Don't buy a used container from Container One
Don't buy a used container from Container One. It'll be your fault that there's an issue. They'll even send you a whole page on how and why it's your fault. I sent several photos of the problems I had with the cam-keepers but that wasn't good enough. Everyone is nice and the process is pretty easy until there's an issue and all of a sudden everyone gets quiet. Cam-keepers are an easy replacement but this company's customer service is nonexistent when there's an issue. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I've dealt with containers for decades and ContainerOne used containers are garbage. If you feel compelled to buy from them don't waste your money on used, buy the new ones and hope that any issues you find, being that it's new will provide you with more leverage to get the matter fixed. I hate companies that do this to people and hope this review will help others.

They took my order for a 40 used-once container
They took my order for a 40 used-once container. It was almost *** dollars. After a month - I hadnt heard from them. And it took several calls to get anyone to give a status. They gave vague answers about the container not being released from the yard yet. Not my area of expertise, but it is theirs, and they promise faster turn around.I hired a contractor to prep the lot where the container was to be delivered. He has done this work before and he did a great job leveling several tones of modified gravel over some weed block. That cost about ***. He assured me that the an average driver wouldnt have any problems delivering the container with a little help from us on site to stop traffic. Normal stuff you do at an urban construction site. Container One kept asking for photos and assurances the site was accessible. It is and I responded. Eventually, after almost 2 months of inaction, I was very frustrated and told them to deliver it or refund my money. They refunded it, minus 350 dollars! It was them effectively canceling the delivery, not me, so I feel ripped off. I would not recommend doing business with them.

Easy to order online. No choice on what you get. Longer than anticipated delivery time. Professional delivery driver. Acceptable overall. Had purchased containers twice before in past, both went a little smoother than this time. Will probably use again in future.
It was in great shape, delivered soon than I thought they could, the set up was great. I am highly satified.
Very easy process. Delivered around my schedule. Will buy again for sure.
Very easy to work with and quick delivery time and worked around my schedule. Will buy again
Called to order a 20 foot container three weeks before we needed it
Called to order a 20 foot container three weeks before we needed it. After checking to confirm availability, the rep called and promised it by the date we requested. They required payment via bank routing information, Transaction cleared the account, but when we got within a few days of the due date on our jobsite, received a call saying we would be receiving a follow up call to confirm the delivery time. The call never came. Container one was fully aware of the importance of this date as we were expecting thousands of dollars in materials. I called and after being on hold and passed around to three different individuals, I was informed of a hold up due "shipping" issues. They offered to move me ahead of their other customers for a 500$ expedite fee. When I refused, I was promised a call from my rep in 45 min. 4 hours later I called again and finally reached him, more excuses, then he offered me a refund with no mention of any cancel fees Several days later no refund, Emailed the company and they were "unaware" of any offer! They refused to give me the owners information- They finally sent a refund minus 350! SHADY Business practices.
Container ONE takes no responsibility for their delivery drivers even though the contract is between Container ONE and the driver. If there is any problem with the delivery, Container ONE says it is completely the purchaser's fault. The purchaser has NO idea who will deliver the shipping container nor whether the delivery vehicle is capable of successfully completing the delivery. My driver failed to deliver the container because the truck was undersized for a 40-foot high-cube container and it couldn't make it up a small grade. I've had other vehicles delivering shipments that are even heavier and they have not had problems. Container ONE will charge YOU for a missed delivery EVEN WHEN it is the fault of the driver that they have contracted for.
Container was as advertised. Delivery driver was excellent. Very helpful and went above and beyond expectation.
Everything was great the driver did a awesome job an *** our sales person was awesome she went out of her way to answer all my ?
