Sends spam email with no "Unsubscribe" link or option - clear violation of CAN-SPAM Act
Sends spam email with no "Unsubscribe" link or option - clear violation of CAN-SPAM Act. Sends spam text messages to my phone. Support at craftjack email listed in their Privacy Policy bounces messages. No way to get out! Offered up a few dismal companies with horribly low ratings who did not get back to me. Less than useless as a service. Avoid.

This company is allowing thousands of dollars in fraudulent credit card charges and not doing simple checks of names on accounts
This company is allowing thousands of dollars in fraudulent credit card charges and not doing simple checks of names on accounts. I've never done business with them hell i live thousands of miles away. but suddenly I owe them over $3000. This company uses a coffee shop in downtown Chicago as a front for its headquarters. If that don't scream beatnik scam I don't know what does.

I hired *** electrical contractors to hook up a portable generator. Just finished . Work and assistance learning how everything work was really professional, patient and caring ! He even located a generator for me cause the one I had since 2005 would not work ! For all the work he did, I could have paid him more ! His fees were more than reasonable ! No rip off ! I highly recommend *** !
I never do this but I am so disgusted with the way craftjack has handled my business with them that I had to do something. I've spent $900 this month on Leeds that they won't refund me because they said that even if the customer won't answer the phone I still have to pay them for the lead. I have had 23 that I had to pay for with no response from the customer and they act like that is my *** to eat very upset very disappointed they could have handled this completely different instead they're going to lose our business. Don't sign up especially as a contractor! Thank you"
They lie to you the leads are not real all the time they'll send you a couple of good leads and then they start sending you garbage and then when you try to cancel Them they hide behind fake phone calls yo me one ring and they are no longer there.. I've been trying to cancel them for 2 months and they won't do it they won't cancel it they keep on charging my card they're thieves. They steal the leads off of *** search. If someone is just looking at something they will use that a a lead. I have had customers say wow I haven't even filled out anything just looking... *** !I HOPE *** SUES YOU."
Terrible , the leads dont lead anywhere. No one calls back and most voicemail systems are not set up. Its a scam. Dont do it.

STAY AWAY! Do not sign up!... They take your money and RUN!... Biggest SCAM ever... I guess it is a legal way rob you. Their leads SUCK!... they are NOT vetted at all... as with any app, garbage in, garbage out!... I burnt through $500 in less than 24 hours with no real project..
I dont usually do reviews but im a contractor and i actually did try craftjack to expand one of our service. My very honest advice and review is that all those hatters and all this people saying is a scam, and all the trash talking is actually mostly true! Just becareful with your marketing money you would waste it on craft jack no matter what they try to sell u is all lies plus cero customer service rating.
Too many bogus leads, wrong numbers, customers not requesting service, not answering phone and not returning phone calls.
Fulfilled all information related to my project
Fulfilled all information related to my project. Auto message followed from service that 1-4 contractors would phone / contact me within 48 hours. 96+ hours and nothing. In summary, I wasted 15 minutes completing their project form, only to learn that they lie and do not fulfill their commitment and they now have my personal information to share and sell to the spam market. Highly UNRecommended.
Horrible service and recycled leads. Do not use these guys if you are a contractor looking for leads or a consumer looking for reliable contractors to work with. Complete scam. They won't allow you to contest non-valid leads and make you jump through hoops to get any sort of credit for them.
I TALKED TO STEPHEN
I TALKED TO STEPHEN. HE SAID TO BUY 4 LEADS FOR $300 AND I WOULD GET 5 FREE. THEN THEY GAVE ME A REP NAMED MEGAN. I TALKED TO HER ONCE. THEN WHEN I HAD ISSUES SHE IGNORED ALL MY CONTACTS. THEN I NOW CONTACTED STEPHEN AGAIN MULTIPLE TIME AND HE IS IGNORING MY CONTACTS. THEY HAVE OVER CHARGED ME $700 AND HAS FAILED TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT. LOOKS LIKE I WILL BE CONTACTING MY LAW FIRM. RUN AND STAY AWAY!

They system started off great
They system started off great. *** K, the rep that "sold" me on it said that all leads were verified. That is B.S. I have been trying to get ahold of them for 3 weeks. NO RETURN CALLS, TEXTS, or EMAILS. *** finally called me yesterday. I told him about the issues and he said that he would call me back today at 11. He called me at 10 AM and said that he was sorry, he would call me at 11. He never called. I am cancelling my account.

Absolutely horrible!
Absolutely horrible! False promises. Was promised 15 leads for $300 and only ended up getting 7. After that, they give me balance on my account saying that I owed an extra $100. I specifically noted that I only wanted to pay what I was comfortable with and only from the money that I put in. After I was charged $100 more than what I put in, I called and received a nasty phone call saying they do not offer promotional offers and in order for me to close my account, I would have to wait a month and be charged the balance that I did not agree to. Stay away! Scammers galore right here.

The saleswoman was very kind and nice, although the lead manager Tony, I can never get ahold of he was my lead manager
The saleswoman was very kind and nice, although the lead manager Tony, I can never get ahold of he was my lead manager. I was with them I believe for a week, and I hadn't spoken to him once. I also received five or six leads and all of them were bad or not even related to my service. It shows I do not do commercial cleaning and I got a lead for commercial cleaning and then it said I missed a call because it was commercial so that was my last lead that I didn't get and so I called and canceled. I told Tim which he is very nice I told him if I would have received at least one lead just one lead I wouldn't have canceled. But a week had gone by, and I haven't even gotten one lead not only that it's been days and I haven't even gotten any phone calls. And then when I called to cancel, and I told them that I wanted a refund they were surprised well of course I want my money back. None of it is spent and it's mine. So he said it's going to take 5 to 7 business days for me to receive my money back. But on another note if this company provided at least 70 to 80% good leads this company would be the leading company for franchises because it's cheap the people are very respectable and nice the only problem with this company is that the leads are bad and it outweighs the good leads you receive 70 to 80% of bad leads rather than receiving 70 to 80 per-cent of of good leads that's the only downfall of this company and it's the most important one too.

CraftJack sold my private information to an unlicensed contractor who scammed *** have been contacted by a member of CraftJack management, but since I do not foresee any corrective action being taken, I'd rather put the testimonial of what could happen to you.First, I believe CraftJack is part of a group of companies comprising *** / HomeAdvisor / ImproveNet. The average user will be misled into feeing confident inputting their information, as I did, into the box, expecting something better than random searches on *** I was mistaken. My information was given to someone I thought I could trust. The company is *** Roofing and I live in ***. After this contractor came to my apartment building, he did not do work anything near to what he described, did about 40% of the work, damaged a window, and then expected full payment of $6,500, claiming completing the work would be dangerous. The truth was that this contractor, again, unlicensed, doing unlawful work, ran out of materials after doing 3 hours of work for a *** sq. ft roof. None of the work stopped the roof leaks, as warranted. The contractor claimed that the warranty was void since he did not want to return to complete any of the work. He argued, insulted and ran away with $4,100. It wasn't until after the incident that I did further investigation and discovered that this contractor was completely unlicensed, and should not be doing any work in *** or ***. Yet, somehow, CraftJack / ImproveNet / *** / HomeAdvisor gave and sold him my information for home improvement work..I was the victim of a scam, facilitated by CraftJack / ImproveNet / *** / HomeAdvisor, who earned money for giving away my information to unverified, risky entities, and allowing such entities access to information, property and money.
I will be looking for another lead comp, You all use to be so good now your leads a bogus and acct manager are rude and talk over you! very disrespectful I see they forgot how and why they get paid!
