They stopped to send reports
I registered on the website www.daytradeideas.co.uk couple of months ago. At the beginning, they provided the reports and provided some trading ideas, but now they didn’t send reports, so I totally lost control and have no idea what the hell happens now. As well as my requests about the reports were ignored. I have no idea what to do now, maybe someone can help me.
They advised me to invest, but I lost everything
I wanted to share my experience with the company www.daytradeideas.co.uk. At the beginning everything was ok, but later all problems started. I invested money and got some profit, but these jerks offered to invest more. I believed them and decided to try, but they scammed me. I lost everything, but when I tried to get some help from them, the rep stopped to communicate with me. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
Hello Huff,
I am Marcus from Day Trade Ideas. Thank you for the complaint. I am not sure of your identity but Day Trade Ideas provides technical analysis reports to our subscribers with support and resistance levels for the various markets that we cover. We have a Forex group where we offer specific trade ideas each day based on these levels and analysis.
We do not have a trading fund nor ask for client funds in order to trade. Therefore when you state"we offered to invest more", I'm unsure what this means as we do not trade any client funds. It leads to me to believe that perhaps this is some sort of fraudulent complaint.
We are available by email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week you can contact me directly on marcus@daytradeideas.co.uk and we can discuss directly and address the issue you claim you have faced from us.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.

No one helped me, but their program didn't work properly
I registered on the website www.daytradeideas.co.uk. I paid money for the program, which would help me to start the trading. But it didn’t work at all. I contacted the customer services and asked to help me, but these jerks only tipped-toed around the subject. The worst services and website, so please be careful and share your views about them.
Hello supermousy,
I am Marcus from Day Trade Ideas. Thank you for the complaint. Day Trade Ideas does not have a "program" but provides technical analysis reports to our subscribers with support and resistance levels for the various markets that we cover. We have a Forex group where we offer specific trade ideas each day based on these levels and analysis.
I am therefore not sure what "program" you are refering to that you bought and can only suggest you are confused as to what you bought and which company you bought it from. It seemingly was not Day Trade Ideas.
Your complaint sounds very similar in tone and language to two other complaints posted on Complaints Board on the same day and leads to me to believe that perhaps these are fraudulent complaints from the same person. Of course you can post anonymously so I do not know your identity. I'm happy to discuss with you if you wish and have no intention of "tip-toeing" around you.
We are available by email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and also very active on our Twitter profile (@daytradesignals). You can contact me directly on marcus@daytradeideas.co.uk and we can discuss directly and address the issue you claim you have faced from us.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I want to stop fake withdrawals from my account
I hoped to get new things and knowledge from www.daytradeideas.co.uk. I paid money to this company and got some materials about how to start trading and earn money. I paid subscription fee and after 3 months I decided to stop them. I filled the form on the website, but the agent continued to charge me. I wonder if there are people, who had the same thing. Maybe you can advise me how to stop these ###. Please post your ideas and comments. Thanks.
Hi Chery943,
I have managed to attach a screen shot of the account area and highlighted in red the large "Cancel Subscription" links.
I'm not sure how we an make it any clearer.
Sincerly,
Marcus
Hi Chery943,
I'm Marcus from Day Trade Ideas. I'm confused as to the service you say you've received as on sign up, we DO NOT send you materials on how to start trading and earn money.
We offer daily technical analysis reports on around 20 markets. These reports offer support and resistant levels for each market and are available from 7am GMT.
To cancel your account, there is no form on our website for you to fill in. You simply need to log in to your account and you will clearly see a large "Cancel Subscription" button. By clicking this link, it will cancel your account and no further payments will be taken. Please send me a link to the form you filled in to cancel your account. I have tried to upload a screen shot to show you how clear and easy it is to cancel but the image upload feature on ComplaintsBoard.com seems not to be working.
Please send me your name and/or email to marcus@daytradeideas.co.uk and I am happy to look over the account and refund any money to you and also ensure no further payments taken. Additionally, you can also dispute these charges with your credit card directly and we are happy to discuss with them.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