Very professional driver took me through the set up good rubber gasket all the way around both doors and no bad rust on the outside Very good deal
I ordered my container on April 18th, Told at the time to expect 4 to 6 weeks
I ordered my container on April 18th, Told at the time to expect 4 to 6 weeks. I would also get the waiting on the supplier calls about every two weeks. I called the office many times, get the same thing with little response or follow up. I did get a response once who said usually this takes 2 weeks and they said I dont know whats going on. I got ahold of the main guy in shipping, who was helpful and seemed to make some movement in this process. It generated a call from an office lady the next day asking me if I could take delivery June 9th. I got a call back with the bad news that the driver had a family emergency and couldnt make it. Looking back now he just wanted a long weekend. Im still waiting at this point, multiple calls and two emails to the company. Its been 9 weeks now and about 60 days waiting for my container. Told we have driver issues. I keep making all the notes and recordings to proceed legally as it gets to that point. I just retired a month ago from Law Enforcement of 34 years, Im not giving up until I get my container and not a leftover junk crate. I realize the country in general is experiencing issues, however, the lack of follow up or follow through is Container Ones issues. I recommend you do your research, keep good notes and write down names of people you talk to. Ill keep you updated on my order and how this goes. If they come through I will report on that as well.

The whole process from start to finish went awesome. The customer service, delivery driver, and billing answered every question we had so all went so smoothly. *** went totally out of her way to get our delivery earlier than expected we thank all for your help
Overall the experience was good. The driver was very professional and the customer service was very good at keeping me updated on the status of my order. I did not like having to pay full price up front for something you don't know what it looks like until it is delivered.
The purchase and delivery were seamless. The product was as advertised. I know where to go for my next container.
This company promised a delivery of a 20 container within 4-6 weeks after receiving payment
This company promised a delivery of a 20 container within 4-6 weeks after receiving payment. I made the payment in full and when their dispatcher called me and told me that they deliver on a 40 trailer I informed her that I had already told *** the salesperson that a 40 trailer would not go down the road due to be an one way with very sharp turns. They informed me that that their driver could do it and I told them that all they will do is tear up the trailer and possibly kill their driver. I was like no you need to listen I grew up on that road I know what its like. I was told that I would need to contact *** who in turn told me that she would look into it. Did not receive a call back. Two days before the container was supposed to be delivered I called and was told they were still working on it. By this time I was very upset as I was scheduled to move out of my house and was planning on using the container as a storage unit. So I had to rent a storage unit at $224.00 a month at a storage facility that is like 120 miles from me and push my move out day back which also caused me to lose more money and put my house off the market longer. When I requested my money back they refunded everything but $350.00 because of a restocking fee. I was like what they didnt even have a 20 in stock and I was told to talk to *** again, which again Im still waiting for a call back on from *** and we are now about 4-5 weeks of waiting for a call that doesnt seem to be a priority to this company. Im so upset with this company and their customer service or lack of. Nothing but a scam

***BUYER BEWARE*** If I could leave a negative-star rating, I absolutely would
BUYER BEWARE*** If I could leave a negative-star rating, I absolutely would. I paid $5537 for a 1-trip 40-ft. HC container from Container One, and drove 22 hours round-trip to an out-of-state property to meet them for delivery (with an open trailer of building materials I needed to store in the container). They told me that a dually pick-up would deliver the container (important because I got approval from my neighbor for them to drive through his yard due to our tight driveway). Instead, a single-axle semi WITH BALD TIRES showed up to deliver our container 250 feet into a flat hay field. I shared photos of the delivery location with Container One before I ordered. Because their Terms and Conditions state that the BUYER is responsible to tow out the driver if they get stuck, and the tires were bald, I spent 2 hours on the phone late on Friday afternoon arguing with Container One Logistics and the trucking company owner, and ultimately refused the delivery because I wasn't going to potentially pay for a semi tow truck to pull out the bald-tired delivery truck. Container One refused to waive any fees because they said I had the option to call a (semi) tow truck if I was worried, and I ate $1226 in delivery and restocking fees. I was up until 2:40 a.m. Saturday morning unloading my 24-foot trailer of building materials at an alternate location. The ComplaintsBoard.com site doesn't have an option for photos, but I have photos of the truck tires and pre-delivery text communications, and will post them in similar reviews everywhere else I can (photos are worth 1000 words). WHAT AN ABSOLUTE HEADACHE. Don't be fooled by their great service up-front...once they have your money, their Customer Service is out the window.

