Do not buy titan products
I called and asked for a recommend for a quick hitch for my tractor. He told me, I ordered it, I git it, installed it on my tractor. It fits none of my attachments. I asked for an exchange for the correct one, they said they didnt have any different ones. Thats is not true as they offer 3 different ones. They said no refunds, thats it is my fault that the product they recommended wont fit my attachments. Do not buy from these people. They do not care about their customers, nor back their word.
Recommendation: Buy chinese, tiawan....DO NOT BUY TITAN

I purchased a pair of Farmers Carry handles an a Flat Bench. The order on their website (***8295) shows that both items in the order were completed and I was charged for both items. The invoice for the package ( #INV602437) proves that only the farmer carry handles were sent. I have yet to receive the bench and repeated attempts at an email response (three) have been ignored. Their call center currently seems to have only one person working, as every time I call there are about 60 people ahead of me. Leaving a call back number seems to do nothing. Once while calling it said "There is a wait time of 2 hours" and hung up on its own. Avoid this company.

Titan distributor has a major issue both with customer service/quality and management. I bought a grapple rack several months ago and leaks. I explained what problem was.they said back ordered. After numerous months and escalating to what I thought was management absolutely nothing I called them today and was disconnected. I called back to another department and was never called back. This company will never get my business again as I have a 800 pound paperweight that can't be used. I have tried calling corporate number but guess what it goes right back into main number I have been nice and patient with these people but they really don't care for customers

You have to do a little research to know what you are ordering parts for. I ordered a pallet fork attachment for my loader bucket and that is what I received. Ordering was simple and shipping was fast. Although I had to chase the *** driver down to get my delivery, that was no fault of Titan. I asked driver why she didnt stop & was told the package was too heavy for her to unload. We had multiple shipments on the delivery truck that day. I pulled box out the back of her truck, threw it in my shoulder and carried to my truck. She was a sweetie and brought a 3 lb package to my truck. Titan will be my first choice for tractor attachments.
Shipping was fast. Product was as described. The flail mower was easy to assemble and works great. I'm happy with my purchase.
Purchased a cultivator for my garden. It showed up in good time and in perfect condition! All I need now is spring to come around so I can start working up the garden plots thanks to Titan!

Titan overall has great products and prices. I have had good experiences with getting my orders in the past. My only hope is that there will be better coordination between customer services and their shipping department. I have a unique address for shipments that requires different addresses depending on the mode of shipment and delivery. This could be resolved with a simple phone call before shipping to verify the address when the mode of shipment is determined. My last order had many returns to sender because of the wrong address for the mode of deliver. Even with this one time problem, I will continue to look to Titan for my tractor accessory needs. I have found none better.

i ordered some pallet forks after i placed my order i realized it said mini skidsteer never seen that before so i sent a message to see if it would fit my skidsteer no reply so the next day i thought i better cancel and exchange for a different set that same day i get a message back saying it wouldnt fit so i called them i was told they couldnt change the order so i would have to cancel however it hasnt left the warehouse so i wouldnt have to pay a resatocking fee great so i cancel the order and when i see my credit refund i would order the right part couple days go by and i get an email saying its left the warehouse WHAT so i get in touch again to find out what went wrong they say they cant find the cancelation so i told them again to cancel couple more days i get a delivery date from a courier at which time i contacted the courier to tell them they are wasting there time they managed to cancel it and return it to titan i then contacted discover to dispute the whole thing they credited me conditionally finally i got a refund that was short $145.31 this is a copy of the email "Hello ***,Thank you for reaching out to us. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.I just checked our system and I'm sorry I cannot see any cancellation request for this order, your order is currently in transit via *** with pro number and is expected on 11/1/22. We can request this shipment be canceled but there will be a return shipping fee of $137.99 to be deducted from your final refund. Please let me know if this works for you. I will wait for your response.Thank you." they even taxed me for the inconvenience they had caused

We started a warranty claim with TITAN in May 2022. After many calls and emails and no resolution, we made a Complaintsboard.com claim on Aug 1 2022, TITAN responded to the Complaintsboard.com claim and said that a full refund had been applied on August 10 to satisfy the customer complaint. *** then asked us if this was satisfactory, and gave us the opportunity to close the complaint, which we did. It is now August 24th and TITAN has not refunded our money (even though they told the Complaintsboard.com and us that they would). We have returned the defective product as of August 11. They lied to us and to the Complaintsboard.com. They have good products...until you have a problem, and then they are deceitful liars. Buyer beware!

