Credit Value review: Took away $18.99 weekly (Total $816.57) from my bank account without my consent or permission

Hi, my name is Harinderjit Singh and 3 years ago I moved to Canada with my wife and son. I'm not expert in online services. From last year June 09, 2023 first time $18.99 were deducted from my RBC bank account and description was Bill Credit Value. I wasn't aware and thought that maybe bank service charges or some kind of subscription fee online entertainment platform. It's starts continuously weekly $18.99. I unsubscribed all online platforms like Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. I started ask to my bank but their response was not satisfied me. from last year December my wife was unemployed and I had 1 or 2 days job in week. It was very hard time for me. Sometimes my account was low balance with $2-$4. Then CREDIT VALUE charges $18.99 and bank charges $45 for negative amount balance. Till today morning I wasn't aware that who is taking $18.99 weekly from me. Because I never signed document or didn't allow anybody to take suck amount. Because I knew that my income is hand to mouth and I can't pay such amount. Last night again CREDIT VALUE took away $18.99 from my bank account. I kept $25 for gas to go for job. I contacted to my bank and there customer support agent was nice, she explains me who is taking my money without my consent. Im depressed and lost peace of my mind. 24 hours was thinking about that who is taking my hardwork money. Even I can't sleep well. I can't keep money in my account become I scare that they will take away. Don't know about people but for me it's huge amount. In this month March CREDIT VALUE took 5 times $18.99 can you believe I unsubscribed Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. Because I don't have enough money for pay all this while those are taking my $18.99 weekly and I don't know them, who they are? Why are they charging this amount weekly? What's benefit of this amount I'm paying. I don't even know that what the function of this Credit Value. This CREDIT VALUE make me sick I can't afford my groceries due to low income because don't have job for 5 days a week. And I'm paying them $100 per month. Without knowing them, who they are? What's their occupation? What they do? They take $100 per month and what's benefit for me. I'm paying $100 per month to them without knowing who they are? Instead of buying groceries for my kid and wife. If Credit Value employees or owner reading this, please I have a request you guys took $18.99 for 43 TIMES. It's total is $816.57. please give me back my money, it's huge amount for me I earn this after lots of hard work. Find any Multi Millionaire who can pay you easily and this $18.99 amount should be change for him. I request you once again please refund my $816.57. And don't do such things with poor people. Thanks
