CrowdRise Crowdrise Review: A User-Friendly and Customizable Fundraising Platform for a Good Cause

I was in a tough spot and needed to raise some funds for my soulmate's kidney transplant. I searched high and low for a fundraising platform that would suit my needs and eventually stumbled upon Crowdrise. Although it wasn't as well-known as some of the other fundraising organizations out there, I decided to give it a shot.

At first, I was a bit worried that people wouldn't trust the platform enough to donate, but I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to use. Sure, there were a few people who were confused about what Crowdrise was and why I wasn't using GoFundMe, but once they got the hang of it, they were more than happy to help out.

One of the things I loved about Crowdrise was how customizable our page was. We were able to add our own personal touches and make it feel like our own. Plus, the platform was incredibly user-friendly and offered helpful tips along the way.

But what really stood out to me was the humor in Crowdrise's communications. It was a stressful situation, but their lighthearted approach made it feel a little less daunting. And when it came time to thank our donors, Crowdrise made it easy to send personalized messages to each and every one of them.

Another thing I appreciated about Crowdrise was their fair and straightforward pricing. It was refreshing to see a platform that didn't try to nickel and dime you at every turn. And if we ever had any questions or concerns, their customer service team was always there to help.

All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Crowdrise. It was everything I hoped it would be and more. If you're looking for a reliable and user-friendly fundraising platform, I highly recommend giving Crowdrise a try.

CrowdRise Crowdrise Review: Friendly Approach, Slimy Tactics, and Hidden Fees

Crowdrise is a platform that has a friendly approach, but it seems like they are hiding something. They don't tell you the exact fee you will be charged when you submit a donation. Instead, they ask if you'd like 100% of your donation to go where you want but then don't tell you what your actual bill will be. It's slimy! When you ask about the fees, they give a pat answer about all platforms having fees and this great option they're giving you to have 100% go where you want, etc. But notice, they still don't explain why they didn't tell what the fee would be upfront, why the fees are so high and exactly where each amount of your fee went. They just don't do that. Hmmm. Wonder why. They are very for profit. That's all fine if they're upfront about it, but they're not.

It's surprising that so many people are just so okay with that tactic. They should reveal their fees ahead of time, it's simple. Ultimately, they do good by helping get money out where it's needed, which is why I didn't give them a 1 star. However, their tactics are see-through slimy, and their fees are purely for profit.

In conclusion, Crowdrise has replaced decency and common sense with cutesy responses and an uber-friendly approach. They need to be more transparent about their fees and explain why they didn't tell what the fee would be upfront. It's important to know where each amount of your fee went. Despite this, they do good by helping get money out where it's needed.

CrowdRise Disappointing Customer Service Experience with CrowdRise: Donate Button Disappeared and No Response

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with CrowdRise. I've been hearing all these great things about their customer service, but my experience was anything but great. I was having some trouble with my fundraising page - the Donate Now button just up and disappeared! - and I couldn't get anyone from CrowdRise to help me out. I tried emailing them, messaging them on Facebook, tweeting at them - nothing. Zilch. Nada. I even went so far as to send an email to their internal review site, but still no response. It's frustrating because I'm trying to raise money for a good cause, and now potential donors can't even find the donate link on my page. It's embarrassing, to be honest. And the fact that CrowdRise seems to be ignoring me completely is just adding insult to injury. I mean, come on, guys - if you're gonna bill yourselves as a top-notch fundraising platform, you gotta be able to provide some basic customer service. This whole experience has really shaken my confidence in CrowdRise.

CrowdRise Efficient Customer Service and Easy-to-Use Platform: My CrowdRise Review

My first time using CrowdRise was for a fundraiser I was competing in for Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida. Throughout the fundraiser, I had a couple of questions and some information change requests.

To be honest, I was a bit skeptical about using CrowdRise at first. But, I decided to give it a try and I am glad I did. Although, I did receive an email from CrowdRise stating that they "Stands with Bruce" regarding the North Carolina law for Religious Freedom, which I didn't like. I know this is a corporate decision and not the decision of the awesome representative whom I will write about next, but when a company supports one side, they also oppose another side, and that gave me a negative view of CrowdRise as a company.