I had seen that it was on backorder, so I patiently waited, saw that I had a charge pending on my credit card, and then After waiting a week past the back-in-stock date got ahold of them and they told me that it was still on backorder. so after playing this game several times, I checked yesterday on it was the same excuses I canceled my Order. Got an email today apologising, but now they were saying that my credit card never went thru. Being in the construction business, I've heard a lot of excuses for delayed orders, but this one was a new low. I will never use and will share my experience with Titan to anyone that is looking for parts for this type of equipment.

Ordered a loader bucket hitch adapter (for a *** tractor) directly from Titan and actually received a stationary 'thumb' attachment for a Bobcat brand backhoe. Mistakes happen,,,,but what I received was not even remotely the same item.
Repeatedly talked with customer service to return item, FedEx pickup, and receive a credit card refund.
I was told FedEx pickup was arranged 3 times...no luck. Asked to talk to a supervisor...no luck.
The quality of the item looks very good...BUT that is dramatically outweighed by the terrible, horrible, and unbelievably poor customer service.
BEWARE: The item you order may be great...but if something is wrong -- you are up a creek without a paddle.

I ordered a tiller Oct 2021 didnt use it til April 2022. I tilled small garden twice then realized it had a serious oil leak. Dealing with *** is a nightmare. First they told me to get it fixed and they would reimburse me, then found out no parts in *** so no shop would touch it . I was told they would issue me a full refund but I had to strap a 800 lb. Tiller to a pallet. I feel they should deal with a freight company that can do that. I managed it anyway. Now waiting on CS to answer me. Every time I contact them it takes many days for them to respond. It is cheap foreign made equipment with no way to service it. This is second item I bought from Titan that did not work. If I get my refund I am done. I wrote the *** no response. Go Figure.

The website is so devoid of information . The phone#s go to offshore in the Philippines. Nolan is the closest we have been able to get to someone @ the actual place of business. We placed an order with Titan on Oct 14th. After tellling us it was in stock, we received several emails re delays. It finally arrived in December. At that time when trying to assemble it, we discovered missing parts so that it could not be assembled. Also the assembly was made near neigh impossible bc of the weight of the pieces . Also it was incorrectly tooled so the pieces could not be aligned. We have been trying since Dec 2021 to get resolution on these issues. We have several ticket numbers regarding these calls but we get the run around. We r requesting that the charges be dropped bc for them to ship a replacement ( with no guarantee that the described issues be fixed) to pick this one up would cost more that the actual cost of $1500. Even Titan paying for it to be retooled would cost more that the stated price.

I purchased a pallet fork attachment for my 1025R ***. About a week after i placed the order on ***, I got a tracking number from them. I waited about 4 more days and called the shipper and they told me that there was no tracing number in their system. So, I waited about another week and called the shipper again...still no tracking number. I then called Titan and was told that it was the shippers fault that is had not been picked up yet. I waited about 3 more days, as I was told that they would look into it. Called them back and ...nothing. I was told that they did not have any in stock and did not know when they were going to get any more. In my most pleasant voice, I asked why they still advertised on *** if they could not get any in stock. I was told that they had some in other markets, just not in my area. I asked them to refund my money and that he would be back with me every 10 minutes while they went though the process. The first ten minutes went by and he did check back in with me and the that's when we got disconnected. Not a word back from them after that but, I did get refunded my money. I will NEVER deal with this company again.

It arrived with the spear receiver welded on backwards so the spear pointed IN toward the tractor. After 2 1/2 weeks of multiple emails and phone calls with the same "we're sorry this happened and we're looking into it" - even though we provided photo proof - we got NO option to return this. So I called Amazon and they reached out to Titan. A couple days later we received return shipping labels to ship this back via *** We shipped it back and received our Proof of Delivery from *** We did not receive our refund. We spent 2 MORE weeks of regular calls and emails with the same "we need the tracking information", which we provided, even though THEY were the ones who sent it to us in the first place. We also provided the *** proof of delivery. We were told they would send an inquiry to their accounts department, but again nothing happened. So again, it took a call to Amazon where I explained yet again what's been going on and provided the tracking and proof of receipt. Amazon refunded our money. We have never heard a word from Titan Brands about this issue. Upon looking at their social media presence, I can see this is a very common issue with Titan so I thought I'd come here and provide my own experience so others may be aware of the lack of any sort of customer service from *** Attachments.

