my family has service through curbside as that's what was being used when we moved into the house we're currently renting, and at first, we had no problems but recently we've been having problems non-stop! *don't bother using my information to lookup an account, it's not under my namewe've called around 4-5 times due to our trash bins being left at our house even after the rest of the neighborhood's trash has been picked up, the first 2 times this has happened we accepted the 5 trash bag credits they gave us, but the 3rd-4th times it's happened we've asked for a discount on the bill since we aren't getting the service we're paying a decent amount of money for, the lady then called us liars and said this never happened, said the guy was in our neighborhood around 5:19pm and said we pulled our trash cans in too early...we didn't pull them in until 7pm that night! we don't want to continue business with this company since they call their customers liars and tell us we're wrong, and give lousy "discounts" when they're in the wrong! we've been looking at other services and will be cancelling our service with you guys very, very soon.

Thought this company was going to be great in the beginning, but boy was I wrong. I signed up after a gentleman knocked on my door offering a better rate. Before signing I notified the rep that I would probably be moving in less than a year, he said that's no problem and proceeded to sign me up. Now I've moved, and while trying to cancel the service, I'm JUST being told there's a $200 cancelation fee? That is very shady of the rep to not inform me of this after explaining this and telling him my situation. This company is also terrible in the customer service department, waited 30 mins on hold after being "the 1st person in line". Also, there's no way to view your "contract" online, so who knows what other hidden fees they have written in there. The pick-up times were very random as well, with one time having the driver yell at me while I was taking the bins out to the curb in the morning "Gotta be out here by 6am or I'm not picking it up" seems fair, until the next week nobody even came by until almost 3pm. Picking up waste isn't a very complex business model, but it seems like they found a way to be terrible at every step. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I have just started with Curbside Waste, but have watched them in my neighborhood for sometime. They appear to do a quality job in a timely fashion. I have not heard one complaint from any of my neighbors. I am looking forward to doing business with them. Theresa was very helpful and very easy to work with setting up my account. Phyllis N

Ended service with our previous company on the 27th of October. New containers from Curbside should have been dropped off on same day but, were not. Called on Monday the 2nd to complain and was on hold for thirty minutes before being told by a very apologetic CS that it should have been delivered but, they fell behind. We were told we would get one month free and containers would be dropped off before Monday night. They were still not delivered. Tried to call early Tuesday and used the "call back" feature which ensured a call when my place in line was reached. No call after over ninety minutes! Called again and was on hold for thirty minutes this time. Same CR person told me there was again, an issue with "catching up" and she would inform crew to make sure the containers were delivered. I mentioned that garbage is being stored in the garage and is stacking up. I also said I would file a complaint with the Complaintsboard.com and provide a bad review. NEVER had such a poor start to a service! I would give a zero unfortunately, a one is the lowest I can go. If you cannot handle the extra business, you should not be sending sales representatives door-to-door recruiting new customers!

I Switched to Curbside after our service was bought out by a different company
I Switched to Curbside after our service was bought out by a different company. It has been nothing but lies about contracts and bad customer service since. I signed a contract for service and was told that it came with yard waste for free the first year. I said I didn't need that service but the guy insisted that they drop off the can anyway. The next spring I'm being charged for yard waste and I called to say I didn't want that service and they said I would be charged anyway because it was a BOGO. This is not what he said and I also said I hadn't wanted the service when I signed my contract. I was then given the choice of either paying the cancellation fee or they would reduced the yard waste cost to $70 instead. This was less than the cancellation fee so I ended up doing that even though I didn't want the service. They were supposed to also cancel yard waste service at the end of the season. I never recieved an updated bill from them. Now this spring I just received a bill from then for yard waste service that was supposed to be cancelled. It also included the charge from last year that I was never billed for plus a late fee. This company has nothing but bad customer service and shady business practices.

We recently switched to Curbside because of their flat and good rates. Theresa assisted with setting up the account and she was outstanding.
For the past 3 weeks my cans have been at t he end of the driveway, and they just drive right on by. I am current with my bill, and everything. I tried calling customer service at 4:00, thinking I would get someone on the phone, and no one, it was a ghost town. They are not supposed to close until 4:30. I left a VM. I still am waiting for a call back and my garbage to be picked up.