Totally unprofessional service
Totally unprofessional service. I was told it takes 15 days from the day of payment to get my container and on day 14 i call to find out that their 3rd party delivery service couldnt pull through because they took time off thanksgiving, veterans days and the election and didnt notify Container One. The people at Container One said this was normal behavior that they "have to deal with" and thats unprofessional because Container One charges an extremely high price for the same product when compared to other businesses. You would think that paying this high price they could do something to avoid this very simple issue. I was so fed up with that response and was also told i would have to wait another 2 weeks. I asked for a refund and they gave me a number to a man who did not answer my call during normal business hours. I left a voicemail asking to be refunded and to please call me back. He refunded me BUT DID NOT CALL TO TELL ME THAT! So after days of waiting for his call back i thought he was busy and just missed it so i waited another 2 weeks. The day came for my delivery and nothing. So i called to find out that the owner of the business did what i asked but didnt tell me and had me wait 2 weeks for nothing. I also never got the money back into my account. I asked why and they said "a Quickbooks error" but had my money back to me in less than a day which was nice but seemed oddly suspicious that i had to ask for it back like that and how fast they got it back to me when i caught on to what they were doing. They kept thousands of MY dollars in banking limbo for almost a month. They also had the nerve to take $350 of my money for canceling even though they were the ones who dropped the ball when it came to my order
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a 40ft cargo worthy from kyle 9/24. I was advised that these are better than the the grade below cargon worthy. Less dings and little rust. I PAID EXTRA to ensure the content would be protected. I paid over $4200. Delivery was 7-10 days. Well my container was delivered 10/20 with holes in the roof. I kept calling container One for updates but they would just say let ne call the logistics and we'll call you back. They never called me back. The day it was delivered i called them and they had no record that my container was loaded yet. They people have no idea what their doing. My container was NEVER inspected as they say they are. Drivers arent allowed to get out of their vehicles at the loading yards due to COVID. Let say "term and conditions" are NOT disclosed in any transaction until you get your receipt OR you go the website and try and find them. They were never presented to me for my consent during my transaction. The holes in the container has caused moisture from the rain and puddles on the floor of the container. I have thousands of dollats of materials in there on our off grid property, 5 hours away from where I live. I opened a claim and the only thing they do is send you patches, attach a link to some youtube video of a 3rd party applying the patch. I asked for $300 refund to compensate some of the difference between the cargo worthy and the grade below. I difference is well above $300. Also for my time and labor since they dont have fix their own product they sell. They take your money then paas you along. They do not have any business ethics or value for their customers. All the good reviews are about delivery which again ia a 3rd party vendor, NOT container one employeed. I want my $300

I highly recommend not buying a shipping container from Container One
I highly recommend not buying a shipping container from Container One. One May 10th, I purchased a 40 foot standard wind and water tight (40STWWT) from container one and was told I would get my container in 10 to 14 days. Finally after not hearing anything from container one on June 1st I called and talked to *** who is the ( Inventory Manager ) and he told me he will follow up and get back to me. He did not get back to me so I emailed them three days later and he replied and told me he did not tell me that and said when he gets an update he will get a hold of me. Over the course of the next several months I called every week or two and was always told I am next on the list and should get a call soon. I would always have to talk to *** and I told him a few times to be honest with me as to whats going on so I know my options and he always said I am next on the list and should get a call soon. Finally on the morning of October 15 talking with *** he told me because shipping containers have gone up in price the people paying current prices will get their containers first and he could not tell me when I will get mine and when I asked if I'll get it in 2021 he said he couldn't say and they would wait until the prices came down. At that time I requested a refund and on October 19th I received my money back and the next day bought one locally paying $1800 more. Because *** continued to lie to me for several months and kept me believing I would get my container soon I waited that long to get my money back. Like I said if *** would have been honest with me from the beginning I would have gotten my money refunded right away so I could buy one from another company. Also, container one does not like replying to emails so communication is usually by phone so you have no documentation of conversations.
