Lack of service
I would like to enter a formal complaint about the CCoA. After I paid my dues, I got silence from this company. I would like a full refund of my money.
what happened to the website and my memebrship???
I quit getting correspondence or the magazine or anything form Cooking Club of America and I paid for a lifetime membership...website not even available. The phone number on my membership letter is useless also. I was supposed to get products to test...never happened.
Desired outcome: update on the status of this membership
It's no longer in service for customers who had a LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP
Laurie Toops lived in Ft Myers Florida now Raleigh NC I've had NO CONTACT WITH THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS. PAID FOR LIFETIME ####!
Desired outcome: Reply and remain in service or reimbursement
Product and service
I'm complaining about my money I paid years ago. This is not my first time to complain but never got a response. I got my pots and never heard anything else from the company. They claim that I would get free products to test and keep never got that. I happen to see this online hopefully I can get some help now. It's been to many years fr this to happen to people that work hard for there money.
Thank you
Mrs. P. Miles
Lifetime membership
I have been a lifetime member (#[protected])of Cooking Club of America since 06/04/2000. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact the organization many times and many routes.
It appears this company is no longer operational and I'm not sure what recourse I have. I would like to receive a portion ($277) of my membership dues. I am willing to be part of a class action lawsuit. I look forward to your direction. Thank you
B Scott
Lifetime membership
I originally signed up for the monthly subscription and then several years ago, I decided to join as a lifetime member and paid $299. I used to get communications and occasional gifts, but now they do not seem to exist anymore. I was never contacted or informed that they were going away. They should be required to refund people who paid for lifetime memberships.
Desired outcome: Full Refund of Lifetime Membership Fees
I'm also originally signed up for the monthly subscription and then several years ago, I decided to join as a lifetime member and paid $299. I used to get communications and occasional gifts, but now they do not seem to exist anymore. I was never contacted or informed that they were going away.
I also would like a refund I paid for my lifetime memberships. Corinne Rensi 5 4 Cole Street Dillonvale Ohio 43917.
Compensation!
I paid for a lifetime membership with the Cooking Club of America in around 2000. What benefits I did receive were very nice and the magazines were very well produced and contained great recipes. Suddenly everything just stopped. No magazines, no product introductions and trials, no communications of any kind. Because of my age and limited resources, the money I paid for my membership was a serious loss. At first, I thought it was an oversight. But as time passed, I realized that the Club ceased to provide benefits. I did not know what to do to recover my losses. Disappointed, I chalked it up as an irrecoverable loss! I do miss the membership products but never knew what to do about it. While I think it is doubtful, I would like to recoup some or all of my expenses.
Cannot access website any longer
Did not get any notification that the www.cookingclub.com website was no longer valid. Cannot contact any one. I paid the Lifetime Membership in 2008, and in return did not receive magazines for very long and that was about it. Very disappointed and frustrated for paying for the lifetime membership just to make some CEO richer! :(
It says it was moved to scout.com, but that brings up nothing but sports information.
Desired outcome: My money refunded for the Lifetime Membership
Lifetime membership/product testing
I also have been a member for 20 years, have received some magazines and nothing else. No products and no mags for quite awhile. Sweet talk and a real membership card! I have learned. You would think our loyalty would be important. Like they say: quality over quantity. To have a base of cooks that don't spend their money on eating out and trying products and recipes would be their goal, not making enemies.
Desired outcome: Response and makeup for 20 years.
Membership in a club that no longer exists
I paid a lifetime membership. I enjoy cooking/baking. I am beyond hurt.
Lifetime membership
I'm a lifetime member of Cooking lib of America. There was no notification of this company changing it number or address. I do not get any of the items that was promised in their agreement. I want to know what happen to my life time membership. I would like my lifetime membership back because the company did not hold to it's promise.

Premier Life Membership
I also got taken in by Cooking Club of America, Premier Like Member #[protected]. At first I was a
Life Member, then they wanted to upgrade me to Premium for $129., like an idiot I sent them another check. I used to get the magazine and loved it. I can say I did get some nice test products. I can't get in touch with the company.
I contacted the BBB in Mn. I tried to write a letter to John Wilson VP Account Services and never heard back.
Membership
I paid a fee and have been a Lifetime Member since November 2002. My lifetime member # is [protected]] under the name Donna Jones I was Donna Lizak. I have not heard nor received anything from them except for a free apron way back when I first paid the membership fee. I have not been able to contact them at all. I think it was all a scam. Can't even find their website. There was supposed to be all kinds of benefits, newsletters, promotions, magazines, free items etc. Nothing since I joined. Total ripoff.
Lifetime membership
My name is Tara H. I paid for a lifetime membership almost 20 years ago! The magazines stopped and I NEVER received any test products! I suppose it's $300 down the drain now...smh, just an expensive SCAM!
Lifetime membership
I no longer receive magazine and for all the years I have been a member (15-20 years) I have only one time been a product tester, and that was in the first year. It was a set of metal measuring cups that most of the handles fell off of. What has happened to the magazine? I have been unable to find a website to report changes of address. Membership #20071046.