However, when I contacted CrowdRise, I usually received a response from Wes. My issue was solved immediately and effectively. Whether it be through email or the Live Chat option, things were taken care of right away. Even up until the last crucial minutes of the fundraiser where I asked about a company match option and received the information immediately on how to do it so I could get those funds on my account before the fundraiser closed! That was vital! So thank you to Wes for the quick assistance and all the information I needed to be successful!

Overall, I would recommend CrowdRise to anyone looking to fundraise for a good cause. The platform is easy to use and the customer service is top-notch. Although, I would prefer if they didn't take sides on political issues, but that's just my personal opinion.

We had Curb Appeal Pros out to power wash our house and fence and the finished product exceeded my expectation. We haven't had the house professionally done in about 6 years and I was amazed at how clean everything came. They were careful with my landscaping and made sure the gates leading into our backyard were locked when they left, which I appreciate because we have dogs. The whole process was easy and communication was on point. I even had to reschedule my appointment a few times and they were more than accommodating. I will definitely use them yearly moving forward and have already recommended them to my friends and family.

This is our 3rd time we have had Curb Appeal Pros do work at our home in the last few years. This last time we gave them a workout. We have a large concrete circle drive with a one foot border along the concrete of aggregate. Areas of the drive we so dark but *** and his crew cleaned it all up and sealed it. It looks amazing- not what you would think a 20 year old driveway would look like and on top of that the aggregate is so bright and sparkles in the sunlight. We were gone for the weekend when the job was done and I can't say I would have been comfortable with any other company coming out to do work at our home when we were not there but had no worries since we had previous work done. *** is great at communicating either by text or phone so no worries about that process. The work contract is clearly written out thus making it a professional experience. Highly recommend!

CrowdRise CrowdRise's Negligence: Our Fundraiser Disappeared & We Can't Retrieve the Funds

Hey there,

I just wanted to share my experience with CrowdRise, the platform that recently acquired GoFundMe. I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with their customer service. My friend's son has congenital rickets and needs emergency dental surgery. We've been raising money for him since the fall, and just when we were about to cash out the campaign, the platform disappeared. We can't retrieve the funds, and the surgery is scheduled for next week. It's a really tough situation, and it feels like CrowdRise is being negligent and abusive.

I've been trying to contact GoFundMe for two days now, but I haven't received any response. I even escalated the issue to the BBB and their legal team, but still no luck. I'm hoping that CrowdRise will step in and help us get our fundraiser back online so that this poor kid can get the surgery he needs.

I'm not the only one who's had issues with CrowdRise. I've seen other reviews online where people have complained about their lack of responsiveness and poor customer service. It's really frustrating when you're trying to do something good and you hit a roadblock like this.

That being said, I did receive a screenshot from someone named "Mac" at the company who assured us that our funds are still there. However, the whole page is gone, including instructions on how to retrieve the funds. It's a mess, and I'm hoping that CrowdRise will step up and do the right thing.

Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience with CrowdRise. I hope that they'll take responsibility for their platform and help us get our fundraiser back online. It's not just about the money - it's about helping a kid who's in pain and needs our support.

Thanks for listening,
Kimberly Johnston
Tofino, BC

CrowdRise Review: CrowdRise - A Low-Cost Crowdfunding Platform for Charities and Causes

CrowdRise is a platform that allows people to raise money for various causes and charities. One thing to keep in mind is that there are transaction fees and pricing guarantees for charities. The platform fee is based on the plan you choose, and there is also a credit card processing fee. However, donors have the option to cover all the fees at checkout, and over 93% of donors choose to do so. This means that charities are keeping an average of $98.40 of every $100 raised, which is the lowest pricing in the crowdfunding world.

Currently, there are over 3,500 charities on the CrowdRise Guaranteed Pricing plan. This plan ensures that charities receive a certain percentage of the funds raised, even after fees are taken out. For the Tre plan charities, the guaranteed pricing is 3%, and for the Fiver plan charities, it is 5%. The per transaction platform fee is 5.9% for the Tre plan and 6.8% for the Fiver plan, plus credit card fees of 2.9%+$0.30. However, if all donors cover the fees, then fundraising is cost-free. If donors do not cover enough of the fees to deliver the guaranteed pricing, then the charity will receive a check for the difference on a quarterly basis. It is important to note that individual donations of $1,000 or more, registration fees, and fundraising minimum makeup charges are excluded from the guarantee.