The entire experience with this company was a nightmare
The entire experience with this company was a nightmare. I was told 10 days for delivery. I ordered the container and choose to use rent to own option. The finance company was great! Container one however was horrible. 5 days after I ordered, I had not heard from the company at all, so I emailed and called them. When I was finally able to speak to a person, I was told they were waiting for the supplier to release the container, and as soon as it was released the driver would call to discuss a drop off time. Five more days passed with no word from container one. On the 10th day my husband called them and spoke with customer service ..He was told there was a delay due to weather. Weather was fine so was a little confused. Had to reschesule wood delivery out for another 15 days. No word from container one at the 25 day ***. I called finance company again and told them if I did not hear from container one within 5 days I would cancel my order and start the process for a refund of my down payment. For the first time ever container one called me on day five..the day I intended to cancel the order. They told me the container would be delivered Monday.. Which was perfect since wood was coming Tuesday. The driver showed up Monday as promised. Showed him where we wanted it, his response was.. I will try I have never done this before, first time ever dropping a container. My property is 5 acres and there is nothing on it so he had all of the space he needed. He started to drop it where we wanted it..but then it got stuck on the trailer with one side already of the ground. He drug it about 20 feet and then turned. So now the container was crooked and not where we needed it. The driver said there was nothing he could do about it. Ordered a cargo worthy.. What I got was an " as is" . A hole in the roof and floor panel pushed up in corner not attached. Lots of rust and patches, bowed in wall. Not at all cargo worthy. Have tried to reach company by phone and email..no response
I ordered a 40HCWWT March 19th (they were not backordered at the time) and told 3-5 week delivery
I ordered a 40HCWWT March 19th (they were not backordered at the time) and told 3-5 week delivery. At 5 weeks I called and was told they were having trouble getting them but my order would be one of the first ones out of *** when they did come in. I was told this a few times over a few months. Covid and the Suez canal incident did not help matters on containers and I understood that so I waited... Fast forward to November, I call to check and the response from inventory is "We don't know when it may come in". I was quite angry because they had my money all this time and with all of the container prices skyrocketing elsewhere, a refund wouldn't help me since it wasn't enough to cover a container through anyone else. What really happened is the price on them increased from their supplier, so they did not want to fulfil my order for the price I had paid when other consumers were paying the new higher price. I was informed that I could pay more and get a container out of Memphis. I was infuriated that they sold me a product they didn't physically have, and now wanted extra to hold up their end of the deal. I thought about it a couple of days, still very angry with them but knew that even if I paid extra, it was still cheaper than I could get locally or through another business. Time was running out as I needed one before winter. I went ahead and ordered the one out of Memphis, but I called pretty much daily to check on it and told *** day delivery. It was scheduled for day 9 but there were some local storms that delayed it until around day 13 which I fully understood, cant be helped. It was delivered, and the driver was good, put it exactly where it was marked, and was friendly. The container was inspected on delivery and the driver nor I could see daylight through it anywhere but there were some pretty big dents and the doors were very hard to open. Basically what an average WWT is like. An evening with some grease and WD40 and the doors worked like new. It rained later that week and I noticed a leak. I contacted the warranty *** about the leaks and was sent a patch fairly quickly but they sent a patch that was too small for the leak. Tired of dealing with this company, I just patched it myself. I'm sure some people have had great experience with this company, but I did not. It's a poor business model to sell something you don't have, and try to pass any price increases from your supplier onto your customer. That's not the consumers fault, that's on you.

Let me just start this review by saying: This is my first container purchase, and I was very nervous about getting scammed or sold a low quality
Let me just start this review by saying: This is my first container purchase, and I was very nervous about getting scammed or sold a low quality container. After doing a lot of reading/calling/asking questions of several different companies, I came down to the decision to go with Container One. Their company had enough reviews/exposure that I felt comfortable with not getting scammed, which took a large weight off of my shoulders. Although, once I started reading some of the reviews for them, I found some "Horror Stories", which made me nervous about the quality of the container. Now, I am a very analytical person, so I dove into each review, to try to make the decision on the large purchase I was planning. I found that A LOT of the negative reviews seemed like issues that either A) The company was up-front about, but the customer didn't like the result (Eg. "The container didn't fit where I wanted it" or B) The customer did not do their research, and expected a "Like-New" unit for a "WWT" price. Either way, the reviews still made me very nervous, so I decided to consult my Sales Rep. Initially I thought that she was just telling me what I wanted to hear, but after a lot (and I mean A LOT) of questions, she set my mind at ease. She spent way more time working with me than I expected. She went above and beyond my expectations. I can honestly say, if she wasn't there to help me with this, I would have turned away. After a few nights of consulting, I felt very comfortable with proceeding with the order. As mentioned, this was our first container purchase, so I was unsure if I got a "good price". I decided to purchase a 40' High Cube, and got it delivered for a total price of a little over $2,300. I have been told by several people that it was a very fair price for the container, which made me very nervous before delivery, because I was now expecting to receive a rusted out box. After my sales rep knocked it out-of-the-park for me, I paid the invoice, and was informed that logistics would contact me in 2-3 days after the payment cleared. Once I read that, I thought "What if they don't call? What if this is how the scam works?!" These thoughts immediately