lifetime membership
My husband purchased the life time membership for me in 2011. I received magazines and products to test and he paid the membership in full. Once that was done we never heard from them again. I am beyond upset . I have tried contacting them several times and found out they sold out to scout who I have never been able to contact. Thinking an attorney might help with this issue.
cooking club of america website
I'm a lifetime member of the cooking club of america and can't even get into the site. I joined back in the 1990"s and still have all my information. My account # : [protected]. Is there any way that I can get any information as to what happened to the company? I really think that I have been scammed as I tried calling and e-mailing the memberservices@cookingclub.com. I really want to know if there is any way that I can be reimbursed for services not rendered. Mary Forget
I'm not sure if I'm tugging on the right ear but I received the ''LIFE TIME MEMBER DELUXE 9 PIECE STAINLESS STEEL COOKWARE SET '' about a lifetime ago and gave it to my wife. The set has held up very well with the exception of the 2.5 quart covered saucepan LID. Thus the reason for my letter . How can I get a replacement lid for my wife? I don't remember my account number but my name is David E. Konicki 307 Jefferson Blvd. Mingo Jct. Ohio 43938 my cell is [protected] my home [protected]. If I'm tugging on the wrong ear forgive me BUT if you happen to know who's ear I should bend I would deeply appreciate it. Thank You for your time.

magazine subscription
There seems to be an issue with cooking club of America and the promise to their premiere lifetime members. I signed up for cooking club of America paid $349 lifetime membership fee expecting to get magazines for life. I only received magazines for about 3 years. I have been trying to contact them for sometime and cannot get a response. I am no longer receiving what I paid for and feel I deserve reimbursement.
lifetime member
I was a lifetime member of that club and now the name has changed. I paid dues and got a couple of things how do I get my money back since it was a scam? I've gotten a card from them in the past I have a few things. I was going through my things and found a letter from them and went online to google the club, only to find out it was a scam. I know it's years late but how do I get my money back.
Sincerely veronica carnes
everything about the company
also a Lifetime member. Paid the $349. Things I received was a set of 3 thin pans. Couldn't handle heat. The second use, I heard a pop and they warped really bad, unuseable. Received a plasti cheese grater, that couldn't grate cheese, a purple cooking smock like thing. These were prizes for paying in full. I received, well bought, many cookbooks for $35.00 each. They wouldn't stop sending no matter what I threatened them with. So all said and done, I paid them around $875.00 and boom they were gone and no refunds for 10 books they receiv from me.
lifetime membership and benefits
I became a cooking club member in 2002. Paid my 734.00 for the full membership. I have not received the mamagzines, my replacement kitchen in a box nor the benefits from the try program. My membership number [protected]. I would like full reimbursement for the program being that the phone number does not work anymore. I am so sure with all of the other complaints I have found, we can get a class action lawsuit to get full reimbursement of all of our funds.
lifetime membership
My mother and I were both members since 2001 we paid the full cost of a membership each total of $734.
This was a lifetime membership which included product testing and cooking ingredients and writing product reviews. There was work involved by the members and the reward was we got to keep the items we tested.
This company seemed to vanish after 2-3 items. Which was probably less then 5 years.
I assumed it was a scam and I as well as my mother had been ripped off. I didn't look into it until now, just out of curiosity.
Someone from cooking club should have given public notice of closing.
I, too, was lifetime member since 2000 and agree this was not legit. Hope the powers that be from Cooking Club "enjoy" everyone's money. I hope someone, somewhere, caught up to them. Just another example of someone taking advantage of others.

I have changed back to my maiden name which is Dianne Fullmore I took it in good faith that I was going to be a member to receive items to test and such. I got 2 gadgets all this time... I really believe they need to reimburse everyone that got scammed
lifetime membership
I paid for life membership, never received my magazines after the 1st year, they demanded more funds which l refused to pay. I have reported bthis company to many authorities and contacted BBB with no results. Buyer beware this is a major scam. This company also has gardening club of America, which l would state is the same situation. This company does not answer calls so you cannot resolve this issue.
did not receive products. just membership card
I remember years ago I purchased membership first in Creative Arts club and when I received the products they sent me information about the set of pans I would get If I joined Cooking Club of America and since I liked the craft magazines and the tote and such I received for paying my membership I signed up. I paid monthly until it was paid off. I received my membership card and when I called and asked about the pans I was told that they were coming later. I would check my account periodically but after a while it disappeared. Now I know why. This sounds like a class action lawsuit.
lifetime membership
I joined CCA in 2005 I also paid $299. I received a few things to test which didn't amount to much. I received some magazines up until 2014 and then they just stopped sending anything. I once got them on the phone and was promised a refund which of course never came. I again contacted them and was advised that they were restructuring and we would start receiving items when complete. The next thing they did was send a letter saying they were not creating the magazine any longer.

I paid$ 298.00 for my membership, I haven't received a magazine in a very long . This is a rip off and the company took people's money and "ran" away with the people's money.

I lived in NJ and was a Lifetime member since the early 90s. After paying in full (over $500), i received the promised merchandise..my name on the apron..the whole 9 yards. All good.
I moved. When I called to change my address, they said they couldn't find me in their system. SO much for lifetime membership
Cooking Club of American scam
have been a life member since 2001, for several years received magazine and test products, and then it all stopped and have not heard from them.
Have been a life member since 2001, for several years received magazine and test products, and then it all stopped and have not heard from them at all. paid a lot of money for life membership and they should have communicated something about there change and refunded the life membership money to the members.
This is not right nor good business practice. They owe us, we paid a lot for life membership. I am stunned that they just pulled the plug. Scout if they took over the club, should have honored the life membership people and continued the privileges the they had received before. The cooking magazine and test perks etc. all should have continued.
lifetime membership???
I became a Lifetime member of the Cooking Club of America in July of 2000. It is very shameful that a company would go out of business and not inform their loyal members who have paid a fortune to get what was promised! I used to love getting the magazines, books, and products to test. You can't tell me that there isn't a need for that anymore! I just called the number on the back of my membership card and it said that since I called the number it was forwarding me to someone else to get a $100 retail credit or refund or something. When someone actually answered and said how can I help you today I hung up. I don't know if it is a scam or not. They didn't say a company name when they answered. It sounded like a call center in another country. Who knows, maybe the company is trying to make restitution to its members, but I doubt it after all of this time! The website doesn't exist, nor does the one some people have complained that their info was transferred to. Scout.com is now a sports site.
