Good morning

A while ago we bought 2x 2seater titanic couches from your branch in klerksdorp.
We lodge a complaint a couple of months back about the seating cushions going flat. It got replaced.

My problem now is that once again the seating cushions on one couch has gone flat. I started to notice that this specific couch also cracks if you go sit in it aswel as the fact that its sits a lot deeper than the one that has no problem. The side pannel on this couch seems a little lose aswel as the bottem pannel that is visually scew. This let me to believe that the couch has some structural problems that might be why once again the cushioning has a problem.

Can some one please assist me on this problem.
