Ordered earbuds. Product received does not work.
I ordered Samsung earbuds from Cellxpo on November 23rd, 2022. They do not work.
I have tried contacting them but have received no response. Their phone number does not work. the order number is Order #39069., November 23, 2022.
Desired outcome: Get a refund or get a working item.

This product was advertised as new. The original price was listed with a line through it and their price next to it without telling me it was a reconditioned product. I tried to contact Cellxpo but their website was down. My cc company didn’t back me up on this because Cellxpo said I didn’t contact them first. So I was stuck with this reconditioned garbage that currently doesn’t work properly 3 months after I purchased them. DO NOT USE CELLXPO.
Desired outcome: For them to go out of business. They take your money in exchange for something other than what you were expecting
Fiery Red JBL Flip 5 Speaker
I ordered a Fiery Red JBL Flip 5 speaker. I received a black speaker that was clearly not new. It was shipped in white shipping bag with no original packaging. The speaker was stained badly. And it is not the Fiery Red model I ordered.
None of the vendor's phone numbers work. One rings to a FAX, all of the others are no longer in service.
The vendor has not responded to my numerous emails.
Desired outcome: Delivery of the red speaker I ordered and paid for, or a full and complete refund.

I ordered a universal bluetoot
h headset from cellxpo on may 30 2021 and when i finally received the product the box was all cut up and looked like it was old and used and the Bluetooth device was loose in the bottom of the package. The light would turn on and charge for not even a minute and then turn off and was not able to turn it on or use it at all..

LG HBS-8355S TONE Ultra SE Black with JBL Sound
Do not buy from this company! The product was not as advertised. They advertised LG TONE Ultra Black with JBL Sound. That is not the product I received. After 5 emails, a complaint with the BBB, and even attempting to get refund through my credit card company it was unsuccessful. They will not accept the return with a RMA number and won't respond to you to give you one. If you dispute with your credit card company, they won't respond, so if your credit card company credits your account, they will eventually debit it back due to the company's non response. THEY ARE THE WORST! I'm not giving up. They have forced me to seek remedy through local authorities.

I placed an order with this company on April 6th, and they claim that their products are new, but when it arrived, it was missing the bases and the charging cables. I tried contacting them through email because the number provided is answered by a rude lady who says they are not cellxpo and hands up on you. All I would like it to return my order and get a refund, but no one answers my several emails that I have sent them.

I ordered a bluetooth and I was sent a totally different kind. I have sent emails and have tried to call and I have not received a response. I would like to return the unused device and receive a refund. I have attached photos of what I ordered and what I reviewed and the package it come in. Clearly they are two different headsets. This is completely unacceptable!

My Oder that I placed on 08/15/2028, did not come with all of the accessories, as far as the right length charging cord and different size ear fixtures. Also my head phones continue to short out on me while having conversations with other parties. I can't hear them nor can they hear me. After calling for weeks and no answer. I tried again today and the first 3 times they hung up. Then 4th time they acted like they couldn't hear me.
The 5th time they told me if I sent it back they would charge me 29.95 to receive it and the refund amount would depend on the its inspection.
Never ever have I been so disgusted.. The lady refused to give me her name.
This is the biggest scam.. I was so happy about being able to give this to my husband as a gift for fathers day.. He drives a truck and takes such good care of his family.. I wanted to give him the best.. Now I have the worst and I don't have the money to buy another...

Hbs-730 bluetooth headset - product not as advertised
I purchased what was supposed to be a new LG HBS-730 Bluetooth headset from Cell XPO. Instead, what I received was a refurbished defective headset (a headset and usb cord in a plastic bag, with no other documentation or accessories. I wrote the company because I was not happy with getting a refurbished unit and that the left side of the headphones would not play sound. This product also looked like it had been used for some time. This product is not what I ordered. I even returned to the website to make sure I did not miss something. It is supposed to be new, not refurbished. After several emails, I received an email telling me to charge my unit for 12 hours. Although I had charged the unit, this had nothing to do with what I asked. After several more attempts, I was told to contact the manufacturer directly for replacement. Even though I continued to email Cell XPO, my emails went unanswered. I contacted LG and explained the situation. LG gave me a return authorization. When the product arrived at LG they refused the product because they could not identify the model. (Where model and serial are located, it was stamped “refurb”). Because LG’s system is really not setup for this type of situation, It took five phone calls, two supervisors, and sending copies of the single invoice I received in the box to get a replacement unit from LG. Many thanks to the people at LG. I generally do not write a lot of reviews, but I do not want someone else falling into the same trap with this company. They are not to be trusted.
wrong and broken bluetooth
I ordered ALIPH 1 JAWBONE Bluetooth headset, they sent me ALIPH ERA JAWBONE. I texted them and told them I did not receive the one I wanted. They texted me back say they gave me the upgraded one and that the one I ordered is no longer available. On their website they claimed to have this one, it did NOT say this was not available. And it did NOT say they would upgrade if out of the one you ordered.IT also claimed that the one I was ordering was NEW. The one I received was not new, there was a great deal of wear marks on the charging surface. And to top it all off the unit will Not pair with my phone ( Galaxy S 5 ). I still have my original Aliph 1 Jawbone from years ago when they first came out. This is why I wanted a second one
Beware of this organization. Purchased to Voyager Pro bluetooth earsets. Both malfunction. When I asked for money back they refused telling me to go to manufacturer. They ship in shoddy packages.
I heard nothing from them
I returned a malfunctioning Plantronics Voyager 510 Bluetooth Headset to this company. I heard nothing from them. I contacted them on line and they claimed that they do not accept merchandise without an RMA number although this information was not disclosed with the purchase. I did not receive this back as I should have if they refused it as a "return to sender". They have not responded to my emails since and they do not have a phone number. At the very least they should return my original Plantronics so I can pursue other options.

On 4-7-2011 I was sold a broken Motorola H730 Bluetooth Earpiece. No sound comes through the earpiece. Joel Kremer; the apparent owner of the retail web site, told me I had to go to Motorola to get service on my brnad new - broken headset. I have presented this complaint here and to his local BBB. I suggest you look around and check accurately who does reputable business by searching their return policy section on their web site to avoid getting ripped off like this. A reputable seller will offer a 30 day return policy for defective items they have sold you.

I ordered chargers fro my blackberry storm. After waiting 3 weeks, they arrived, but they were standard micro USB and did not fit my phone. Customer service was pathetic. No apology, no promise to ship me the correct order until I shipped it back to them. Also, the chargers looked like they were second hand. No packaging - just put in a ziploc.
