It's been more than two weeks now and I haven't received my package yet! Despite messaging them multiple times, I have not received any response from the company.
Desperate for answers, I called the courier company that CrazySales supposedly used to ship my package - TOLL IPEC. After waiting on hold for about 30 minutes, I was told that they had not picked up any package from CrazySales. What kind of behavior is this? CrazySales later said that because they bulk shipped my purchase, they couldn't scan the item individually. As someone who works in logistics, I know that this is just a ridiculous excuse. Every single item must be scanned regardless of whether it is individual or part of a manifest.
I'm now out of pocket by $1250, and still waiting for CrazySales to refund me the money. Every time I contact them, they give me the same old excuse - COVID, please have patience, we're sorry and whatnot. But their apologies are not going to give me back my time and money. I feel cheated and completely ripped off.

Got myself a trampoline from CrazySales on December 16th and we were notified that it would arrive on the 20th, which gave us an impression that it would be a perfect pre-Christmas gift. However, due to some issues, only part of the trampoline arrived on the 24th. Although it was not as we expected, we did not make a fuss as we realized we should have ordered earlier.
But as days passed, and the new year came in, we were yet to receive the remaining two boxes. We have tried to track down the boxes ourselves by contacting the company a couple of times, yet we did not get any communication giving us a rough idea about its delivery timeframe. In our most recent phone call, we were informed that our circumstances were not good enough by the courier (IPEC), and that a supervisor would call us back. However, even after patiently waiting, we received no call back or any specific updates.
We were informed later by CrazySales that they had given our three boxes to two separate couriers. Sadly enough, one of the courier drivers does not have a tailgate and as such, cannot deliver large items. We tried to reach out to both couriers, but despite our efforts, we never got useful information; we only ended up getting half-truths and evasions.
As I type this review, we have only 1/3 of a trampoline lying in our lounge room, frustrating and disappointing our kids who eagerly look forward to bouncing on it. We still hope to receive the remaining parts of the trampoline, although the long wait has already left a sour taste in our mouths. Our experience has been rather unpleasant, to say the least, and it's even worse when we consider the quality of the delivered product. The trampoline mat material of the part we received thus far is very thin, almost like a cheap plastic tarp, and seems unlikely to withstand Australian summers beyond one or two seasons.
To sum it up, I would not recommend buying from this company again. It has been a low-quality experience, and our mistaken belief that their delivery process and customer service would follow suit has rendered our purchase unnecessarily expensive and frustrating.

In conclusion, I felt that the customer service skills offered by CrazySales were not satisfactory at all during this ordeal. Although their products may be affordable, I would not recommend them to my community due to their poor customer service.