Another option for charities is to use PayPal, which charges a fee of 2.2% plus $0.30 for 501C3 organizations. However, CrowdRise's pricing guarantee is still the lowest in the crowdfunding world, making it a great option for charities looking to raise funds. Overall, CrowdRise is a user-friendly platform that makes it easy for people to donate to causes they care about and for charities to raise money for their important work.

CrowdRise Disappointing Experience with CrowdRise Fundraiser: Issues with Raffle and Donations

I had a really tough time setting up my fundraiser on CrowdRise. I was trying to raise money for legal help after experiencing domestic abuse and financial hardship caused by a dishonest person. I decided to turn to CrowdRise for help, but unfortunately, things didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped.

I had planned to include a raffle with my fundraiser, offering an Ali signed glove to anyone who donated in increments of $20. I thought this would be a good way to encourage my friends and family to donate without feeling like I was asking for too much. However, I ran into some trouble when I tried to set up my bank account. I had to submit my personal information multiple times before it finally went through, which made me worry about the security of my information.

Once I finally got my fundraiser up and running, I was excited to see that I had received some donations from my friends and family. However, when I checked my account, I saw that there was no record of any money being donated. I was confused and frustrated, and I reached out to a representative from CrowdRise for help.

That's when I found out that CrowdRise doesn't allow raffles, even though they had approved my fundraiser with a raffle included. I was really disappointed, and I had to go back to my friends and family to let them know that their donations hadn't actually gone through. It was embarrassing and frustrating, and it made me feel like I couldn't trust CrowdRise to help me with my fundraising needs.

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience on CrowdRise. While I appreciate the idea behind the platform, I don't think it's very user-friendly or reliable. I would caution anyone who is thinking about using CrowdRise for their fundraising needs to be prepared for some frustration and disappointment along the way.

CrowdRise Crowdrise Review: A Social Networking Site for Fundraising and Advocacy

Crowdrise is a website that was created to help people who want to help others. It is a social networking site that focuses on fundraising and advocacy. The website allows users to donate money online for various fundraising activities and advocacy programs, or create their own advocacy program.

Once you sign up for a Crowdwise account, you can start a fundraising campaign, volunteer for a project, or get sponsors for your volunteer projects. You can choose whether you just want to donate money or be part of the volunteering team. You can also set up as many fundraising campaigns and volunteer projects as you want.

However, there is a transaction fee once you donate to the project or charity you set up. Crowdrise deducts 5% on donations made through their site and a $1 transaction fee for donations under $25 or a $2.50 transaction fee for donations $25 and above. This may not be ideal, but it is understandable since the website is a business and charges a fee to organize.

Crowdrise not only aims to help volunteers and fundraisers but is also a fun way for people who share the same passion of helping people in need to bond, interact, share stories, share visions, and be friends with. The website has an easy search engine for the charities or foundations you may want to be part of. Users can win amazing prizes as long as they incur many points. Donations are secured since the Crowdrise uses Amazon Payments. The user-interface is easy, and adding friends, uploading photos and videos are easy too. You can also share your project and create a team fundraising esprit de-corps!

Overall, Crowdrise is a great website for people who want to help others and make a difference in the world. It is a great way to connect with like-minded individuals and make a positive impact. The transaction fee may not be ideal, but it is a small price to pay for the convenience and organization that the website provides.

CrowdRise Crowdrise's Misleading Marketing: Donors Deserve Transparency and Clarity

Crowdrise is a website that is supposed to help people raise funds for their causes. However, it is not as transparent as it should be. The site's FAQs and guarantee are not clear, which can be frustrating for donors who want to know how their donations will be used.

To understand how Crowdrise works, I had to make a donation myself. I found out that if a donor wants to give $100, the final donation page will show $109.10. The recipient can edit the amount back down to $100, but most donors end up giving the extra $9.10. This means that Crowdrise gets $9.10, which is 8.34% of the total donation.

However, Crowdrise does not count the extra $9.10 in its calculations. This is misleading because it claims that the recipient gets 100% of the donations. Crowdrise says that $97 out of every $100 goes directly to the cause, but this is not true. The extra $9.10 is part of the donation, and it should be included in the calculations.