Like many reviews, I had an item that exceeded the backorder date with no notice or update from Titan. Titan has said that they are "confident" if an item is ordered on their site it will ship by the backorder date. Mine did not and Titan made no effort to contact me nor did their terrible e-commerce website have any available information. Instead I had to reach out just to find that my item had been pushed out another month. I was especially surprised as Titan was sharing social media stories of other customers receiving their shipments of the exact same item. So others were getting the item, but I was not. Customer service rep "Tristan" confirmed to me that Titan is selling more items than they plan to receive at any given time. This would be a sale under the false pretense of a backorder date Titan knows it cannot fulfill. Taking sales and charging credit cards immediately while having no intention to meet the commitment of shipping on time. I work in logistics for an auto manufacturer. We ship and receive items around the world, just like Titan. These items are shipped on a boat and take weeks to reach the United States. When the shipping container or boat leaves the port of export a packing list must be filled out for import/export. These packing lists are emailed to the receiver in the United States. So Titan literally has weeks where it can see it sold too many of a certain item, yet it does nothing to contact customers. This wouldn't be an issue if Titan knew it would receive X amount of something and set their e-commerce inventory to not allow any more than X orders. Titan Distributors' website lists "commitment" and "relationships" as among their CORE values. My experience with these easily avoidable, and seemingly purposeful errors proves those values to be meaningless at Titan.

I ordered a 3 Point 25 ton Log Splitter July 25, 2022. After NO response, tracking #, updates, etc. from this company, I contacted them in September regarding my order. I was told it had been delivered, was in a terminal warehouse, and only when threatened with Complaintsboard.com did someone reach out and state it would be delivered the next day, but "may be damaged". It came 2 days later...damaged. I contacted the company after taking 10 pictures, and was told they would send me a Bill of Lading, which I had to request a second time, 10 days later. I again took pictures of my returned item, damaged and missing parts, and was told a new replacement Log Splitter had been shipped. Upon tracking my item in October, 2022, I was told it would be delivered October 3. On October 10th I contacted Titan and was told my item was at a storage terminal not routinely serviced by TForce shipping. And, there was no known date of delivery. I called a second Titan representative who informed me my item was "scheduled for delivery Oct. 10Th. The item did NOT arrive! I asked the company rep. for contact information for Titan Brands CEO and was told, "we don't have that information, and I would have to email the company to find out." This experience since July is TOTALLY unacceptable from a customer service standpoint, as *** charged my credit card immediately in July, and to date, I STILL do not have the 3 point 25 ton Log Splitter I ordered! BUYERS BEWARE! Other companies in the Titan Brand include: Titan Fitness, Titan Attachments, Titan Outdoors, and Titan Ramps. ***, CEO out of ***, *** is totally accountable for the disregard he shows for his customer base. Buyer Beware...Completely incompetent shipping and customer service, borderline fraud...review would have a lower rating if possible...So I have ordered from Titan Attachments one of the pine straw rakes six times since November. I have never actually received a product as each shipment was "Damaged in Transit" according to***. As I write this, I feel quite dumb for repeatedly offering this company the opportunity to resolve their shipping issues, expecting them to actually deliver the product. With each order, I was billed and had to argue with their customer service as my funds were held until the damaged product was received back to them, even though I never rejected a shipment. The shipments have all been returned to Titan by*** PRIOR to my actually receiving the product. In fact the latest fiasco with Titan Attachments has been ongoing since April 28, 2022. Titan Attachments has been paid since that date for a product that was scheduled for delivery on May 05, 2022. The shipment is still in *** tracking as undeliverable with no activity since 17 May 2022. After 4 calls to Titan Attachments customer service, escalated to their Supervisory tier, I still have no resolution or refund. In fact, I emailed Titan Brands corporate customer service with the history of my orders (complete with order numbers and *** Tracking numbers) and included the tracking history for the last order to demonstrate the incompetence I have experienced. Their response was not at all reassuring they have any intent to work to resolve their issues. Unfortunately all of this is my fault as I should never have ordered from this company after the first or second failure experience. I did initially believe that the problem was with the shipper, however I now question if Titan expects any product to actually be delivered. Also be cautious in regards to their product reviews on Titan's website, they screen and do not allow negative reviews to be presented

