7 November - order purchased and paid in full
8 November - email received but no date for delivery
13-15 November - emails and a phone call. I spoke to a representative who told me the product was in Joburg and I’m in Cape Town. They needed to release the info to joburg so the stock can be ordered and put on a truck to Cape Town.
21 November - I received no updates and reached out again. No response.
24 November - received an email saying to expect a call about my delivery.
28 November - I reached out regarding the delivery. No response.
5 December - spoke to a representative who said the order is still in Joburg and the last person never put in a request for it to be sent to Cape Town. They were going to do it now.
I told them they have to get it to me by 20 December as I’m leaving to go out of town. Otherwise, I requested a full refund.
A lady also phoned that day to tell me delivery would happen last week. It didn’t.
6 December - response from the above was they’re sorry and hope it comes by the 20th.
It’s now 12 December. No responses no idea where my order is.

Honestly stuck on what to do. I want the Ottoman but my gut is saying to just get a refund as this is the most outrageous service ever. I’ve never experienced anything as terrible as this. What a disappointment. I was looking forward to furnishing our new house with Coricraft but after this I can’t say I will.
Desired outcome: Send Ottoman by the 20 December or pay full refund.