Not sure going door to door during a pandemic is a good idea, but there they are doing that. Against my normal judgement I signed up due to cheaper rates. After thinking about it more, seeing a lot of bad reviews, I realized I didn't want to be in a two year contract with them. Good news, my contract gives me three days to cancel. I called the next day to do cancel, was put on hold, but good news, you can a request a call back. Not so great news, they never called me back. I sent them an email and image of signed cancellation notice, they never replied. I also dropped my cancellation notice in the mail the very next day so they would get it within three allotted days I have to cancel. Friday I was emailed by service rep welcoming to their team, I replied I cancelled, please confirm it was cancelled, I CC'd sales, and CS team, again no response. I tried calling Friday at ~2 pm which is during their normal business hours, machine picked up, said they were closed, and hung up. So my concern with signing up was due to poor customer service, and I must say, they've lived up to their reputation of poor customer service. I am still waiting for them to confirm my cancellation, I will be disputing any charges they try to put through.

A sales agent from curbside waste inc. came to my house and talked to my wife. She told him she would talk to her husband about switching our services to them but insisted she needed to talk to me first. He said he just needed her to sign to show the company that he had talked to us so that nobody else bothers us. She did so and a week later a garbage can was in our driveway. We thought it was the neighbors and stood it up and left it out there so they could find it. Couple days later we got a complaint from the city about the garbage can, we contacted them and they helped us trace it back to curbside and they claimed we had a contract with them. We told them the situation and they agreed to void the contract. Now we just got a bill in the mail from them for a $75 cancellation fee. My wife had called when we received the bill a couple days ago and nobody called us back. We called again today and the receptionist told me that she cannot waive the fee because we signed the contract even tho she knows the story of how they manipulated my wife into signing the contract. This whole situation is wrong in so many ways and has been such an inconvenience. We never knowingly signed a contract and we would like this bill removed from our account.

If I could provide zero stars, I would. We are a property management company with many properties located throughout the Twin Cities and we recently took over an apartment complex in New Hope. After receiving invoices from Curbside ($$$), we quickly decided to go with another vendor who was servicing some of our other properties. Over a week ago I sent an email and asked that Monday 3/29 be the final garbage rubbish removal day and asked that the dumpster be taken away that day as well. After not receiving any response or follow up to my email, I called Curbside last Friday and explained that we had another company coming to drop a dumpster and needed to have Curbside remove theirs Monday. I called again Monday, was told they were working on it. Called again Tuesday, was not able to get any type of time frame because the guy who would do the dumpster removal worked from 6 am to 6 pm, but they did confirm that the dumpster would be picked up that day. Called once more yesterday, was informed that there was a work order in place and it would DEFINITELY be removed that day! Today the dumpster is still there... Unfortunately the customer service at this particular company is not honest, truthful or honorable and it seems as though they spend more time daily responding to terrible reviews on the Complaintsboard.com website rather than deal with their customers responsibly and ethically. Avoid this company at all costs.

Good experience as a customer for 2 years. The last two interactions with this business have taken my rating from a 4 star to a 1 star. My family and I are moving at the end of the month. I contacted them via email and their online inquiry portal to request the cancelation of our service and to thank them for their service. No response. Waited a week, then emailed again. No response. No problem. So I called to discuss it yesterday. The customer service rep was apologetic explaining their IT team was aware of the issues, (again no problem, I understand things happend). I explained my family's situation and that we were moving outside of their service area. This is where his supervisor tacked on the fees. Because their system was down, I was going to have to pay $30 for them to pick up our cans because it fell short of the 30-day window. At the end of last season, they had more "IT" problems with their site and the date of their last yard waste pick up was incorrect on their site. (No problem) I called, they said they would pick-up/dump the yard waste first thing in the spring (non-issue). Now that we are discontinuing service, supervisor guy added $75 for that pick-up as well. $30 for them to pick up cans. $75 for them to pick up yard waste can. As a business, you can't make your problems (IT, website, etc.) the customer's problems. I wish I would have gotten the customer service reps name, he was apologetic and kind. Also, he explained that if he were running the business someday, he would not pass the company's internal issues to the customers...