vanished after about 20 mins, when I received the call from the Logistics Team. They were obviously very responsive and were very courteous. They informed me of the driver's name, and informed me that he would call the morning of the scheduled date of delivery (which was only 7 total days away). The morning of the delivery, I was anxious, and called the Container One Support line, to ask why I had not received a call from the driver yet. (They informed me that the depot was in a different time-zone, and had not opened yet...) Shortly after the depot opened, I got the call from the delivery driver. He was with C Transportation. He had some issues with his GPS finding the address (It was in the middle of nowhere), but after a short time, we figured it out. He informed me of the drive-time, and asked if I would like a courtesy-call before he got there. He called about 45 mins before he reached the delivery site, which was perfect, because it gave me enough time to leave work and meet him there. Once he arrived, we drove down our very long (and very rough) driveway, and I explained how we wanted to set it up. We bought 5 treated 6x6's, which worked perfectly to set it on, and keep it off of the ground. Codell was very courteous and helpful. He explained some things that I didn't know about unloading these, that made it extremely easy. He and I had no issues setting the container exactly where I wanted it. We completed the "Inspection Report" and I was happy to see that there was only minor surface rust on the outside (not all over either - mainly the corners and a few dents), the floors were solid and sealed, and there were no holes anywhere. Overall I am very happy with the condition of the container that I purchased. It is exactly what I expected/paid for. Coming from someone who was very nervous about their first container purchase, I can say that I would highly recommend Container One. If you are looking for a company that can deliver a quality container for a fair price, and handle everything for you (like delivery), they are the only way to go.
First of all, let me explain that we have a long history of working with containers and know what to expect when purchasing one
First of all, let me explain that we have a long history of working with containers and know what to expect when purchasing one. In May we originally purchased a container from CONTAINER ONE which was to be Wind and water tight guaranteed. Although we were assured that they could locate a container, it turned out they could NOT locate a wind and water tight 40 ft. high cube for delivery on the date promised. They did have a Cargo Worthy can available so. we were forced to purchase the more expensive Cargo Worthy container in order to meet our moving timeline. In good faith, we paid cash for the more expensive container. At this time, we were moving out of a very large house and needed the container for storage of our household items before the closing date of the house sale. On the date of delivery we received a phone call that there was a problem at the container port and the container could not be delivered. Although they did refund our money, we were put in a horrible situation in regards to meeting our scheduled closing date. Fast forward two months and we are at our other location in another state. We had plans to build an art studio with a 40ft. high cube container at this location in the Tampa Bay Area of Florida. We felt sorry for the initial sales person who lost commission due to the last sale being refunded so we wanted to give her an opportunity to make her commission back. We contacted her and were told that yes, there were containers available in the Tampa Bay Area. As this was a large shipping port near our location, we felt assured that we wouldn't have any problems. I was told that it could take three to four weeks to clear a container so we made our plans accordingly. After spending money for permits, engineered pad designs and concrete contractors, we were finally ready for our container within the time frame that CONTAINER ONE had given us. It was at this time I received a phone call from Container one. I was told that it was a routine update call to advise us of the status of our order. I was told that they had not located a container yet but would let us know when they did. Obviously upset, I contacted the manager of logistics at CONTAINER ONE to ask why we were being told they didn't have a container for us. The manager told me that he had no idea why the woman told me this because she was incorrect. He told me that our container was going to be cleared in another day and everything was on track for delivery in the next week. Several days later, I called logistics to confirm that our container had been cleared and would be ready for delivery. It was at this time, just a few days away from our delivery date that I was told that it would be coming from the port in Jacksonville Florida, not from Tampa as we were told when purchase was made. I was very upset considering that Jacksonville is 3 to 4 hours away and unloading the container was going to be difficult as we would need to rent an all terrain forklift ($900 per day) in order to place the container from the alley onto the concrete pad in our back yard. I was assured that they would do everything possible to make sure that the container was loaded the night before and driver would arrive by lunchtime. Fast forward to the morning of delivery... The driver calls to tell us that he had problems with his truck and was just leaving Jacksonville. He also would need to stop and gas up. In order to expedite his travels, we texted the driver exact route directions to help him navigate thru the neighborhood. He did arrive at 1:00 and we quickly inspected the container while it was still on the trailer. He unloaded it and we continued the inspection. At this time he informed us that there were only two containers at the port and the other one was in much worse shape than the one he delivered to us. He told us that he did have some trouble opening one of the doors on our container but thought that it was a bur or something above the door. One day later, when we finally had time to fully inspect the container we discovered that the container was in horrible condition with flaking rust areas revealing holes in the ceiling. There were several welded patches all over the container with some of them being caulked from the inside to prevent leaking. The doors won't close due to one of the rods being bent slightly. It appeared that someone was in the process of making repairs but never completed the needed repairs. One side of the container was so badly dented all over that siding it would be problematic without having a flat surface to work with. We felt that we have been mis-guided throughout our entire dealings with CONTAINER ONE. Buyer beware that this company will tell you whatever they want you to hear, just to close a sale.