I think this is dishonest marketing, and I would never use Crowdrise to raise funds for my cause. I would also not recommend it to anyone, and I would tell people who are using it to stop immediately. If this type of marketing is not illegal in the United States, I would encourage people in other countries to sue Crowdrise.

Overall, I think Crowdrise needs to be more transparent about its fees and how it calculates donations. Donors and recipients deserve to know exactly how their money is being used, and they should not be misled by misleading marketing claims.

CrowdRise CrowdRise Review: The Perfect Event and Fundraising Platform - Easy, Efficient, and Top-Notch Customer Service

I've been searching for the perfect event and fundraising platform for what feels like forever. I've tried so many different ones that it's practically become my full-time job. But finally, I stumbled upon CrowdRise and I have to say, it's my absolute favorite. The name alone is so descriptive and all-inclusive, it's hard not to love it. But beyond that, the service is truly the best for the fee scale.

I've created two fundraisers and one event on CrowdRise and while the event/registration fundraiser was a bit more difficult, the speedy and efficient service provided by CrowdRise made all the difference. Kelly L, in particular, was amazing with her response time and turnaround time for edits and modifications. She set up my event/registration just a few hours after our call and even after post-testing for the registration, a number of modifications were requested. Kelly was always there to help and replied to inquiries at lightning speed. I felt like my event/fundraiser was one of only a few that Kelly was working on, but realistically, she's probably working on hundreds or even more. The dedication and hard work of the CrowdRise team is truly impressive.

My fundraising event is now over and during the initial set-up, I thought donor fees would be 3-5%. However, it wasn't until after that I learned they were being charged 10% from a donor who ended up making a donation offline. Reconciling fees and donations was a bit confusing, but the customer service was still amazing and helped clarify things. Considering all the support provided from start to end and the platform itself, I think they earned what we paid in fees, plus our donors. We raised enough money where we can look and likely purchase our own CRM for future events, so it worked out as a starting platform.

Overall, I highly recommend CrowdRise for anyone looking for an event and fundraising platform. It's easy to use, efficient, and the customer service is top-notch. Thank you, Kelly L and CrowdRise, for keeping it simple and being the first supporters of any fundraiser. You guys are the best!

CrowdRise Proceed with Caution: Our Review of CrowdRise's Fundraising Platform

CrowdRise is a website that claims to help people raise money for charities or individuals. However, upon clicking the "get started" link, we found that neither option worked right away. This was disappointing, as we were hoping to start fundraising right away.

We also took a closer look at the privacy policy and found some redundant paragraphs that seemed to avoid disclosing important information about their practices and policies. This made us suspicious and we began to question the legitimacy of the website.

Overall, we would advise others to be cautious when using CrowdRise. While it may seem like a great way to raise money for a good cause, there are some red flags that suggest it may not be as trustworthy as it claims to be. We recommend exploring other options before committing to using this platform.

CrowdRise Review: CrowdRise's Donation Fees - Are They Worth It?

I recently came across CrowdRise while looking for a platform to donate to a charity. The website asked me if I wanted to cover the fee so that the charity receives the full amount of my donation. I thought it was a great idea, but when I saw that they were asking for a 10% fee, I was a bit hesitant.

I decided to do some research and found out that the charity I wanted to donate to had a fee of only 3% on CrowdRise. This made me wonder where the extra 7% was going. I assumed that CrowdRise was keeping it, which seemed like it could be illegal.

I reached out to CrowdRise to clarify the situation, but all they did was send me an email saying that their total fee for credit card donations is about 10%. I was disappointed that they didn't provide me with a more detailed explanation.

Overall, I think CrowdRise is a good platform for donating to charities, but I would advise people to do their research before making a donation. It's important to know exactly where your money is going and how much of it is actually going to the charity.

CrowdRise CrowdRise's Fees: A Closer Look at the Costs of Donating to Charity

Yo, so I was checking out CrowdRise for some charity donations and I gotta say, I'm a little confused about their fees. Like, I get that there's always gonna be some fee for credit card transactions, but why is it so dang high on this site? They're taking like 5-6% on top of the credit card fee, which seems kinda steep for just "processing" a donation, ya know? I mean, I'm all for supporting a good cause, but I don't wanna feel like I'm getting ripped off in the process.

I mean, I'm sure they gotta make some money to keep the lights on and all that, but I'd like to see a breakdown of where exactly these fees are going. Are they using it to pay their employees? To cover server costs? To fund their own charity work? I just wanna know that my money is actually going towards the cause I'm supporting, not just lining someone else's pockets.

