What you order isn't what you get. Using the configurator was great. Really detailed and easy to use. I felt quite excited selecting exactly what I wanted. Hockerty Hockerty Clothing Review: Fraudulent Promises, Terrible Quality, and No Refunds

I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with the website of this company, Hockerty. But when it comes to the actual clothing they sell, I gotta call them out on their promises. It's like they're committing fraud or something. I mean, seriously, I've never seen such terrible-looking and ill-fitting clothes in my life. And don't even get me started on the fiber content. They told me one thing, but the fabrics felt totally different. I ordered four items: a cashmere coat that was way too big and scratchy, two tailored shirts that were also too big and made of synthetic fibers, and a pair of pants that were just plain horrible-looking. And let me tell you, their customer service was no help at all. When I asked for a refund, they flat-out refused and told me to take the clothes to a local tailor to get them fixed. But when I did, the tailor said the clothes were made so poorly that they'd have to open up every seam just to fix them. And that would have cost more than the clothes themselves! Hockerty wouldn't pay for it, either. Then they had the nerve to ask me to send them pictures of myself in the clothes so they could remake them. And after I did that, they wanted me to measure every seam in their clothes and one of mine that fit well. Like, seriously? I'm not doing all that work for them. I can make my own clothes if I have to. Dealing with Hockerty has been a total waste of my time and money. Don't order from them unless you want to get ripped off. And don't believe their claims of having over 100,000 happy customers. I can't imagine anyone being happy with the crap they sell.

Hockerty Hockerty.com Review: Inaccurate Measurements and Unhelpful Customer Service

So, I wanted to share my experience with Hockerty.com, which is a website that offers made-to-measure clothing. I was excited to try them out, but unfortunately, my experience was not great.

I provided my measurements and confirmed them with the company, but when I received my skirt, jacket, and shirt, they were all too big. I checked my measurement profile and noticed that the company had added three larger measurements that I did not confirm, which completely threw off the fit of the clothing.

I took everything to my local tailor, and they told me it would cost $240 to fix everything. That's more than half the cost of the items I purchased! The jacket shoulder width, length, sleeve length, and waist were all wrong, as were the shirt shoulder width, waist, and sleeve length, and the skirt waist and hips.

I tried to complain to Hockerty, but they kept telling me that the items were made according to the measurements I confirmed. They wouldn't explain why my measurement profile contained incorrect measurements or why my photos weren't sufficient evidence. They even added 4-5cm to every measurement "for mobility," which just made everything too big.

When I asked them to explain these issues, they told me they would close my support ticket unless I accepted their proposed resolution. I felt like they weren't listening to me or addressing my concerns, so I had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company.

Overall, I would not recommend Hockerty. Their made-to-measure clothing was not accurate, and their customer service was unhelpful. It's just not worth the trouble.

Hockerty Hockerty Review: Worst Financial Decision I've Made in a Long Time - Don't Be Fooled!

This is the worst financial decision I have made in a long time. Don't be fooled by the slick, interactive website of Hockerty. Everything seems fine until the product arrives in a flat cardboard box. The sizes were completely off! The shoulders were too tight, the sleeves were too long, the trousers were too long, and the waist was too big. I spent a whopping ?380!

Thankfully, they have a 'perfect fit guarantee', so there is some process to avoid total failure. They asked me to send pictures, which I did. They said they would pay for the cost of alterations (up to 25% of 380), so I took it to the tailor, who felt sorry for me. They said it was so bad that I should just ask for my money back. So I did.

Their response was that it's impossible to refund, so they promised to remake the suit. To ensure there were no mistakes, I paid a professional tailor to take my measurements according to Hockerty's instructions. While doing this, I noticed that the video showed them measuring down to the floor, but the description said to measure to the trouser end. A clear 100% mistake that I made them aware of.

I live in the UK, so I had to pay ?14 to send the package to Spain. Of course, they refused to pay for this.

After a few weeks, the suit finally arrived. This time not even in a box! And guess what? It still did not fit. The shoulders were better but still not right. The sleeves were too long, and the trousers were better but still too long and not very 'slim fit'.

I also received a cheeky invoice for $15, which I think came from Shanghai! LOL, this went straight in the bin.

So what happened next? I emailed them and asked for a refund of the cost of alterations because hopefully this time the suit can actually be altered. Their response was that they can only issue the refund by giving me store credit to shop in Hockerty. I DO NOT WANT STORE CREDIT BECAUSE I AM NEVER BUYING FROM YOU EVER AGAIN!

