I was approved for a shop card, but unfortunately it came while I am abroad. I sent a copy of my ID, passport as well as the email and a letter of authorization to collect the card on my behalf, but STILL the Kimberley branch will not give the card. I ordered leather couches and I paid cash for it, but still they refuse to give the card. When I wanted to cancel the transaction, they refused to cancel it. I am absolutely amazed at the sheer arrogance of those people working at the Kimberley branch. They will take my cash, but they will not let me have my card and allow me the opportunity to purchase another sofa on the card. I am extremely irritated as I feel that these people need training in customer service. They will be the end of Cori Craft.
I will be back in SA on 27 September, and be sure that I will cancel my order. I am sick and tired of this poor service.
