I have been calling Cricket for months trying to get them to correct the name on my caller ID. It has had three different names that come up on the caller ID and none of them is mine. They kept sending me links to Hiya and Hiya keep telling to that it will fall off and it hasn't. The last time that I contacted Hiya (after a couple of work orders) they informed me that it is correct on their end and it needs to be corrected with Cricket. When I contacted Cricket again the guy that I was talking too overlooked what I was telling him and still sent me the link again after I told him I didn't want it. That was very rude and very unprofessional. Clearly I could see that he was unconcern about my issue. His attitude was well I don't know what to tell you.
I have been with this company for a long time and I never been late or missed a payment and I am beginning to think that it is time to change . All I asked was to get the correct name on the caller ID and it seems like they can't do that. :(
Desired outcome: I would love to be appreciated and felt like Cricket cared about me and my concerns and I want the right name on the caller ID (my name )
