The aforementioned company has left me very dissatisfied at the service they have provided.
On the 20th October I placed an order with the Sales Rep by the name of John at the aforementioned branch for two x 2 seater couches.
Prior to the sale I was told by him that I can place a deposit on the couches and pay the balance once the order is being processed but when I get to the till, he informs me I have to pay cash for the items as there was a discount of R1000 each per couch. I paid cash and stressed the urgency of the order.
Please note that items in this store is not cheap and as a result one would expect exceptional service.
He mentioned twice it can take 4-6 weeks but will probably delivered sooner.
Two weeks later I contact him and he says the order has not been processed. Again I stress the urgency of the order.
I then contact him again the week after and he says the order is in production.
I contacted him again on the week of the 11th of November and he says the order is complete however Courier from CPT to Durban occurs only on Wednesdays and that my order would be couriered on the week of the 18th November 2019.
I contact the store on Thursday 22nd November only to find out that the order was never placed on the truck for courier. Its one thing that they are taking extremely long to manufacture 2 x 2 seater couches but its another thing when the sales rep also lies to you. this is the 5th week since the order was placed and I do not have the couches and I am currently communicating with a sales rep who is fabricating stories that are not the truth. I have requested to speak to the manager of that branch and was told that she is on another call and will call me back.
I have not received a call back from her.