At the end of the day, these people need to be put out of business. Even though they clearly made a mistake, as I showed in the measurement instructions, they still think I'm wrong and they are right.

I have never been so stressed about a purchase. NEVER.

DISCLAIMER: Hopefully, this will discourage potential buyers and end up costing Hockerty a lot more than the ?380 they did not refund me. In fact, you will see this review on every possible review website. If they want me to take it down, my price will be much higher than a few hundred pounds.

I already warned them about my willingness to write terrible reviews, but they just had to stick to their policy, didn't they?

Hockerty Hockerty Order Delayed for 47 Days: Requesting Refund

Order Ref. [protected] was placed on December 4th, and I am still waiting for my order from Hockerty. It has been 47 days since I placed my order, and I have yet to receive anything. To make matters worse, my order was initially sent to the wrong address. After that, I was informed that a new order would be created and that I would receive it within 15 days. However, on January 3rd, I was informed that my order had not yet been prepared and that it would take an additional 10 days before it could be sent.

I have been patient and understanding, but I am tired of waiting. None of the delays have been respected, and I believe that I have the right to claim a refund. I have allowed Hockerty to postpone my order three times, but I am not willing to wait any longer. I want my money back, and I want it now.

I am not even sure that I will receive my order in good condition, based on the reviews I have read about Hockerty. However, my biggest concern is the lack of respect for the timeframe. I have not much money, and I can only afford to buy something for myself once in a couple of years. If Hockerty cannot send me my order in a respectful timeframe and in good measurements and shape, then I want to cancel my order and receive a refund.

I have lost faith in Hockerty's honesty and integrity. They have not honored any of the delays, and I am tired of waiting. I want my money back, and I will leave this review on every social media platform until I receive it. Hockerty has ruined my new year's eve and my mood, and I will never deal with them again.

Hockerty Hockerty Review: Cheap Chinese Company Disguised as Swiss Tailor

This company, Hockerty, claims to be based in Switzerland, but don't be fooled by their fancy website. They are actually a cheap Chinese company that recently changed their name from Tailor4Less due to the overwhelming amount of negative reviews they received.

I ordered from them a few years ago and the clothes were decent, better than buying off the rack. However, my recent experience was a nightmare. The trousers I ordered were impossible to put on, let alone wear comfortably. It was as if they used my body measurements as the actual measurements to make the garments, rather than making them fit someone with those measurements.

Trying to communicate with their email staff was infuriating. They would give me sympathetic responses but remind me that I could never get a refund. I had to take pictures, document the size problems, pay for return postage, and wait several weeks while they tried again - with extra time taken to ensure the "perfect fit" this time.

When the replacements came, the thighs had been redone, but the crotch had not changed. This means that there is no uniformity in how the different factories use the measurements - it is entirely random. How can they claim to make custom-fit garments if they don't even have a standard way of using measurements? They expected me to repeat the entire process, at the cost of my own time and money.

In short, they are not a scam in the sense that you will actually receive clothes in the colors you selected. However, they are made in Chinese factories with no quality control, and every order is a gamble. If the clothes arrive too small, they will remake them but never refund you. If they are too big, they will make you modify them at a local tailor and refund you only about 20% of the cost of the job. They will keep citing their small print to exclude you from refunds, and you will not have any recourse because there is no quality control in China, nor an easily defensible trade law avenue.

I learned my lesson and will NEVER buy custom clothes online again. I found a good local tailor that makes bespoke menswear that didn't cost any more than Hockerty despite being in Australia, and I will trust them from now on.

Don't take the risk unless you enjoy gambling at poor odds.

Hockerty Hockerty Review: Poor Quality, Terrible Customer Service, and Unfair Policies

I can't believe I fell for the good reviews on Hockerty's website. I should have listened to the negative ones. I ordered a 2-piece suit, and when it arrived, it was crumpled in the bag with no hanger. The jacket sleeves were too short, and the armholes were too small. I was afraid I would rip it if I raised my arms. The pants were too short and too big in the waist. I wanted a refund, but the customer service person told me to take it to a tailor to alter the pants and they would remake the jacket. I sent a couple of emails to customer service, but no one got back to me. The quality of the material was poor, and it took forever to get the suit.

I decided to buy a DKNY suit from Amazon.com, and it fit perfectly, cost less, arrived much quicker, and the quality was much better. I will never buy anything from Hockerty again. I asked for a refund, but they said they couldn't give me one because the suit had no resale value. I didn't care about that. I just wanted my money back. I had to pay $22.50 to mail it back to Spain, and had to pay more for proof of delivery. That made the suit over $300, which it was not worth.

