I am an interior designer and order from various stores per project. In December 2017, I was meant to receive three mattresses from Coricraft Kramerville and on the day of delivery, I was told that the mattresses had not been followed up on and were still in Cape Town. I had to cancel the order because they were closing orders and deliveries and my client was moving in that day. In June 2019, after having purposefully taken a break from doing business with them, I ordered a couch. The couch was to be manufactured and delivered by the first week of September 2019. I followed up twice during this period and was told my order would be ready for delivery as per agreement. Three days before delivery occurred, after insisting that the store saleswoman follow up again, I was told my couch had not been started as they did not have the fabric in stock. I was then instructed by my client to cancel the order, to which I was assured by Coricraft that this was unnecessary and they would loan me a couch and deliver the new couch on the 14th of October. Having followed up atleast 3 x a week in store about my order, on the 14th, I am now told that no one knows where my couch is. It was complete a week ago in Cape Town. The Cape Town warehouse is now only communicating with the Rosebank store via emails only. Yet again, I am in the same position of being disappointed and lied to by Coricraft. And still, on the date of delivery, I have not been told where the couch is. NO ONE knows!
