Remuneration of losses
They are charging me $91/month and have been doing this for years. I thought they were part of my credit card processing service.
Then I sold the company and they new owner took over credit card processing. But I am still getting this charge on my card. When we looked into it we find out this is a fraudulent company!
Help! How can I recover my losses!?!
Auto deduction from checking account for services not received.
Our business stopped using credit cards in 2019. We recently noticed a monthly debit of $19.70 from CTS Holdings, LLC settlement out of our business checking account. We have no way to contact the company to stop this auto withdrawal out of our account or to get a refund for the approximate $1100 taken from our account over the past 5 years. CTS Holdings appears to have been a credit card processing company but they do not seem to be in business anymore.
Desired outcome: Please refund
We have had the same problem. I have cancelled our account everyway they have asked us to and we keep getting charged. It's criminal! CTS, please refund and actually cancel our account!

Having discovered a processing charge on the company bank statement that did not have a corresponding credit, I attempted to contact the processing company through the online portal (Authorize.net); however, the online portal's phone number send me back to my product hosting site (DirectPay/1Shopping Cart). They gave me a phone number to call. The automatic service did not recognize my customer number. When I finally contact a person, the call center noise was so loud that I had to ask for repetitions several times. She did not know anything about Wells Fargo FBO CTS Holdings and could not help me.
I had my bank call CTS Holdings and my bank gave me the same phone number but this time with a company ID # [protected] and the Trace # of [protected]. When I called, the system did not accept my company ID #. I tried to contact a representative but was put on hold.
I then wrote an email detailing this matter to [protected]@ctsholdingsinc.com on Friday July 21, 2023. I have not received a response.
Desired outcome: (1) I want to know why an $81.81 charge was made;(2) I want an easy way to contact a company that allegedly is "serving" my business with credit card processing.
Payments and fees taken from bank account despite cancelling service years prior. Unable to contact customer service.
My small business switched to Square several years ago. Debits continue to be taken out of the bank account by CTS, for various amounts at various times. The contact number provided is usless as the phone is never answered. I would like to be reimbursed for these charges or at the VERY least have these stop. In Dec. '22 alone, there was a charge for over $200.
Desired outcome: REFUND please.

I've tried many times calling this number [protected] and it's a non working number. How can I reach them? They keep charging my bank account $42.45 every month. I do get their statement PIPELINE DATA PROCESSING, INC. What other way I can reach them directly? I would like to cancel the account because I don't need it anymore.

Illegal charge to my account
I canceled service with CTS Holdings LLC by First data over a year ago & they continue stealing from my bank account for processing fees. This company is just ripping off from my bank account. I complained to them and they still take money from my bank account. I am waiting to see if this complaint make them fix this issue, otherwise I will use legal action on them.

credit card charges
I own a business and would like to know how you all do your service ? A person comes in scans their card after they purchase items and then it comes to you all and then do you all take your fees out and once your fee is taken out then do you send the rest of the amount to my bank ? What would the fee be is it different per credit card usuage or do you charge the same fee per card usuage

We canceled our service with CTS HOLDINGS over 2 years ago & they continue stealing from our bank account for processing fees. We will continue to advise our bank to stop this payment. We will go after those responsible for the theft! It is unfortunate to have to deal with such crooks but we will continue to take every step possible to block this company from stealing anymore from us or other businesses like ours.
Took money out of my account without my knowledge or permission
Cts holdings llc took about $59 / - out of my account without my knowledge, without my permission and without any explanation. I have a gas station. Some customer used credit card outside the store to purchase gasoline. I spoke to the cts customer service why my account was debited. Her answer was it was a stolen credit card. Outside credit card users do not come inside the store to get approval. Outside credit card approvals are between the credit card company and the credit card holder.
I believe it is a rip off by cts. If a credit card is stolen, it is the credit card holders responsibility to inform the credit card company about his or her stolen credit card. Who knows if the credit card holder is truthful or not.

I have been so disturbed hearing about everyone complaining about this company. Im actually in the industry and it hurts me to my heart that you are not receiving the customer service that you should be. because ive seen so many complaints, I'm willing to help business owners with any questions you might have to help with fighting this company and their wrong doings. Making unauthorized withdraws
Company came in to give a quote. Took information and sign up merchant. MErchant has been billed a monthly fee for a system he does not NOR ever used! CTS holdings has confirmed that the account was never used but will not stop withdrawing funds or refund funds that have been collected.

Unauthorized withdrawals for fees
This company will simply fabricate fees that they debit from your account if you don't jump through a bunch of hoops. Specifically, the like to implement things like a "PCI Compliance Fee".
