Comlink Total Solutions Corp is a company that I had a really bad experience with. They were very misleading about their services and the cost involved. The internet connection they provided was really slow, making it difficult to download anything. The streaming quality was also very poor. Overall, it was the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I strongly advise against getting involved with them.

I've been paying $160.00 per month for their service, but it's been a disappointment. I can't even watch a movie, and reading my emails is a struggle. I've been trying to reach out to this company for three days now, but none of the phone numbers listed are working. It's frustrating because the system won't even let me leave a message about the bad phone numbers I've tried. They provided an email address for customers, but it doesn't exist, and the system won't let me leave an email either. Finally, after three days, someone responded to my email and apologized, saying they would open a service ticket. However, I still haven't heard back from anyone.

They said their internet service gonna be faster than what we got now. We tried it out and it was way slower. They ain't willing to cancel the contract and I reckon I shouldn't have to pay for this lousy service. I wanna terminate that darn contract.

I talked to this company about wireless internet
I talked to this company about wireless internet. I told them that the only wireless phone carrier that gave me good signal was Verizon Internet. The lady I spoke with said they could provide me with this service. When I first asked about wireless internet, she told me they had a holiday special and gave me the cost for the special, but I can't remember it. That's when I mentioned that only Verizon worked for me. Then she gave me a different price, slightly higher, and said it was because of Verizon. She said there were no credit checks or contracts for this service, which is also on their website. She said I needed to provide a credit card and give them permission for autopay. I told her I wasn't comfortable with autopay, but eventually agreed to proceed. She charged my card and said she would send me something to verify my email, with a link to click. I realized it was a contract and declined the service. Not only was it a contract, but it gave them the right to charge me for things like ending the service early and equipment fees. I told them I wouldn't sign any contract and reminded them that they said there was no contract to sign, even on their website. Still, they refused to give me my money back. This company should be shut down for doing illegal things. You can't just take someone's money without giving them the service. They're running a scam.

This company has been a complete waste of time and money. I was told I'd have a 3 day window to cancel services without penalties. I called day 2 and day 3 with issues and talked to the same foreign male by the name of "Harry Johnson" that initially set up my services, would not honor my request to cancel. I have also been told this past week on a call that Harry was fired for giving false information to customers, and they STILL refuse to help me! He kept "assuring me" that it would work. Fast forward to today (6 weeks later) I have had to pay $100 for a signal booster that did not help at all. I'm currently awaiting the 3rd modem they are saying is the problem. Numerous tickets have been placed. They absolutely will NOT honor my request to cancel. I have called almost daily since day 1 and they do not care at all about not only the money they have waisted myself and them sending out new modems, but the hours of time spent on the phone each evening trying to get them to understand that this will not work at my home. I'm at a loss at where to go from here. I just need help to resolve this situation. My husband runs a business (A+ ComplaintsBoard.com Member) and not having internet services is costing the business set backs as well, another thing I've expressed but they do not care. The representatives that answer will not even let you talk to a supervisor. This company needs to be shut down. This past week I was told (1st time hearing this) that their "service" is free and that I'm paying for the modem. Ok, so a modem is going up cost me $2400 by the time I fulfill the terms? It's complete ***! Every single call is something new and some bull about how I need to "trust them" and that "it will be fixed once and for all" or "I assure you". I'm tired of the nonsense and hassle :( Please help!

I've had this internet for 6 months and I found a better internet service 1 month ago, so I disconnected the comlink. But I didn't try to cancel it till about 2 weeks ago, and to this day I'm still having issues with them canceling it. I called them 2 weeks ago and told them I would like to discontinue their service, and I want them to discount my internet. They asked why, I told them I got cheaper and better service through someone else. They proceeded to try to talk me into keeping their service. I told them no, I just want it discounted. They said they already took a payment out, so they can't until my month was up from that service. I proceeded to tell them I didn't care, I want it shut off. Then they said I need to talk to the cancellation department, to hold on, they will transfer me. Ok, well, they came back on the phone and said they were busy, and they would call me back within an hour. Well, I waited till the next day, called them back in the morning again, same conversation as the day before, and said they would call me back. I said I was told that yesterday, they said they were really busy, and they will call me. Well, I waited 3 days and called them again, same conversation as before, trying to get me to stay, but this time told me their department was closed, they would call me back on Monday, so I waited. Monday came and went, called them Tuesday, and again, same conversation, trying to get me to stay. At this time, I'm upset about the whole situation, and the guy proceeded to tell me the cancellation department was busy, they would call me back. I told them no, I would call them. I asked them what time does the cancellation department close, he told me 8pm. I said every time I called it was before 4, so why am I being told they're closed? He said he didn't know, so I said I would call back at 7pm. So I did call back at 7pm, and again, they tried talking me out of it. I told them I wanted the cancellation department. Mind you, the guy earlier told me they close at 8pm, and I called back that same day at 7pm, but he proceeded to tell me they were closed. I'm mad at this time and asked for a manager, and the reply was one too busy and the other went home. I hung up, called back, and now I'm blocked. Still haven't had my internet canceled, and no way to contact them, but they still took payment. So I had to get ahold of my bank to cancel my card and get a new one, which is gonna be a huge problem because I have that card auto pay for all my other bills. So now I gotta do all of that also.
I received my Tablet in the mail on 10/25/2023 and I opened it and charged it and then turned it on to see the screen cracked. I can't use it.
