Crossfield Heating & Air Conditioning

I got a whole house generator from Crossfield Heating and Cooling on 04/09. It cost me $14,979.00. On 2/20, I found an oil spray and they fixed it. On 7/17, the oil drain plug broke and they temporarily installed it. On 5/13, the oil dip stick blew out because of a faulty PVC valve. On 9/7, they replaced the PVC valve. But after that, the generator didn't start. I couldn't get an appointment until 12/13. The technician came but couldn't fix it. He said he would contact tech support and return in 3 days. But as of 1/12/2022, I haven't heard back from Crossfield. I made multiple calls to them in December, but they didn't try to fix the issue. The generator still doesn't work. I want a refund for the full amount, a new whole house generator, or a successful repair and timely future repairs.