STEER CLEAR of this yard waste company! The one star given is for the truck drivers / collection employees who have been great WHEN we've had service. In 2021 we signed with them for promotional discounted yard waste collection at $75/season for TWO years and TWO containers. We paid the $75 directly to the sales rep who signed us up for the promotional rate. All went smoothly in 2021 except we had to call them because they had only delivered one container rather than two. They did deliver the 2nd container. At the beginning of the 2022 season all seemed to be going well until they didn't pick up our yard waste for two weeks in a row. At the beginning of the 2022 season we had received an invoice for the FULL price of $139.52 PLUS another $62.xx for 2021 (so they were back charging us the FULL cost for 2021) rather than our contract price. We sent them our payment for our $75 contract price along with a copy of our TWO year contract indicating the price we are locked into for another year. Well, no one has come back to pick up our yard waste. When we called, we were told there won't be any pickup until we pay our bill in full for an additional $96 beyond our contract price! The billing dept gal did not offer to look into our complaint or look at our contract or let us talk with a supervisor. In frustration, my husband paid the additional cost but when I found out I immediately called our credit card company and put a stop on that payment - which if added to the $75 we had already paid (per contract) would cost even more than Curbside's full undiscounted rate for yard waste collection. We wrote an email to Curbside asking them to let us know if THEY are not going to honor our contract so we can go back to our old company. Of course, if a resident cancels prior to the 2 yr contract, they have to pay a $200 penalty. What about Curbside not honoring (thereby cancelling) the contract? We have not had a response and want a refund.

I am the only house on my block that used Curbside waste and now I can see why. The service over the years that I have experienced has been more or less mediocre. In the last year, however, service has taken a dramatic downturn. My troubles started when my garbage was not picked up a couple of months prior to this review. When I called, they informed me that my bill was not paid, which is interesting because my service was on automatic bill pay. As it turned out, without warning, they increased my service fees by 20% due to an end in contract service. Fair enough. After having a conversation with the service person, I was able to get my rate dropped to the rate that I had previously. However, that also meant that the update in their system made them miss my garbage pickup a second time. When I called to inquire about this, the service person was very rude and said I was to blame because the garbage can could not have been picked up because it was not at the curb at 10:40. Our garbage is at the curb no later than 7am every weekend. When they came out to pick it up the next day the driver left dumped garbage all over the end of my driveway, accidentally or purposefully, I can't be sure. At that point I was done with this company and called to end my service, which they said they require a 3 week notice. Two weeks later, guess what! Garbage not picked up again, and yet again they tried to blame me by saying I did not have the can at the curb by the time the truck went by. I made mention that just about everyone in my neighborhood has video surveillance of some kind and if they wanted to dispute what time I take my garbage out, I would be more than happy to provide evidence. Their tune very quickly changed. Is that your business model Curbside? Your terrible service is everyone else's fault unless they have proof? Come get your cans off my property! Terrible company that I will warn every person looking for waste service of. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