I purchased what was supposed to be a quick hitch compatible soil pulverizer attachment, upon trying to connect it to my tractor i found it did not fit. I then ordered Titans quick hitch and it is so tight it has to be pryed on and off with a long bar (not how quick hitches work). After going back and forth with product & warranty support i was sent an Email stating that the quick hitch does not work with that attachment, and they will be changing their paperwork to reflect that it does not work with a quick hitch. Since i have 3 quick hitch attachments and this is not compatible i asked them to pick it up, which they said they will have to get back to me. After almost 3 months and numerous calls and the supervisor will call you back today no one has called me back or sent me an E-mail. Whoever is in charge of Product & Warranty support has been ignoring my calls since they sent me an E-Mail on June 14,2023 stating it would take 2-4 business days to resolve the problem. Titans claim #1756005.
Desired outcome: Titan to send me a return authorization and pick up the attachment that was not quick hitch compatable.

On may 1st Purchased a quick attach pallet fork attachment for $750.00 plus tax on may 3rd 23' i got 1 fork, on may 4th I got another fork delivered at 3:33pm by fedex, which was loaded at the grand rapids fed ex the same morning. The carriage, which I am still missing (5/19), was supposed to deliver on may 4th, but never got put on the truck and was left at the grand rapids mi FedEx. I waited and watched it sit at the grand rapids fed ex till may 10th,(I assumed it would make it eventually) where its status changed to delivered on may 4th at 12:00pm. On may 3rd I got notification from titan that my 1st fork was out for delivery, on may 3rd I got notice from Titan that my fork carriage is delayed, on may 4th I got notice from titan that my 2nd fork was delivered, (the carriage was not ever emailed that it was delivered).
On may 11th I emailed Titan because the fork carriage shipment status changed to delivered on the 10th. Where titan tolde since fedex said it was delivered, I had to dispute it with fed ex. Same day I called FedEx to despute the missing carriage, they told me titan has to start the missing delivery thru their account. So I re contacted titan and discussed, they again re directed me to fed ex. So I re contacted fed ex, only to get sent back to titan. Spoke with someone at titan and asked for a manager, I was supposed to get a call back that day or the next, 5/14-5/15. Never got call or email, so I emailed them 5/16, and never got a response. Emailed 5/17 no response.
Now 5/19 I've called titan again, got re directed to fed ex, and back to titan 5 different times. During titan interaction today I tried to return it, for a refund...I cannot return it because it's Missing parts...wtf! So I again ask for a manager, shocker, No managers available, so they'll call me back.
Also While talking today, with fed ex and titan,it has now been too many days since the package has delivered for either company to dispute the shipment.
Really wishing I had security cameras to show the 1 pkg delivery on may 4th.
So I'm basically screwed out of $750 because no one will do their job!

/On 8/13/2022 i purchased an attachment form Titan attachments order# ***. for over $420 The item was supposed to have been delivered on 8/19/2022. this item has been lost in shipping by Fed EX. i requested a refund from Titan attachments twice. the first time they said i had to wait until 8/28/22 before they would consider the item lost. I requested a refund today as the item is still lost. and they replied that Fed Ex has changed the status of the item. but when i contacted Fed EX they say the item is still listed as delayed the same as it was on 8/19/2022 and they did not have a status on it. Titan says because of this supposed status change by Fed Ex, That Fed Ex knows nothing about i have to wait another 48 hours before i can get my money refunded.

We purchased a Flail Mower from Titan Brands in November . We first used it in May 2022, and used it successfully 3 times. On the 4th time, there was an issue with the flail shaft not rotating. We contacted warranty service at the end of May. After multiple emails, videos showing the issue and phone calls, the issue remains unresolved. It's impossible to reach customer service or warranty service by phone, they will only use email. My case has been "escalated". My request is only that they identify the part number that needs to be replaced under warranty. Bought an attachment for my tractor, in the "Scratch and Dent" section.They explained that the item has cosmetic issues, that don't impact the functionality.However, a hydraulic cylinder was damaged. Not a big damage, but a slow leak of oil, and some dirt ingress.I would like Titan to correct that issue by sending a replacement cylinder. I can install it myself.

Initially purchased BK-215 Back Hoe for Cat I & II three point hitch Sept 2020. Have Cat I tractor. Used Back Hoe only once, noticed a bent the main frame! Reached out to company Jan 2021. After some back and forth and some months later finally received a damaged replacement, Mar 25, 2021. Item delivered with a broken sticker hydraulic hose connector. Reach out again and again, back and forth, several calls, finally receive alleged replacement hose May . Company sent obvious used hose and with incorrect flared ends. Unit uses ORFS (O-Ring/ Flat Surface) connections. Reach out again May . Again, back and forth, COVID, etc. Finally advised "new hoses have been received and will ship". Received flared end hoses again June . To date; do not have a working product, which was paid in full. All that is needed is correct hydraulic hose.

