I sold some shares and asked if the funds could be sent via wire transfer. She said yes and that it would take 3-5 days. After that period, another person said that it could take up to 10 days and that she would put an "exclamation mark" next to the order to mark it as urgent and expedite the procedure; that was last week. Now, the guy told me that it would take 3-5 days more, and that he will expedite as well?! All his supervisor was able to tell me is that they will expedite… I have spoken with several people and had web chats with a few as well; they all have given me different information about the projected time, how much fee it will take, and so on… As for availability, when you call Computershare on a number dedicated for outside of the US (I am calling long distance), after identifying yourself, you are put on waiting queue. Then, after listening to the machine for 15+ minutes, the call gets disconnected, so you need to call them back… If you try web chat, the answering bot puts you on hold as well, and after 20 minutes, someone comes to tell you that you need to call them via phone :-/