I accused them of taking advantage of international trade laws because in my country, if someone is unhappy with a product, they can get their money back whether the product can be resold or not. They used their own country laws to justify not making me a happy customer. They refunded the money to alter the pants, but it was too late. I had already shut down the card used to pay for it.

Their policies suck, and their customer service is terrible. They gave me the run-around and vague answers. I bet the jacket won't fit when it comes back. It's been a complete hassle, and I will never do business with them again. Don't do business with Hockerty if you value your sanity.

Hockerty Mixed Experience with Hockerty: Great Materials, Poor Measurements, and Disappointing Customer Service

Hockerty is a really cool idea and they have a lot of different shirts and materials to choose from. But, like some other people have said, they don't always seem to get the measurements right. Every shirt and polo shirt I've ordered has been wrong. Even though I put in my belly measurement as 88.2cm on the website, the shirts they sent me had over 110cm of fabric in that area. And sometimes they've sent me shirts that were too short or didn't fit my shoulders right.

I talked to Jonas and Thomas about the problems I was having, but they didn't seem to understand that the tailors were just ignoring the measurements I sent them. I even sent them extra measurements and pictures to try to fix the problem, but they still didn't get it right. They kept asking me to send them more pictures of every item I ordered, which was really annoying. And even when I showed them that shirts with the same measurements had different problems, they didn't seem to care. All they had to do was refund or replace the shirts that were wrong.

To make things worse, my order took almost two months to arrive, even though they said it would be delivered sooner. And they didn't even tell me what was going on or offer any compensation.

They did let me return the order, but I had to pay for it myself. And even the replacements they sent me had problems. They kept telling me to go to a local tailor to fix the shirts, but that's not why I used their service in the first place. And at one point they even suggested that I get a tailor to make new fabric for the shirt, which was just ridiculous.

I have some credit on their site that I need to use, and I want to get a matching blazer for a pair of trousers I already have. But if they can't get their act together and make sure the orders are accurate and professional, I'm not going to use them again.

I will say that the materials they use are really good quality, and their trousers fit me really well. But they need to be more careful with the measurements for shirts. Good customer service means admitting when you've made a mistake and making sure it doesn't happen again. They could have at least refunded me for a couple of the shirts or part of the order as a way of saying sorry for messing up twice.

Hockerty Hockerty Review: Poor Workmanship, No Compensation, and Frustrating Communication

When I first stumbled upon Hockerty, I was a bit hesitant about using an online tailoring service. However, the pictures on their website looked promising, and the price of ?250 for a suit seemed reasonable enough to give it a shot.

I followed their instructions for taking my measurements and eagerly awaited the arrival of my suit. When it finally arrived, I was sorely disappointed. The fit was all wrong - the legs were too long and not slim cut, and the jacket was completely misshapen.

I decided to take advantage of their offer of 40 euros for tailoring alterations and brought the suit to a trusted local tailor. That's when I realized just how bad the workmanship was. The tailor described it as "disgraceful" and listed a laundry list of amendments that needed to be made.

The total cost of the tailoring amendments came out to be ?170 - essentially the cost of remaking the entire suit. I immediately contacted Hockerty and asked for compensation for the faulty suit. After a lengthy exchange, they admitted their mistakes but refused to compensate me for the amendments.

Their current line is that they used my measurements and if I send the jacket back to them, they will remake it. But I am not willing to send it back to them for amendments as their workmanship has been so poor. I want to use a trusted local tailor instead. Plus, it makes no sense to have the trousers amended by one tailor and the jacket by them, as the difference in the quality of workmanship would be insanely noticeable.

To make matters worse, they admitted that they always "add extra inches for mobility" when using measurements, which seems illogical for a fitted suit. It's frustrating to pay a lot of money for a service and then not be financially compensated for faulty goods. It's morally reprehensible.

To add insult to injury, they have no telephone contact, so communication has to go through their online messaging service, which is extremely frustrating as they keep repeating the same replies. I would strongly advise against using Hockerty. You would be better off paying ?400 to have a suit tailored locally, as this is about what you'll end up paying if you use them, and the suit will be completely terrible. It has been an absolute nightmare to use, and I only hope that they will offer fair financial compensation at some point. But I am starting to think they will soon cut off communication altogether.

I gotta say, I wouldn't recommend Hockerty to anyone. As someone with a disability, shopping for clothes can be a real pain, so I thought I'd give this online store a try. I got a local tailor to take my measurements and ordered a jacket and coat from Hockerty. But when the clothes arrived, I was in for a nasty surprise.