This company promises you a best quality container, yet upon delivery you will receive a very poor quality container
This company promises you a best quality container, yet upon delivery you will receive a very poor quality container. I expressed I needed a solid floor to roll cases on and something that is suitable for a workshop/storage of sensitive equipment. I was promised the best quality used container but was charged and billed for a Wind Water Tight WWT container which is essentially in such poor condition it isn't even certified for cargo. They have 2 better quality used containers, but I was not told that. I was told a price for the best quality used container and then billed for something else. They are not honest with what they are selling. They will promise you it has solid floor, no holes, and functional hinges and seals. Yet the terms and conditions basically negate anything of the sort. I was not told that a WWT container was the worst quality option, I was sold on a best quality used container. The sales person then pushed you off to a dispatcher who also promises a great driver and great condition container. Instead the delivery was delayed all day on the arranged day, and the following day I got a new driver who must not have checked the container at all. It almost sounded like the dispatcher never worked with them before... Despite being sold a best quality used container... It arrived with - Floors - extremely peeling and raised floors that smell horrible. - Actual Holes in several places, some patched previously, but the patches are even rusting and filled with foam on the inside. - a half inch by 6 inch hole that is right by the floor that is only filled with silicone and light is visible through it. It will definately not last... - Massive dents covering 3ft x 4 ft areas. - Bent hinge on the left side - Door seals are cracked and taped all over, bottom and hing side seals all bad. - 14 and a half years old container. Will be over 15 years old before the first year is out. - still wet inside with dirt and stains evident all over, so you can't even start dealing with floors for a week. The delivery was at such an inconvenient time after being rescheduled, and the driver text me asking to reschedule again due to a party he had to get to, I asked to aim for another day, but apparently that also didn't work for him either, so instead I got delivered a horrible container. Ended up showing up 2 hours early, which was almost worse than being late, as I was not prepared for them at that time. I only wish I had read some of these reviews and not trusted the sales person, Kyle, who will not properly inform you on the condition, and outright lie. There is a cargo worthy container and a one trip used container, but you will still be told that a WWT container is their best used container. Then after I realized I been bamboozled, scammed, whatever you want to call it, I was just passed off to the claims department who only offers a patch if you can show video evidence of a leak. Thats IT! Then no one responds unless you send a video of a leak. So what about the peeling floor, cracked seams, massive dents and repaired holes, Nothing! I was advised to put coffee grinds for the smell and to apply epoxy to the lifting spots of the floor, I could not believe it! No refund to account for any supplies and no accountability for the false advertising on the website and in the text messages and conversations had. So I spent an extra 300 dollars for supplies and will spend weeks fixing this up, but I will still have a large hole in the back and failing seams and improperly repaired steel all over. They will say it is a great container, but that really just means it hasn't been crushed to a pulp, They do not sell good containers, they sell whatever Mystery container of the day gets put onto a drivers truck who also has no accountability. But they literally advertise as "do not buy a mystery container." Read their term and "warranty", as it really does not guarantee anything except within the one year period they will send a patch if you have the means to capture a leak on video and then know how to properly apply the patch, So expect your equipment to get wet and moldy and then have to make some shoddy repair yourself. and then after a year you are just stuck with a giant metal box of regret. Beyond disappointed... I had to get a container after losing my warehouse to lack of money for rent during the covid-19 crisis. I was lucky enough that my parents were willing to let me put a container on their property. However I am now embarrassed that I ordered such a eye sore of a container. Even after painting the crushed side walls and bends in the door frame will be glaringly obvious. I explained my situation and was still taken advantage of and lied to. I was assured many times that they were a great company and I would receive their best quality container with solid floor boards, working seams, and no holes in the metal. I was not told that I should really be looking at a one trip or at least a cargo worthy container, just sold on a WWT as the best used container. This is price gouging and manipulation during a pandemic and taking advantage of the people who are actually honoring