Placed an order through Amazon for a 1.5 ton hoist, item took over two weeks to arrive, which was fine, except when we received the product the box was destroyed, bags of bolts literally falling out of the box. The product itself was scratched and damaged, and almost half of the bolts needed to assemble were missing. Contacted titan to try an figure out a solution and they told me I would have to go buy the missing pieces myself and they would cover the expenses for the missing parts because they were out of stock with titan. Spent over $1000 on a product and they dont care to do anything about the product being damaged and now Im forced to go spend more time and money just to assemble the product I purchased.

Purchased a set of pallet forks from this company through Amazon. I chose this product due to price and item weight, as they would be used on a small tractor with limited lift capacity. The weight of the item was clearly listed at 210lbs on Amazon listing (see Supporting Document 1). The item felt very heavy all along but i didn't have a way to weigh it, as it's very large and bulky. I just realized this week that the item is listed as being 90lb heavier on the Titan website. I called Titan customer service and confirmed the Amazon description is inaccurate (see Supporting Document 2). However, since I didn't realize the discrepancy until several months after purchase, Titan is unwilling to accept a return or do anything to rectify the financial harm caused by my buying an item that isn't right for my tractor because of their false advertising.

Components in manual do not match machine ordered Repeated attempts to get correct manual and have not for over a month. Hydraulics does not and has not worked since purchase. Repeated attempts for resolution on hydraulics with no response. Requested to return item. No response. Can't get past initial product support, they have said for a while that it has been an elevated inquiry. $3500 investment just sitting

I purchased a hay spear from Titan. The purchase price was $305.25. The item was to be delivered via ***press under tracking number ***. I received about three notices from *** saying the item was out for delivery. Eventually, it was returned by *** to Titan because of damage. I never received or saw the item. I called Titan and was told the item had to be returned to them before my money could be returned. *** delivered the item to Titan on April 13. I have repeatedly called Titan to resolve this issue, but they have not returned the money to my card. They keep promising that the problem has been resolved and the money would be returned immediately, but it has not been. It's been thirteen days today since the item was returned. I last called Titan on the 23rd. I don't know what else I can do without travelling to Tennessee to talk to them in person.

My skid steer has 2 hose hook ups, their stump grinder has 3. I called to see if it was compatible, they said yes so I bought it. If I had known it wasn't compatible, I wouldn't have bought it. After a short use, a seal blew. Both parties agreed it was because the 3rd line wasn't hooked up. They admitted they told me wrong. They offered to repair or refund. I opted to repair. They authorized me to get a quote from a repair shop. John Deere took it apart & contacted Titan. Titan didn't have the parts needed or know when or if they would be able to get any. I contacted *** (Titan) to see if I could still return it, he said yes. I paid the cost of the quote, because he said Titan could only reimburse customers. But now Titan will not reimburse the cost of the quote. My only 2 options are 1) 15% inconvenience payment if I wait for a new machine (Not in Stock & No ETA) or 2) refund on the unit, but no reimbursement. They will not let me talk to a supervisor.

(2) 4' drag harrow, (3) two 42" pallet forks, (4) one 49" bale spear, (5) two 17.5 inch stabilizer spears. These were discounted scratch and dent items but that was fine. order placed 04/16. As I was on-line placing the order also called and talked to salesmen ( ***) as I wanted to verify stock, which he said they had and once order was placed I was good to get everything. After two weeks was missing a stabilizer spear and One pallet fork. I could not sue the Pallet fork frame for anything since missing a piece for each function. The customer service people said we will refund and I said doesn't help me at all. short story is they did refund and after calling several times finally reached someone and then had to reorder. received that in about a week. still missing pallet 42" pallet fork. Cant get this resolved.