The jacket was way too big, with shoulder pads that would make Joan Collins blush and sleeves that looked like something out of a samurai movie. And the coat was even worse - it was like a tent, with sleeves that made me look like a penguin and made it impossible to move my arms.

I contacted Hockerty to see if they could fix the problem, but their customer service was slow and not very helpful. They told me to take the clothes to a local tailor to get them altered, but when I did, the tailor just laughed and said the clothes were so poorly made that alterations were impossible. They suggested I ask for a refund.

But when I asked Hockerty for a refund, they refused. Instead, they asked me to send them photos of me wearing the clothes from every angle so they could remake them. I was hesitant to do this, especially since I live alone and can't stand for long periods of time. But they wouldn't budge, so I gave them my measurements again and explained how their measurements were different from what I had given them.

After weeks of back-and-forth, Hockerty still wouldn't give me a refund. They even suggested that my disability might be the reason the clothes didn't fit! That's when I did some research and found out that Hockerty is actually a front for a Chinese company called Tailor4less, which has a ton of bad reviews online. It seems like they use computer-generated measurements and cheap Chinese factories to make their clothes.

Long story short, I lost almost ?300 and can't even sue them because of their location. But I'm not giving up - I'm going to report them to their UK web hosting company, their banking suppliers, and UK Trading standards authorities. Don't make the same mistake I did - stay far away from Hockerty!

Hockerty Hockerty.com Review: Perfectly Tailored Coat with Excellent Service and Reasonable Price

Hockerty.com is a great website to order custom-tailored clothing. I was extremely excited to order a new coat, customer tailored to my exact body measurements. When it arrived, I was immediately thrilled. Hockerty.com offers to fund further tailoring, but as you will read, they take this seriously, and practice good business.

The coat materials match the images on the website. This is a common complaint with other websites, but not with Hockerty.com. My coat is the exact color that I ordered. The stitching is perfect, and there are no holes in the seams. The overlap at the end of the sleeves which is supposed to be used to fasten the buttons is perfect. The final 3 inches of the sleeves are exactly what I wanted.

I have not had to spend any time attempting to achieve resolutions by emailing Hockerty.com, and I have not had to spend any time and used gas driving to and from my tailor. Hockerty.com makes it easy for the customer.

The price for my coat was very reasonable. I paid $336.78 CAD for a perfectly measured, perfectly stitched, coat with no holes in it. I did not have to pay any additional fees, and I did not have to pay for any corrections. I received exactly what I ordered.

IN CONCLUSION:
People should be encouraged to SHOP at Hockerty.com, and the company should be commended for their excellent service.

Hockerty Disgraceful Business Practices: My Experience with Hockerty Custom Tuxedo

I recently purchased a custom tuxedo from Hockerty and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the suit. The measurements I confirmed over email were completely disregarded, resulting in a suit that was far too large and could not be easily altered. The materials used were cheap and thin, not at all what I expected for the price I paid.

When I reached out to Hockerty to express my concerns, they refused to issue a refund and instead offered to send me another suit. Despite numerous emails back and forth, they consistently ignored my concerns about the poor quality of the suit. I was left with no choice but to involve my credit card company and the Swiss ombudsman, as Hockerty is based in Switzerland.

After an investigation by the Swiss consumer protection organization, it was determined that Hockerty was at fault. However, they have very little power and the next step would be to take legal action. I was able to receive a refund through arbitration with my credit card company, but it was a lot of work on my part to get my money back from this disgraceful business.

It's worth noting that Jonathan Blasco from Hockerty previously reported my truthful review as not being from someone with a genuine order, which is simply not true. This is just another example of their terrible business practices, reporting valid reviews as fake. It's also interesting to note that any positive reviews of Hockerty are very brief and may not be genuine. Apparently, they had a previous brand name that was burned due to poor reviews.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against purchasing from Hockerty. Their suits are cheap and poorly made, and their customer service is disgraceful. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company at all costs.

Hockerty Nightmare Experience with Hockerty: Delayed Delivery, Poor Quality, and No Refund

So, I had a bit of a nightmare when I ordered a couple of suits from Hockerty for my wedding. I mean, I ordered them at the beginning of September, which was about 5 weeks before the big day, so I thought I had plenty of time. Hockerty told me that they would arrive within 18 calendar days, so I wasn't too worried. But then, they just didn't show up. I emailed them several times to check on the progress, and each time they told me that the suits would arrive the following week. But they never did. I understand that there are some issues with deliveries at the moment, but I just wish that Hockerty had been more upfront about the delays. If they had, I could have made other arrangements with plenty of time to spare.

