Cowboy Maloney's Appliance Center ain't all that great, in my opinion. The warranty ain't worth a dime if it don't cover discoloration. Ain't gonna be buying from them again.

Me and my hubby have bought stuff from Cowboy Maloney over the years and some of them didn't work right. We told them every time we went to buy something else but they didn't seem to care. Maybe it's our fault for going back but we're done now! Our fridge we got from them in 2006 ain't working right and we couldn't find one anywhere else so we went back to them. They said they'd match the price but they didn't 'cause no one else had it. They brought it to us and the handle was broke so we said no. The sales guy called and said they'd fix it up like new so they brought it again. This time it had dents but we took it anyways. But when they put it in, water started leaking and it wouldn't get cold! We said no again! And now we still ain't got no fridge!

I bought a Samsung TV for $299.88 at Cowboy Maloney's in Flowood on 7/25. Unfortunately, it stopped working on 11/9, just over a year after I purchased it. The TV was manufactured in 9 and had been running on display for years before I bought it, so I only got one year of use out of it. I contacted the store manager, but they said there was nothing they could do. They told me to either buy a new TV or pay a significant charge for diagnosis and repair at their shop.

We got a fridge from Cowboy Maloney in Tupelo, MS. They took out our old one without hurting the floor, but when they brought in the new one, they put it on the hardwood floor and messed it up. We got it on June 26. I talked to the boss a few times, and he came out to try and fix it, but it didn't work. I called *** flooring in Tupelo, MS, and they tried to fix it, but they couldn't. Now, they won't call me back or replace the floor. Also, I had a broken produce drawer, and they haven't replaced it yet.

I bought a new Bosch Range from Cowboy Maloney on 11/1 and got a 3-year warranty. On 5/30, while baking at 325 degrees, it caught fire and filled my house with smoke. The oven door auto-locked, and I had to call the fire department. I think something in the electronics caused it. I filed a claim with Centricity on 6/1, and they asked for photos of the damage. Since then, I've been waiting for parts to make the repair. On 9/9, they told me I might not get the parts until 11/9 or later. It's been 103 days without a range/oven, and I can't prepare meals for my family. I saved up for this range, and now it's useless. I don't think it will be safe to use even after the repair, and I can't afford a new one. The company should replace it or refund my money. Waiting 2-4 weeks is understandable, but over 160 days is unacceptable and a hardship.

He said he would order a replacement part and install it when it arrived. But I didn't hear back from Cowboy Maloney's, so I called them again last week (12/15). They said they wouldn't cover the repair. The chair is still under warranty (one year) from the store, so they should fix or replace it. It's clear that the chair wasn't wired properly when it was put together at the factory or store.

They added the charge for the water line into the sales tax, which was over ten dollars too much. No one could explain why. They have questionable business practices and I wonder how many people they've overcharged. If I hadn't checked my credit card statement, they would have overcharged me $75. They never apologized for anything.