I have been calling and emailing this company for the last weeks trying to correct a problem with a order with no resolution. I am out 444.02$ for an order that I never received and tried to stop within minutes of ordering online. At this time I am working with *** to see if they will assist but no luck so far. On 4/15 ordered this unit and within minutes realized I had ordered the wrong part. Within minutes I started trying to call this group but there was no getting through. Also tried emailing with no luck. The next day they finally contacted me saying the item was shipped and my account charged. Said they would credit my account when the part was returned. I have documentation from the shipper that it was returned to their doc on 4/21 at 1:41pm. They have my money and will not refund saying they don't have it yet. Bought a grapple from Titan in spring of 2022 M# rbgrap, Took over 4 weeks to deliver and when I got it I only used it a few times.I used it in early Sept. and the welds on the grapple broke and the main connection point to my skid steer bent due to very poor weld joints and the steel used to handle the load of the machine is very inferior steel. I had less than 10 hrs of use with this product. I have filed a claim and provided pictures. I have called there *** toll free number and get someone over seas, every time with the same line that they cant help me. I have ask for a full refund and they said that they would offer me 54 % of my refund and because that was what was what was left on the warranty. I read through the warranty and saw nothing about prorating a inferior product . I have ask for the name of the owner and they will not give it to me nor will they give me a telephone number for there office in ***.I have never filed a complaint with the Complaintsboard.com before and would not have if they would have resolved the problem. I would never suggest anyone buying anything from this company.

On 10/27, I purchased a Skid Steer "Receiver Mount Plate Attachment" Item No. XXXXXX from "Titan Attachments" (www.palletforks.com/). The item details indicated "Fits skid steers with the universal quick tach mounting system and tractors with the skid steer style quick tach". The total price was $233.19. When the item arrived, I tried to mount it on a skid steer with the universal quick tach mounting system and it would not properly fit. I I tried to mount it on a another skid steer with the same results. The item was fabricated incorrectly. I reached out to "Titan Attachments" and they requested pictures of the issue which were sent (attached). "Titan Attachments" indicated that they could possibly give me a discount if I was willing to have the item refabricated myself. I indicated that this could not be done safely compared to the cost of the item and I would rather return the item for a refund. "Titan Attachments" sent me a FedEx return and I shipped the item back. The FedEx Tracking number indicated that this item was returned to their facility on 11/29. I have been inquiring about the status of the refund and have not received any indication of their intent to provide a refund. The Titan Brands company has issued a partial refund for an order I placed and cancelled before the product left their facility. I ordered a $500 dollar pallet fork for my tractor on 3/10. Titan's was the cheapest online. When shipping was delayed, I began looking into other options and decided to cancel the order over the phone. Once the company knew I was calling to cancel, I was transferred from person to person, no one knew how or was able to cancel an order, the hold times seemed to increase and dropped calls/ bad connections all of the sudden became an issue. Their first story was that my order was in transit. I asked for a tracking number. I called the carrier company (***) and gave them the tracking number. The number was from a previous order from someone else 4-5 years ago and they had no record of my shipment. An employee from the carrier company emailed Titan on my behalf stating that I had contacted *** to find out about a shipment I was either trying to cancel or locate and they had not received or picked up the shipment. Once I proved to the Titan company that the pallet forks were not 'in transit', but still at the Titan facility, I was able to cancel the order and told a refund would be issued in 5-7 days. After emailing the company every other day to find out what the hold up is with the refund, it finally came. $402.89 of my $499.99. Every phone call, email and exchange with this company has been a huge headache. I have wasted my time dealing with this company and I expect the remaining balance of my original purchase price to be refunded.

I bought them to work on a *** lb fiberglass boat. I worked on the boat for a few hours in the fall of 2021 with it on the cranes and then put the boat back on it's trailer beneath the cranes, not touching the cranes at all.I kept the cranes maintained by keeping black paint on any exposed metal. In the start of Feb 2022, about 10 months after purchase, when I was checking for any spots needing more paint I noticed splitting and swelling on the center support bases on each crane near the bottom. I realized that the cranes were NOT given a drain hole for water. Had I known that, I would have drilled them myself. Clearly water had been filling the center support base with no where to go and had caused the damage.I filed a warranty claim in Feb. 2022 as soon as I had noticed the problem complete with receipt. I was denied my claim and told I should not have left the cranes outside. NO WHERE in their literature, advertisements, owner's manual, or website does it say I CAN'T have them outside. This is unfair and not right. Had I known this and been properly advised by Titan Brands of it, I would not have purchased them.DESIRED RESOLUTION:Will you please replace the four damaged pieces or replace the cranes and pay the complete cost for all shipping OR give me a full refund to resolve this issue?These cranes cost me nearly $2000 and I have only been able to use them for a few hours. Come on, please help me out here. :)