Anyway, I had to do a mad dash to London a couple of days before the wedding to get some alternative suits. And now, my wedding suits cost nearly as much as my fianc?'s dress, because I had to buy two lots of suits. Not cool, Hockerty.

To be fair, one of the suits did eventually arrive, but it was a bit of a mess. It looked like they had chucked half of one suit in the order and half of the other one. So it was no good to anyone for the wedding. And when I asked for a refund or compensation, they told me that I wasn't entitled to anything. So, needless to say, I won't be shopping with Hockerty again.

And don't even get me started on the cut of the suits. The trousers looked like they were bell flares - there was no tapering at all. And they were so creased when they arrived, it was like they had been shipped in a little ball.

Honestly, I really hope that Hockerty goes out of business soon. They shouldn't be swindling people out of their money like this.

Hockerty Hockerty Review: Don't Waste Your Money on This Chinese Company for Your Wedding

So, you're getting married and you want to look your best, right? Well, let me tell you, Hockerty is not the place to go. I made the mistake of spending $317 USD on a vest, shirt, and pants, thinking that their website was legitimate and that my accurate measurements would ensure a perfect fit. Boy, was I wrong!

First of all, the pants I received were supposed to be a size 38 waist, but they were more like a 32-34 waist. And the vest was so small that I couldn't even pull it past the sides of my ribs. The shirt was also too small to button up. I gave them accurate measurements for my wide shoulders and strong chest, but it seems like they didn't even bother to look at them. And to top it all off, the fabric was so thin and cheap that even Wal-Mart doesn't sell clothes made from such low-quality materials.

But the worst part is that Hockerty doesn't offer refunds, and their customer service is incredibly slow. They only respond once a day and then send an email saying they'll get back to you in 48 hours. And even when they do respond, they don't seem to understand the severity of the situation. They told me to update my info so they could remake the pants, but what about the vest and shirt? I need everything remade!

And let's not forget that Hockerty is actually a Chinese company, despite their UK-looking website. So not only did they screw me over, but they also contributed to the Chinese virus that's causing so much chaos in the world right now.

Look, I understand that money is tight when you're planning a wedding, but trust me, don't waste your hard-earned cash on Hockerty. You'll end up like me, without something to wear for your big day. It's a shame, really, because getting married during the virus is already hard enough. I just wanted a nice outfit that I could be happy with, but instead, I got this ordeal with Hockerty.

So, if you want to avoid the same fate as me, stay away from Hockerty. Spend your money on a company that actually cares about their customers and produces quality products. Don't be fooled by their fancy website and promises of a perfect fit. It's all a lie.

Hockerty Hockerty Review: Hidden Customs Charges and Poor Customer Service

I was a bit hesitant to try Hockerty at first because of the price, but a friend recommended them to me so I decided to give it a shot. I ordered three items and was excited to receive them. However, it took a whole month for my order to arrive, which was two weeks later than expected. To make matters worse, I received a customs duty bill a month after receiving my package. I had to pay an additional 25% on top of what I had already paid.

I was really disappointed that Hockerty didn't warn me about these extra charges. I thought that the price I paid was the final price, including taxes. When I looked at their terms and conditions, it clearly stated that the price they ask you to pay is the final price. But when I contacted their customer service, they told me that it was too late for them to pay for the extra charges and that they were associated with taxes, not the company. They offered me a credit for another order, but I was not interested in ordering from them again.

I was frustrated that Hockerty did not take any responsibility for the extra charges. I ended up paying taxes to the UK on the company's behalf, and they refused to refund me. I would not recommend buying anything from this company. Their customer service is poor because you can only contact them via email, and I was never sure who I was talking to because the names changed. I also couldn't write to the ombudsman because the company is not UK-based.

If you decide to order from Hockerty, beware that you will be liable for an import tax paid to the tax authorities, and it will be your responsibility to pay it. The company may offer a credit note in compensation, but you will have no consumer protection if you are not happy with this.

Overall, my experience with Hockerty was very poor. I felt completely vulnerable and helpless as a consumer. I would not trust buying anything from this company again, so think twice before you order.

Hockerty Beware of Hockerty: Shady Business Practices and Fake Reviews

I had a really bad experience with Hockerty. I was lured in by their website and all the positive reviews, but it turned out to be a big mistake. I should have done more research before making a purchase. I found out that this company is actually a rebranding of another Chinese company that had a bad reputation for scamming people and selling low-quality products. Many of the 5-star reviews on their website are fake, and you can find duplicates with the same exact content.