Don't get me wrong, I think CrowdRise is a cool idea and all, and I appreciate that they're trying to make it easy for people to donate to charity. But I think they need to be more transparent about their fees and what they're doing with them. Maybe they could negotiate with credit card companies to lower the fees for charitable donations, or find other ways to cut costs so they can pass the savings on to donors.

Overall, I think CrowdRise has potential, but they need to be more upfront about their fees and how they're using them. People don't donate to charity to make some middle man rich, ya know? So let's see some more transparency, guys.

CrowdRise CrowdRise Review: Sketchy Service with High Fees for Good Causes

I recently gave some cash to a real good cause on CrowdRise, but dang, they charged me a pretty penny for it - $13.00! I had to do it though, 'cause it was the right thing to do for a kid with a real bad health problem. But let me tell you, this service ain't all that great. It's kinda sketchy, if you ask me.

What really gets me is the irony of it all. You got Ed Norton and his fancy-pants liberal friends raking in the dough off of people's pain and suffering. It's like they're using our need to make a quick buck. That's just not right, man.

But hey, at least I did my part. I just wish there was a better way to do it without getting ripped off.

CrowdRise Disappointing Experience with CrowdRise: Poor Business Practices and Customer Service

CrowdRise is a company that we recently had some issues with. Unfortunately, they suspended a fundraising account for one of our family members without any warning. This was all due to a complaint from someone who was unhappy about something. We were really disappointed that we had to contact CrowdRise customer support twice before they finally responded. It was really frustrating for our friends and family who wanted to donate to our cause, but couldn't because of the suspension.

The person who complained even admitted that they were able to get the donations page suspended. This just goes to show that CrowdRise has some poor business practices and their customer service is not up to par. We were really disappointed with the way they handled this situation and we hope that they can improve their services in the future.

Overall, we would not recommend using CrowdRise for any fundraising needs. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration that we experienced. We hope that other companies can learn from their mistakes and provide better services to their customers.

CrowdRise CrowdRise Review: High Fees and Lack of Transparency

I recently used CrowdRise to make a donation and was a bit taken aback by the fees they charged. Initially, they wanted to charge me $24.00 for a $300.00 donation, which seemed a bit steep to me. So, I decided to lower my donation to $200.00 and was charged $16.00 instead. This made me wonder if they had lowered their fees due to complaints from other users. It seems that their current fee is now 8%, which is still quite high in my opinion.

What I don't understand is why they don't have a flat fee per transaction if it doesn't exceed $1,000.00. They are not a merchant transaction, so it doesn't make sense to charge based on the amount donated. Perhaps they reduced their fee by 2%, but are now charging it to the organization instead.

In comparison, I have used justgive.org in the past and they charge 4.5%, but give you the option to add it or have it taken from the donation. This is much more straightforward and transparent.

Overall, I think CrowdRise is a good platform for fundraising, but their fees could be more reasonable. It would be great if they could implement a flat fee for smaller donations and be more transparent about where their fees are going.

CrowdRise Beware of False Affiliations: CrowdRise User Falsely Claims to be Affiliated with National Foundation for Abused and Neglected Children

CrowdRise is a website that allows people to create fundraising campaigns for various causes. However, there have been some issues with individuals falsely claiming to be affiliated with certain organizations. One such case is with Jake Austin, who is wrongfully claiming to be affiliated with the National Foundation for Abused and Neglected Children.

It is important to note that CrowdRise is in no way affiliated with the National Foundation for Abused and Neglected Children. They have never given any donations to the organization nor have they been asked to do so. This false affiliation has been reported to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

If you wish to donate directly to the National Foundation for Abused and Neglected Children, it is recommended that you visit their website at www.gangfreekids.org for the address to where donations should be sent. The organization has been helping abused children for over twenty years and any support is greatly appreciated.

It is unfortunate that there are individuals who try to take advantage of the generosity of others. However, it is important to do your research and ensure that your donations are going to legitimate organizations. CrowdRise is a great platform for fundraising, but it is up to the individuals using it to ensure that their campaigns are truthful and accurate.