their state orders to shut down and provide modified practices for the safety of their clients. But for this company its just another day to exploit the good people who are in need of a reliable storage container. The driver shows up and they will not have masks or gloves, the first and only chance I had to read any sort of paperwork was with someone without any PPE standing next to me and I had to use their pen to sign. They literally just said that they came from Newark NJ from a shipping depot, and made some racist comments, so everything about its original screams, "wear a mask and gloves" and stand back when they open the container, This should be digital given the current climate, and they should be sending you the terms to sign before purchasing. Not just getting your credit card, making you wait a month and a half for delivery and then throwing their hands in the air and say it is delivered as promised in terms you never read regarding a quality condition they lied about in the first place. Just be honest please. I would have gladly paid more for a better container, but they probably get a better commission of these worst quality WWT containers, Do not fall for it, it will be junk, and in hazardous conditions due to the crumpling pesticide and chemical soaked floor and who knows what toxic paint and patches were applied to fix the many obvious signs of abuse. Shameful. They may have some sort of response to this review, but do yourself a favor and just find someone else who is going to be upfront about what you are getting. Working with this company was the worst decision I could have made, and what is sad is they will not be held accountable like the hundreds of thousands of other small businesses that are getting tanked during these times.

We ordered and paid $3,655.00 for a container on December 8th. Due to the pandemic I understand there is a delay but when you have the money we paid for this long and are unable to give even an estimated time as to when we will receive our container it is only fair that we get a FULL refund. Exchanged several emails with the company and yes we agreed that there may be a delay but at what point do they take responsibility and just refund our money in full. They state that if we cancel we will be charged a $300 fee plus additional fees for paying with a credit card. There should not be a cancellation fee because we never received the product we purchased. We paid in full for nothing and yet still have to pay a cancelation fee + credit card fees. They keep telling us to wait a bit longer, this was a month ago.

Container One required full payment to process the order, They sold me container they did not have, then provide several untrusting excuses to why they haven't come through on your container. I expressed my dissatisfaction with multiple people only to be told over and over they are sorry and will understand if i cancel the order. Once i canceled the order they changed me $*** for restocking fee. Restocking a container they did not have. I complained and was told they did have a container for me at their "depot" and this was their policy. A policy i was never aware of informed of and never seen. Not once during the several conversations about cancelation did anyone say they had a container at their "depot" or was it mentioned there was a restocking fee. I asked about when these terms were addressed i was told their terms were emailed to me, at the exact time i was processing the order over the phone. They were not able to provide proof this email was sent. These people market specific areas making the buyer believe they are local and have containers available. BUT in reality they cover a large portion of the US shipping containers as they become available and convenient to them. When i canceled my order with Container One i had a different company deliver a container the next day. It was at this time i learned Container One was holding $*** of my refund.

Great product sales rep was so helpful. I was able to call at anytime that I had any questions on how I needed to set up my site for the container and she was so knowledgeable and was a font of information. The delivery guy was super great and helped me set my timbers in the right place as we unloaded the Container. I will definitely buy from Container One again.
Very easy process. *** answered all my questions and customer service updated me on delivery times. Containers were shipped quickly and the driver was very nice. He explained everything to about making sure the containers were level. Would use again.
The shipping container we purchased from Container One was decent. The staff we talked with were pretty friendly, including the guy that delivered the container. One complaint though -- once each person's job was completed (sales, dispatch, etc.) they would not return calls. We would get voicemail when we called and no callback. This was annoying. The only person that answered the phone after their part of the process was completed was the driver. We called to thank the guy and he picked up.
The process couldn't have been better. Everything went as *** said it would. The driver did an excellent job. And at the best price on the market. I highly recommend Container One.