I purchased a 60" rotary tiller from this company on July 28th
I purchased a 60" rotary tiller from this company on July 28th. From the day I received it, the product was missing parts. The PTO shaft that was supposed to come with it was missing the half that attaches to the tractor. They sent me a different one, but it wasn't the correct one. Not even close. I needed a PTO shaft that was no more than 36" collapsed and 48" extended. They said they don't send specific shafts per machine. But yet they sent me a PTO shaft for a post hole auger instead. I know I need to cut a PTO shaft to fit my set up, but I cut over a foot off each side to make it work. This doesn't seem right. But they assured me it would be okay. Now, the first and only time I use the implement, It is leaking oil out of both gear boxes. I reached out to them on Oct. 18, and I assured them they were filled to the proper level. They finally got back to me after almost a month with 2 options. 1- Return it, which would be expensive as it is 600lb, also I dont want to because I need the tiller. Or 2- take it to a mechanic and they can fix it, and "maybe" they can reimburse me that cost. But they tell me no parts are available to fix it. I told them, I would like to see some sort of discount, since from the day I got it, it hasn't been right. The tiller is still functional, with leaks, but Who knows, maybe being the wrong PTO shaft to begin with was what caused the leaking. It's not like I can just load this up and bring it back, nor do I want to. I would think some sort of deduction from the original price of $1,999.00. I can't replace it with another one from them as they are not in stock not to mention very expensive for me to ship back. I will mention they did give me a 5% refund for the issues with the PTO shaft, but I will say that was minor compared to an oil leak, that I will continue to add oil until parts are available to fix.

In June, I was searching for an item and I called this business and told them what I was looking for. I spoke with someone in sales and informed them exactly what I was looking to purchase. The person I spoke to gave me a price and I informed them there price was a little higher than a competitors they asked me if I would be interested in purchasing a scratch and dent item. He told me the item would be just a like a new one and that if it didn't work they would take care of it for me. So I purchased the item and they shipped it to me. Once I got the shipment it was like almost brand new it was shipped in a crate and everything. I put the unit together and started using the item and the minute I started using it the item did not work properly. It actually was so bad that it almost turned me over with my mower and I immediately called them and told them of this issue and that it almost turned over on me. I told them when I spoke to their sales person that he told me that if it didn't work properly and they would take care of it for me. The customer service person who I spoke with said it was a scratch and dent item and I was stuck with it. I said this thing is unsafe and I could be seriously hurt by this thing and they did not care. I have numerous copies of where I have gone around and around with them trying to get this fixed. I will be more than happy to send correspondence with these emails. I have take pictures and videos and sent these to them and they won't help me out. This unit is like $3000 dollars and I can't use it. I don't know what to do but I will not use this at all because I can send you videos and show you how unsafe this is. I hope I can get some help from the Complaintsboard.com because I have been looking at *** posts and it seems other people have had the same issues. Attached it, added the required oil, & tried testing it "free-spin" nowhere near a ***.It vibrates so badly, it's dangerous to use, like it's going to blow apart, risking damage to *** to myself. Titan support dismisses the severity, holding all support hostage until I run through their ever-growing list of things to test, check, recreate, & take videos/pictures of. Many of which are unrelated to addressing the core issue.All while they seemingly ignore how dangerously it vibrates.I reluctantly provided the "required" *** of the defective part(s)/behavior, which they refuse to address until I continue w/ the never-ending list of unrelated steps that I already told them were checked as part of initial setup, or initial diagnosis of the issue.Most frustratingly of all, my support has been bottle-necked @ one single individual *** whom refuses to allow me to escalate beyond him. Calling others in Titan customer service has been ineffective, as they all refuse to allow me to speak w/ anybody other than ***.Promised call-backs never happen. No "Supervisors" or "Managers" are ever available. No way to actually speak w/ ANYBODY who has real technical knowledge of the product I purchased. Everything, thus far, has been a wasteful, ineffective "telephone game" where they keep adding more "Troubleshooting" steps which I've already checked & explained to them... So I continue repeating the same details because either they're being ignored, or lost in translation between *** technical staff.I purchased this expensive product to use, not to spend hours on end diagnosing & testing it in circles & repairing it literally RIGHT OFF THE PALLET... Nor is it my fault they do not have any authorized repair locations to support their products.I now effectively have a $4,500 lawn ornament that I cannot use, nor obtain useful support of.