CrowdRise Proceed with Caution: My Experience with Crowdrise Fundraising for Susan G. Komen

I gotta say, I'm not too sure about this site. I used it to raise some funds for Susan G. Komen Central and South Jersey, which is a great cause, but when I tried to get my company to match the donation, things got a little weird. I reached out to Susan G. Komen to verify the donations, but they said they had no record of it. Now, I know for a fact that the donation should have been transferred by Crowdrise's third party vendor, and they should have sent a record of donors and contributions to the organization. But here we are, three months later, and I still don't know where the funds are.

I mean, it's possible that Susan G. Komen is at fault here too, but the customer service people at Crowdrise have been less than helpful. They keep giving me these generic, vague answers that don't really tell me anything. It's frustrating, to say the least.

So my advice to anyone thinking about using Crowdrise: be careful. Make sure you know where your funds are actually going, and don't just assume that everything is going to work out. It's a shame, because I really wanted to support Susan G. Komen, but now I'm not so sure.

CrowdRise Misleading Fees and False Philanthropy: My Disappointing Experience with CrowdRise

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with CrowdRise. I mean, they make it seem like they're all about helping people and being charitable, but their fee structure is just plain misleading. Like, they say they guarantee a 3% fee, but that's not actually what they charge. Nope, they charge almost 9% on every single donation transaction! And the way they make it seem like it's not that bad is by saying donors can choose to pay for that 9% fee themselves or put it back on the organizer. But let's be real, most people are gonna be willing to pay a little extra to help out, so the organizer is still gonna end up paying that crazy high fee.

And don't even get me started on the fact that they pretend to be all philanthropic and stuff. Like, come on, if you're gonna charge that much for your services, at least be honest about it. I'm definitely gonna be avoiding this website from now on, and I suggest others do the same.

CrowdRise Confusion and Questions Surrounding CrowdRise: A Review of the Fundraising Platform

I gotta say, I'm feeling a bit confused about this CrowdRise thing. I read about it in my local paper, where they were talking about some new non-profit group that was trying to raise some cash. But when I went to check it out, I saw all these different groups and individuals listed under the same logo. And get this - some of them were even from the same family! I tried to figure out who was raising money for what, but it was like pulling teeth. I mean, can anyone just post a request and start asking for money? And once they get their own cash, do they have to give it to the main group listed at the top? And what's with all the fees? Seems like those family members would be better off sticking together for one cause, right?

Honestly, I'm not sure if I'm the only one who's feeling this way. But I hope that anyone who's thinking about donating to a charity takes the time to read the fine print. I used to work for a non-profit agency, and we did our own private fund-raising. I don't think this CrowdRise thing would have worked for us.

But hey, maybe I'm just not getting it. Maybe there's something I'm missing. If anyone out there has some answers, I'd love to hear them.

We have a friend, who is in need. We decided to help him and contacted the company www.crowdrise.com. Unfortunately, this company hasn’t helped us and it was very strange, because we heard that they were too friendly and offered help to everyone. But these people told that they could help us and refused to listen to our story. It was so unpleasant and dishonest from their side.

CrowdRise They turned to be dishonest, ‘coz they haven't returned my money back

We participated in the program, which offered the company www.crowdrise.com. After that they took my friend off from the program, and all his donations were wasted. I have wasted all my time to return this sum back, but these jerks ignored all my emails. I simply have no idea what to do now. Please, post comments if you can help me, ‘coz the situation is really bad.

CrowdRise They didn't provide donated money to real company

I used the website www.crowdrise.com and wanted to donate money to one young and perspective company. I donated money and one day I found out that this company haven’t received my money. I spoke with the rep, who was suspicious and couldn’t answer to my questions. I really think that they steal money and I want to stop them. Please, post comments about your experience with them.

CrowdRise This site is extremely questionable

This site is extremely questionable. I raised funds on the site for Susan G. Komen Central and South Jersey. However, I wanted my company to match the donation so I reached out to Susan G. Komen to verify the donations with my company. After emailing them several times, I finally received a response only to tell me that they had no record of the donation. This was a donation that should have been transferred by Crowdrise's third party vendor which should also send a record of donors and contributions to the organization. Right now I am still trying to find out where the funds are after about 3 months. Although it is possibly Susan G. Komen is at fault as well, the customer service people Crowdrise have been responding with generic and vague answers. Find out where your funds are actually going!