Despite my reservations, I decided to go ahead and order a suit from Hockerty. It was a big mistake. I had to deal with many days of back and forth emails, frustration, and in the end, I got an overpriced mediocre suit. The "perfect fit guarantee" they advertise on every page is a false advertisement to lure in customers. Once your suit arrives, it will not be as easy to get it "to perfectly fit".

My suit came in a DHL box the size of a college textbook, so small that the suit was folded three times. The suit was terribly cut and was very ill-fitting. The pants looked like MC Hammer pants, even though they were supposed to be slim fit. The jacket was too long, and the biceps area was too tight. Overall, it looked like I was wearing my dad's suit from the 1980s.

Luckily, I emailed them the same day, because you only have the first 7 days to notify them to get any tailoring fee. They told me to send pics, and based on those pics, they would say if they thought it could be fixed by a tailor or if I needed a new suit. They told me I could get it tailored by anyone near me, but they would only cover up to 25% of the price of the suit. I personally did not see this clause anywhere, but they claim it is in their policy page. They also gave me a very short timeline to get to a tailor and have a receipt sent to them. My suit needed $40 above the 25% limit, which was the cheapest I could find after going to 3 different tailors.

The back and forth email to get a simple answer was exhausting. They work on China time, so unless you email them early in the morning, don't expect a response until the next day (this is not too unreasonable).

Overall, it was a terrible experience. I don't write that many reviews, but this company is really shady, and I would stay away. Don't get scammed by this website and all the fake reviews. Do more extensive research online before making a purchase.

Hockerty Hockerty Suit Review: Fraudulent Measurements, Poor Quality, and Terrible Customer Service

So, I recently ordered a suit from Hockerty and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. I don't know if it was a mistake or if they did it on purpose, but my measurements were completely off. I mean, shoulders are one of the most important measurements when it comes to looking good in a suit, and they messed that up big time. They were supposed to be 18 1/2 inches, but they were 20 1/2 inches! That's an inch on each side! And to make matters worse, the seam on the right shoulder was improperly sewn, creating a bump. It was a complete mess.

But that's not even the worst part. When I looked at my profile, I realized that 7 of the 14 measurements were modified! And get this, they even changed my weight! It said I was 231 lbs. when I'm actually 206. I mean, what the heck? Once the suit is made, they tamper with the measurements to fit the suit, and if you don't have an original copy, you can't prove it. It's like they're committing fraud or something.

And to add insult to injury, the fabric was super thin, even though I paid an extra $160 for better fabric. And there was a faux buttonhole on the lapel that I didn't even request! I mean, come on, Hockerty, get it together! And the lapels were supposed to be wide, but they weren't. Those two things alone would require a remake because they can't be fixed by a tailor.

I tried to contact their support team, but they were no help. They offered me $50 reimbursement for the shoulders, but the tailor estimated it would cost $100 or more to fix. And if they agree to a remake, which is highly unlikely, I have to pay shipping to return it to Europe. I can't even imagine what that would cost. And they claim they'll donate it to the poor, but I highly doubt they're good to the poor if they're screwing over their customers like this.

I'm going to dispute it with my credit card company and VISA itself. When all is said and done, it comes down to the fact that they committed fraud by changing the specs, and it will be a cold day in hell before they remake me a suit. I've gone back and forth with them on a support ticket, but I already knew what the final answer would be. I sent them pictures of the shoulders with a measuring tape, the buttonhole, and the lapels. And to top it all off, the breast pocket was partially sewn shut, and they haven't even answered if that's normal or if I can open it up without damaging it.

Overall, I would not recommend Hockerty to anyone. They're a complete mess, and their customer service is terrible. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Hockerty Misleading "Made to Measure" - My Disappointing Experience with Hockerty

I gotta say, I wish I had seen some of these reviews before I ordered from Hockerty. I was really excited to get a trouser suit made just for me, with all my measurements taken into account. But when the suit arrived, it was like they didn't even look at my measurements! It was at least two sizes too big everywhere, except for the sleeves, which were so tight I could barely move my arms. I know I'm smaller than most people, but that's why I wanted a custom-made suit in the first place! It's like they just used a standard pattern and hoped for the best.

