I am horrified at the poor service we have received from the day of obtaining a quotation straight through to placing the order and lack of feedback, follow up calls and lack of service received from sales person Ofentse at Corricraft in Attebury.
It took over a week to receive a quote on the Gilbert Headboard (size Queen) in the colour Zambezi Dawn leather.
And when we eventually did receive the quote it was due to me having to call daily to remind Ofentse for the quote so we could place the order. Ofentse excuses were that she forgot and apologized and the other excuses were that she was off.
Eventually after receiving the quote on the 8th November 2019 we placed the order that evening. 50% deposit to proceed and make up the head board in which was sent via email correspondance to Ofentse.
Days passed with no phone call or email confirmation with regards to confirmation of payment received or a courtesy email of confirmation that the headboard order had been placed.
Yet again I had to follow up and follow up to ensure order had been placed.
Eventually after speaking to Ofentse she confirmed payment had been received and order had been placed and that she was off hence the delay - yet again.
We were told by Ofentse that the MTO of the head board would take up to 6weeks to be made from date of payment received of the first 50% deposit, which was paid on the 8th November 2019.
Closer to the time I called Corricraft to speak to Ofentse to confirm when the headboard would be ready and she said she would notify me when to make the balance of the payment. I never received a call.
I then called to follow up with Ofentse again, and she said she tried to call in the day I called her.
I told her I was very unhappy with the poor service she was providing us. She apologized.
On the 10th December 2019, we made the balance of the payment for the headboard after speaking to a lady from the warehouse that confirmed the head board was almost ready to be sent to the store at Atterbury.
I then called Ofentse and left a messege.
She returned the call to let me know that we could proceed to make the balance of the payment and once received she will process and get the head board ready to be sent to the store before the 23rd December 2019.
Balance of payment was made on the 10th December 2019 and emailed to Ofentse for confirmation.
On the 20th December 2019, I called yet again to confirm if we could collect the headboard from the store on the Saturday 21st December 2019. And she said unfortunately we could not as she had missed the order of scheduling the delivery from the warehouse to the store at Attebury.
I was very upset as I made it clear many occasions that we needed to collect the headboard before we left for holiday which was either the 20th or the 21st December 2019.
Due to the headboard not being ready to collect, she then promised she would arrange the delivery to the store so that we came back from holiday on the 28th December 2019 we could collect from the store at Attebury on the 29th December 2019.
On the 29th December 2019 I called Coricraft Attebury to speak to Ofentse to confirm that the headboard was at the store before we left home to collect. And when speaking to her she said that it was not. And that she was un aware of the date in which we were going to collect.
I was again disappointed with regards to promises made and excuses given everytime in dealing with Ofentse from Coricraft Attebury.
Furthermore, Ofentse provided more excuses than apologizing.
She then said in order to assist she will arrange free delivery to our home due to the inconvenience and to keep us happy. She mentioned she would arrange with her warehouse on Monday the 30th December 2019. And after speaking to the warehouse she would give me a call to confirm the delivery date.
I emailed Ofenste our delivery address on the Sunday to confirm and arrange where to deliver too.
To date I have received no call or email from Ofentse yet again. And yet again all we have received is broken promises and poor poor service!
We have had to try resolve things on our own with Gerald and Simphiwe from Corricraft in Attebury in which the poor service Ofentse has given is not even their issues or ours to begin with.
Both Gerald and Simphiwe have tried assisting in the absence of Ofentse, as yet again Ofentse has been off since the 30th December 2019 and apparently will only return on Saturday the 4th January 2020.
We have been left with having to call and follow up with the store and the warehouse as to what is going on with our headboard.
We are now fed up with the poor and unprofessional service we have received from Corricraft Attebury -sales person Ofentse.
We have tried calling the warehouse ourselves to find out when we will be receiving our head board and no one seems to call us back after leaving many messeges.
I would like this to be dealt with immediately as we are now officially put off the brand Corricraft due to such slack and poor service we have received!
