Shady
This company is racketeering and shady. My car got booted because i forgot to update my registration on their website even though I have the rights to park at my condo. I told them I will provide them with my lease agreement and had management call them to tell them because Im a resident. Yet, they refused to remove my boot.
The company is run by Eugene (Evghenii) and Oleg.
Oleg is the grunt and Eugene is management. They are Russian immigrants with heavy Russian accents. I don’t know how towing business is bought and licensed with the county but this business is run like a mafia and shady.
They even vandalize your car by sticking a big like 7x10 sticker on ur driver window that you can’t peel off and when you go to pay the exorbitant $155 to get your boot removed they force you and do not give you an option to opt out of no-refund if you pay policy.
These are all highly unethical and shady. They do not promote community but disenfranchise the community.
They are not in the business of enforcing and maintaining safe parking for residents but racketeering money.
I filed a hearing for the commission to look into these unethical money racketeering practices.
I see many ppl complaining about these practices with this company.
Please come to the hearing and make a statement so we can get rid of these unfair practices.
Great service
Great service. Since they start patroling our parking lot we can finally find a parking spot. It's been a real hassle before, but now it's much easier. They do a good job of keeping things organized and making sure people follow the rules. I appreciate their efforts in making our parking lot more manageable.
There’s plenty if parking spots where I am. Wait, til they boot your car because you forget to update your registration.
I was parked in front of my garage while I was bringing things to my apartment, and this company for some reason decides to boot my truck
I was parked in front of my garage while I was bringing things to my apartment, and this company for some reason decides to boot my truck. I mean, seriously? I wasn't even blocking anyone or causing any trouble. It's just plain annoying and inconvenient. Plus, the booting fee they charged me was ridiculous. I had to waste my time and money just to get it removed. Not cool, Colorado Booting, LLC. Not cool at all.
They only care about makin money and nothin else
They only care about makin money and nothin else. They don't respect the rights of residents and the rules that management has put forth.
Company wrongfully booted my car
Company wrongfully booted my car. They took over 2 hours to come take the boot off. It was proven by the parking app and the apartment complex that I paid for parking and was rightfully parked. It seems like they just drive around wrongfully booting cars.
The folks working for this company are no good
The folks working for this company are no good. One of 'em said somethin' false that got me in trouble with the law. I asked 'em for details 'bout what happened, but they said no. These guys are cheaters and they'll lie. I'm currently suin' 'em.
Eugene booted my truck with a valid parking pass and ran away when I confronted him about the booting
Eugene booted my truck with a valid parking pass and ran away when I confronted him about the booting. He even ran over my foot because I refused to pay. He's a terrible person trying to make money from booting cars. I will take legal action to the highest extent.
This is my second time gettin' booted at my own crib with my legit pass
This is my second time gettin' booted at my own crib with my legit pass. Them employees, man, they stone cold and emotionless. The owner, he's like a money-suckin' vampire, man. Ain't got no backbone, and they only boot ya at 2:00 am when ain't nobody gonna be around. It's a dirty business run by some awful folks.
These guys are scammers
These guys are scammers. No signs, no red line, nothing to show that the spot next to other cars isn't for parking. When I tried explaining, the guy just said it's my fault and then came up with another reason (that wasn't mentioned earlier) for booting me. He was rude and kept blaming the property manager, the HOA, and my landlord, even though the spot wasn't clearly marked as a no-parking area.
I was droppin' off medicine at my moms this afternoon
I was droppin' off medicine at my moms this afternoon. I went in for 10min, came back out, and bam! There was a boot on my car. I called right away, 9min after they slapped on the boot, and Eugene picked up. He was so dang rude when I tried explainin' that I was just droppin' off stuff. He told me to call back when I was ready to pay and hung up. He didn't care if it was 1min or 5min. When they showed up, I asked Eugene for his boss's name so I could talk to him. But nope, he said he's the manager and the only person I'm gonna talk to. This company is the worst, no ethics at all, and their employees are just plain rude.
Management is not helpful
Management is not helpful. Eugene is the only person who answers the phone, he said he's the owner, but he acted like he didn't have a name, middle, or last, and wouldn't let me talk to the real manager/owner. They didn't let me explain why my car's boots should be removed without payment, and their customer service wasn't that great. This isn't a real company, it feels like it's run by just one person who hires different people to put boots on cars. It's poorly managed, and they're willing to boot/tow your car for no reason at all. Don't let your car get booted in Colorado, it'll be a big hassle.
This company is a total scam - they illegally booted my son's car with a valid parking permit at an apartment complex to take 150 bucks from him
This company is a total scam - they illegally booted my son's car with a valid parking permit at an apartment complex to take 150 bucks from him to take off the boot. They had no right to do it and we gonna take legal action but ComplaintsBoard.com should see the reviews here and know they are a scam preying on people with little money. Unreal - car was only parked a few hours in a valid parking spot. Nothing we can do but have them take off the boot while they scam people. Eugene was the guy I talked to and hung up on me and now won't take my calls. Legal action needs to be taken as well as ComplaintsBoard.com investigation.
It's spring now and there's open spots everywhere
It's spring now and there's open spots everywhere. I parked at River Run at 7pm and was booted at 145 am. This company is only out to screw over locals and scam their way to being rich. My parking clearly wasn't a nuisance or problem because there's 100 open spots. What happened to parking tickets? Just write a parking ticket. No, you want to extort me for my property back, in cahoots with management companies. This clearly violates my property rights in use of my vehicle. What if I had to work? What if I had a doctor's appointment? This company is going down, there's going to be a reckoning and eventually a class action lawsuit is going to make this sad sorry little man wish he never booted a single car.
I'm staying at an accommodation in Colorado through Airbnb
I'm staying at a place in Colorado through Airbnb. They offer free parking, but you have to register your vehicle every 10 days. During my second registration, I made a mistake or didn't complete the computer form properly. Then, Colorado Booting company LLC came and put a boot on my car, telling me I had to pay $144 to have it removed. I explained that I live here and will be staying for another 6 weeks. I didn't park illegally, I've paid my rent, my only mistake was not fully completing the vehicle registration. They told me to take it up with the HOA or the homeowner, as the Summit county sheriff's office doesn't handle private property issues. Now, do you think it's fair to hold private property hostage and demand a ransom for a simple registration error? I believe this is an illegal scheme and I request that you investigate the practice of booting (holding property hostage and demanding a ransom) legally parked vehicles at the condos. Robert K