When I complained to them (I used the French site), they told me to go to a tailor to see if they could fix it. I went to two different tailors, and both of them said they could make the necessary changes for around 140 euros. Hockerty said they would reimburse me 35 euros, but I thought that was ridiculous - they clearly didn't do the job I paid them to do! In the end, I had to pay 140 euros to get the suit fixed, which brought the total cost up to 273 euros. That's a lot more than I was expecting to pay, and it took a lot of extra time and hassle to deal with the tailors and the emails back and forth with Hockerty.

I really think they're misleading their customers about what "made to measure" really means. They might have a lot of sizes and patterns available, but that doesn't mean they're actually making clothes that fit each individual customer. It seems like they just pick the closest size and hope for the best. If you're thinking about ordering from Hockerty, I wish you good luck and lots of patience - you might need it!

Hockerty Hockerty Suit Review: Disappointing Fit and Poor Customer Service

I was super excited to get my hands on a suit from Hockerty after reading all the great reviews online. But boy, was I in for a disappointment! When the package finally arrived after a few weeks of waiting, I found a crumpled up suit inside a bag. The sleeve buttons were non-functional, and the sizes were so off that I'm pretty sure it could fit around a small car!

I immediately opened a ticket and sent photos to the Hockerty rep, hoping for a solution. But all they suggested was taking the garment to a tailor. Now, I wouldn't have minded if it was just a minor hemming or adjustment, but the pants were so large that they kept falling down no matter where I held them. The crotch was down to my knees, and each leg was so baggy that I could probably fit both of my legs into one! The jacket was the only thing that was somewhat close to fitting, but it still needed a lot of tailoring to make it work.

So, I took the suit to a tailor, who was shocked at how bad the fit was. She advised me to get the suit remade, as it would cost hundreds of dollars to fix. When I sent another email to Hockerty explaining the situation, I received no response at all. It was like my email didn't even exist!

Honestly, I think they just sent me a suit they had lying around and said, "close enough." I wouldn't recommend Hockerty to anyone looking for a well-made suit. If you're looking for a suit at a similar price point, I'd suggest checking out itailor. Their customer service is amazing, and the fit is exactly based on the measurements you send. Save yourself the trouble and go with itailor instead!

Hockerty Fit guarantee service

I ordered a suit on the Hockerty website. I initially entered my details and their algorithm calculated my measurements surprisingly accurately. I tweaked them slightly but notably they did not ask for my jacket length.

My suit arrived very quickly - just 11 days later. The quality wasn't great but after a few hours I grew to like it. But the jacket was too short by nearly 3 inches. I've had many suits made in the past and could compare them. I know that you can't fix this through alteration - the jacket needs to be remade. In addition, the suit trousers were too loose around the waist, too tight around the hips and not cut properly around the lower leg (they were meant to be fitted but were baggy).

I wasn't able to open a support ticket at first because my order was still showing as in transit but the following day it updated to delivered and I could submit a ticket.

Marta at Hockerty did respond that day and asked me to provide photos and revised measurements. I did all this as soon as I could and submitted plenty of evidence to show them what was wrong and how the suit should fit if it is remade. That was several days and I'm still waiting. I've heard nothing since the original email even though I've chased it up several times. There is no way to contact them other than through the support ticket. I have a wedding coming up in 4 weeks an am running out of time.

Having read the Trust Pilot reviews and the complaints on this board, I'm really starting to worry.

Desired outcome: Hockerty to respond to my support ticket promptly and maintain dialogue with me - not simply go quiet on me again. Hockerty to remake the suit using the details I've provided so that it fits. Hockerty to do this within the next 4 weeks.

Hockerty Suit is damaged and overall poor quality

I ordered an off the rack suit from the hockerty website; the product that I received did not match the style options that I ordered, and had visible damage. I contacted customer service and they insist that I cannot return the suit and refuse to give me a return address with return label which is directly contrary to the US Consumer Rights Act.

Unfortunately, despite owning the hockerty.us domain, they are very coy about actually having a business presence in the USA; some filings list a bogus "WC2N 5DU" postcode for central London, with no specific address, and you'll notice that their website goes to great pains to avoid disclosing any kind of phone or postal contact information.

It has all the hallmarks of a scam, and I wish I'd paid more attention to them and their terrible online reputation before ordering. This is a scam and this company is not reputable in any fashion of the word.

Due to their guarantees solicited on the website, this operation is fully in violation of the law. Being a corporate attorney, I now have a mission to give these individuals what they rightly deserve, because this is no longer about a $500 suit; it is about my safety as a consumer in the online marketplace. There website blantly states you can return for full refund however I now recognize that the whole operation is a ploy, ran by the conglomerate AFT Group, to whom I am filing a civil suit against to simply prove a point.

