding my funds hostage in their app and I have no way of communicating with them. I can't think of any other channel of getting help - the channels they provide for communication might as well be non existent. I don't know what to do to get my money out.

I would like to make a complaint.
We set up an account to purchase Litecoin a few weeks back. You took our ID and bank details for us to confirm who we are to be able to make a payment. We then made a payment of £500 for our coins. When we tried to withdraw our money, we were then told that we needed to activate our bank to confirm who we are again. To do this we had to make an international payment from our bank account using the details that you provided. We did this and was told that it would take 2 days to verify. 2 days came and it still said the same message. We then made an international call where we was on hold for 50 minutes. This cost us £61. We was told that there was other areas we needed to complete on our account and we would be sent an email telling us what we needed to do. The email only provided a link to the website and didn't actually tell us what to do. So we wasted time and money. We then called back yesterday, on hold for a further 50 minutes to be told that we need to provide further ID. I have sent my passport and still no money. It still says that our bank needs to be verified. I asked one of your agents to check my IBAN on the call yesterday but she refused. My friend also had the same issue. She called and the guy she spoke to (Justin) altered her IBAN and within 2 days she had her money, yet the agent I spoke to refused to do this. When I look on the site, it looks like your IBAN is in the field where my IBAN should sit.
I have provided you with a copy of my passport, copy of my driving licence, bank details, international payment and you still cant transfer me my money. I have spent hours on the phone and it has cost me money trying to contact your customer service team who will only send an email with a link to your site.
I am obviously frustrated with the situation. I want somebody to contact me with a solution!

All my Bitcoin currency from my coinbase account was transferred to 1GMqkLRKVUoZXL7maMakYD7oeisryT42z1 id. This is never authorized by me. The Bitcoin currency transferred was worth $1276 at the time of transfer. My account is disabled now citing fraud as the reason.
Can you please help me get my Bitcoin Currency back. Coinbase is a website that deals in buying and selling Crypto Currency. Please help me get my BTC or money back.
coinbase withholding funds

I tried to withdraw my funds from my wallet and was instructed to make a SEPA transfer of a minimum of 6 euros in order to verify my account. I hpdid this and the international payment was taken from my account 2 weeks ago and sent to Coinbase Latvian bank account as requested. Almost 3 weeks later and I still can't withdraw my funds. 3 calls to America and numerous emails to their so called help desk and nothing. This is now on the verge of fraud or theft as they are withholding my money unlawfully.

Contacted coinbase to confirm wire transfer of 2000 euros. They said it was pending and woukd go into the account within 24 hours.
3 days later still pending. Call back several times and customer service hang up on me no less than 7 times. Money is returned (by coinbase) to my bank account, less €100. Call them back and they continue to hang up on me.
Someone there is scamming money off customers and this is terrible.

I have been making purchases throughout the week and all of a sudden it says this function has been disabled the same goes for when I tried this morning. coinbase ignore my withdrawal requests
I submitted a 6 euro (plus £9 bank charges) as per coinbase withdraw verification process...and had confirmation the 6 euro arrived in coinbase account. since then nothing has happened and I am still not able to withdraw more than 1 week later. they are ignoring emails and there is no contact telephone. they are holding my money against my will buy apparently many people are complaining about the same...so perhaps this outfit is a scam.

Coinbase restricted my account because I tried to access it from a forbidden country (although not living there; I just went for work). The Coinbase page on restricted countries states that access to the account will be resumed once the user logs from an accepted country; this is my case currently, but the account is still blocked. I receive a message to send the id and proof of address to coinbase, but how? I want to upload it but coinbase also restricted my access to the id verification page. Without access to this page, no response to emails, phone customer support always busy with a recording telling me to call later, I have my account restricted for one week, not being able to manage my hard earned money.

This man told me he was refunding the $90 that Amazon owed my 9 year old daughter. He took control of my computer and said that these were the steps that he had to take to refund it. He then tried to deposit the money back into my daughter's bank account however, he said he couldn't because she had no license. He said he had to do the refund in my account. He kept asking me to go onto my online banking and see if I could see the $1.35 and $1.25 transaction that was pending. I then told him I could see it. He then sent me a link to take a picture of my license - when I asked why he said that my license was needed to verify who I am. So I did that for him as well. He then told me it would take up to 1 hour for the money to be back into my account. Then he told me I could transfer it to my daughter's account. I said thank you. We hung up. I went to my banking app and realized he had stolen another $400 from my account. I called back all the number we had spoke on - none were in service. I finally reached him at [protected] and once he heard my voice he hung up. I phoned my bank and canceled my card. They are opening an investigation into this matter and I will get my money back one way or another. I also phoned the police. I am disgusted in you guys.

In the last few months there has been Idenitity fraud using my name, address, phone number, bank account, checking account etc. Someone has gone in an set up an account with Paypal credit in my name which was cancelled because of fraud and I had know idea this had gone on. They also made purchases and charged them on My Chase Account & Checking Account. All of my accounts have been changed along with my phone number. I am afraid they have now frauded your company. can't take out my funds! - no transfers or withdrawals!
i have a verified account with legit funds in it (i put in u.s. dollars via my bank account) they don't let me transfer or withdraw these funds (my first transfer of minimum amount they let through & afterwards locked it) even though i sent them my passport image (in addition to a photo of me holding my passport, dob, social...).
if the account was good enough to put in funds to it why isn't it good to get my funds out of it & do business with other companies.
their phone reps claim they aren't on top of this dept, they don't reply to emails.

I made a SEPA transfer 14 days ago for £5, 000 which is showing as sent on my bank statement but Coinbase haven't credited my account .

I sent a wire to Gdax(Coinbase) and it was refused because the name on the wire was my business name instead of my legal name. They sent me an email the same day saying it was being returned and still 15 days later not only have I not got my wire I still can't get support to address the problem. I have open tickets that are never responded to and I have called support 3 times. They say they have escalated it but still nothing happens.
I am again on hold with phone support. They are very nice but seem to be useless in getting anything resolved.
debit card purchase
I've placed orders in the past with coinbase with no problems however this recent time they blocked my card purchase and told me to use other methods. I ask support when I will get my card back on my account for instant purchases and they tell me a specialist is looking into it. 2 weeks later I ask for an update with no reply so I go to give them feedback on their poor customer service.. then they lower the limits on my bank transfers. I've never seem such a rude company to do business with.
