First I ordered two pieces of the above oeder on 10-11-22, order CD 6363.
I recd. a mail on 11th Nov. 22 saying it has been dispatched. They delivered instead two rolls of Aluminium foils. I had paid Rs. 1998.
Thinking it was a mistake I placed another order for 2 pieces on 25th Nov. 22. Order CD 9130.
Again they delivered a single roll of Aluminium foil. Are they cheating? Second time it was COD for Rs. 1499.
Desired outcome: Either replace with original items or refund the money.I would like a response.

I never received my ice maker. This company is fraud! All I received was a scoop for the ice maker. This is ridiculous! I have been trying to contact you for more than two months and no response. I ordered the ice maker as advertised for $39.99 and received a plastic chrome colored ice scoop instead. I paid thru PayPal, filed a complaint/dispute thru PayPal for not receiving the correct item. PayPal denied my claim because of proof of delivery. Delivery was a plastic Ice scoop. This is false advertising and I want refunded in full. I have contacted titeean @ [protected]@gmail.com and walterjohn4455 @ [protected]@gmail.com via email only to be given a refund of 50% of the total $45.98 that I paid. I am currently being advised by my attorney and plan to sue this company for false advertising. This company is out to scam the consumer. I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered the advertised Ice Machine, but all I ever got was a cheap scoop. It took me a while to find an email address to contact them. I asked for my money back since I did not receive what I ordered. After a month of emailing back an forth, she refused to give me the address to return the item, at my expense I might add. Since I used Pay Pal, they did refund my purchase price.

Like others I ordered an icemaker from Ruianmengma via my pay pal acct, What a rip...they sent me a small metal ice scoop! Is anyone filing complaints or a dispute? If so, I would like to be included. This is not right and there needs to be litagation brought against these people.
Desired outcome: I want my account credited and will sign any pending litagation against these scammers!!