Hockerty Customer made suits ordered online

I ordered 2 suits and a shirt online. I entered my details and an algorithm automatically calculated my measurements. The suits and shirt arrived and were too tight. The shirt is of also of a very poor fabric quality and feels uncomfortable to wear. The suits both arrived scrunched up into a bag and are very badly creased and not of a standard you would expect after paying over £600. They have a “perfect fit guarantee” which says you can take to a taylor and they will pay for the adjustment and if this is not possible they will remake the suit. I took the suits to a taylor who confirmed the suits cannot be adjusted as there is not enough material. I then followed the procedure to raise a ticket but have had no response other than an offer to pay for dry cleaning for the badly creased suit. No details on how to return the suits to be remade or any offer of a refund.

Desired outcome: The suits returned and remade to the right measurements (I will supply these). The shirt either refunded or replaced with a higher quality alternative made with the measurements supplied. Replacements to arrive in good condition.

Hockerty Shoes

Hockerty are trying to state that the shoes come under their tailor made policy, however the shoes where not tailor made, so personal measurements where given by me and neither requested, to buy their shoes all you do is select a size and style, like any other shoe shop experience, I have requested a full refund and they are not responding, this is what I get from them

Hockerty False Delivery Promises

Ordered a suit and boots late March, website was advising 30 day delivery but once payment was processed, I was advised of delays. Hockerty website is still advising 30 day delivery for new orders, but I'm coming close to 2 months since my order and I can't get an ETA on when it will be delivered. Suit was purchased for an upcoming event, allowing almost 3 times the delivery period advised, but now not sure if it will arrive in time and whether I have to buy a new suit elsewhere. Boots arrived, are comfortable and look good, although they came with pull loops despite being specifically ordered without them.

I took a screenshot of their Chat Bot yesterday that states "It normally takes only 18 calendar days between you placing your order, we producing your garment by hand, and you receiving it at home. We are the fastest company in the world delivering custom made to measure clothes." Compare that to your Customer Service Team who told me on the 9th of May when asking if there's any chance I'll get my order by the end of the month "There is a chance, though how probable that is, I am afraid I cannot say it...", and then on the 16th of May "We think it could be possible to deliver this in around a couple of weeks. That is an estimation based on the information we have right now." How can you legally still be making promises of 30 day delivery in order to make a sale, to only then inform the customer of the actual delivery period once payment has been made?

Desired outcome: Delivery of my order before the end of May.

Hockerty Suit quality and delivery

We ordered our suits back in February for our wedding and when they arrived in March they were firstly of the most poor quality. After speaking to a well established tailor he explained how the suits haven’t been made correctly for the measurements given and the material is not what it states to be in the sample.

One of the suits trousers was for some reason so small at the ankle the man could not fit his foot through to even get it up his leg so we sent it back and asked for a remake in early March. Hockerty requested new measurements and additional measurements which we provided ASAP and they said the new trousers would take 3 weeks to come. It has now been 6 weeks and we have no idea when the new trousers are coming. Our wedding is in 5 days so we have had to pay hundreds of pounds for new suits due to the delay.

Hockerty barely reply to emails and have refused to give a time frame of the new delivery of trousers and refused a refund even though their website states items arrive within 30 days (I have screenshots of this).

Hockerty Ordered Custom Shirts

Ordered custom shirts. I entered measurements as requested by their website. Unfortunately, the size of the shirts were too small (and thus, unable to take it to a local tailor). Hockerty also makes you jump "hoops" and asks for pictures. After slow replies once you open a ticket, they will eventually offer to remake shirt. But this is the "kicker, " the customer has to pay for the shipping to send the original shirts that made in the wrong size (keep in mind, it was their fault).

Besides their "Guarantee" being deceiving (they will show you the fine print where the customer is at a disadvantage), the fabric is not 100% cotton (as ordered). You can literally see through the so called "cotton" shirt.

Therefore, do yourself a favor, research other competitors that will customize your clothing accordingly (there are many). Hockerty is a total scam!

Hockerty Suit jacket and pants

If I could give this a zero star, I would! Firstly, I ordered a suit jacket and pants from their website with all the measurements included. When I received the suit, not only was it very poor quality material, but it didn't even fit correctly. I tried multiple times to tell them that I had to return it as I was very dissatisfied (to say the least), but they refused to do so, and wouldn't even alter the suit without a charge! Beware of this crooked offshore company that is unethical and does not care about caring for their customers at all. Do not purchase any clothing from this site!