WOW - I should of read this before I signed up for their service! A guy came around the neighborhood and gave us a better price and free yard waste for the first year (maybe 2) I don't have my contract in front of me at the moment. I was using ACE prior and had no issues (only changed to save a buck, what a mistake that was!) I have nothing but problem after problem .. 2 times now they did not pick up our garbage at all (Fun trying to get a hold of anyone - at least a 10 minute wait every time I call). Both times the driver said the cans were not out. NOT TRUE. My hubby starts work at 6am and has to leave the house by 5:45 .. so they are ALWAYS out by 5:30 - right at the end of the driveway next to each other - no obstacles, no cars around - right out in the open! Just have to open your eyes (unless of course, you missed our cul-du-sac - which obviously is the issue! Since our neighbors was also not picked up). Got a bill for the yard waste (thought it was free, according to my contract - another 10 minutes to talk to anyone, yep, their bad, so sorry!. When the garbage is picked up the cans are usually left with the lids open or tipped over or way out in the street - ridiculous! Just yesterday was the first day for yard waste pickup - guess what? NO SHOW! Yep, both cans were right down at the end of our driveway by 5:30. The drive said he drove by at 2:41 and no can, FUNNY! It is still sitting there! So today I called again, 15 minutes this time to talk to someone! to be lied to AGAIN! I am so sick of this company NOT standing up to their end of the contract! It will cost me $200 to end the contract even though they are not doing their job and wasting my time. I think I should be able to bill them for my time. I guess I will need to take a photo every day with a time stamp just to prove my cans are out. What a joke! Shame on me, I even asked the guy when he came to my door - You promise I will get good service? He said yes. Another lie. I understand things happen - but it is over and over and over again. Signed up for Curbside's service with a door to door sales person that was covering our neighborhood. Seemed like a good deal at the time, but quickly turned into a nightmare! First, there was a week between when my current garbage company could stop their service and Curbside could deliver their containers. I called Curbside in the in term and after being on hold for 25 minutes, was able to speak to a CS agent. She noted my address, and ensured me that they would be able to deliver their containers a week early. I waited and waited but no containers ever showed! During this time I never received a call to tell me that they would not be able to drop the containers early as promised. While storing my garbage in my garage, I patiently waited for the original day that curbside said they would be able to start service. This day came and went without the containers being delivered and without any notice from the company. I further waited an additional day thinking maybe they would deliver the containers at that time. I waited till late in the afternoon, and still no containers or notification from Curbside. I called Curbside back to get a status on when the containers would be delivered and when the service would start. Again, I had to wait nearly a half hour on hold to get a CS agent. When they did answer it was the same person that promised that I could get my containers at the earlier date. While speaking to her, she asked me to confirm the city that I lived in, which happened to be Andover. She then commented that she didn't think that they had recycling service for my city! I commented that she surely had to be kidding me! I told her that that information would have been nice to have when I spoke with their sales person who signed me up. She asked if she could put me on hold to confirm with her manager, to which I said sure. When she returned to the phone, she commented that not only do they not service Andover for recycling, but they don't service Andover at all! On top of that, I was not anywhere in their computer systems. Being understandably frustrated, I told the CS agent that if they ever decide to service my area not to bother asking me to switch to their company, and that I would not take their service if they were giving it away at this point! After ending the call with Curbside, I called my former provider to reinstate service. My previous provider was Walters. They answered the call without putting me on hold at all, and they were able to deliver their containers to my home within the week. To say that Curbside is a poor company is probably the understatement of the year. Thankfully my mother does not use all of the space her containers provide, so I was able to haul several bags of OUR garbage down to her house in Roseville. If that was not the case I'm sure that I would still have several bags of stinky garbage hanging out in my garage thanks to the incompetence of Curbside. If I could leave this company a zero star or negative number of stars review I totally would! STAY FAR AWAY!

Due to moving out of the area, I have canceled residential waste collection service with Curbside Waste to end in Sept 2021. However, the company still charged me for Oct 2021. As I moved out far, I have called Curbside Waste on Oct 1 and Oct 5 so that they collect he canister from the property. Curbside Waste didn't collect the canister during their 2 collection days, Oct 6 and Oct 13. Since I do not live in the area and do not own the property it's difficult for me to go to the property and place the canister out. I have requested Curbside Waste multiple times and person on the phone responded that they can only collect the can *** business days after last day of Oct 2021. I have tried explaining nicely that it's not possible for me to come to property for the canister in Nov since I sold the property they don't want to solve

I thought they would *** us in November after using the service. I called back 10 minutes after setting this up as I didn't realize my husband set us up through *** already. I canceled the service with Curbside (that I set up 10 mins prior) - I was told by a customer service rep that he's canceled our service and he will have a supervisor call me back to refund me the $50 that they charged that I wasn't aware of. 9/1 I get a call from the supervisor and am told that they can't refund prepaid payments. I wasn't even aware they were charging me. I canceled the service within 10 minutes of set up. She tried to claim they dropped bins off at our house - but given I canceled that quickly, there's no way they sent bins to the house. I am extremely frustrated with this TERRIBLE customer service and cannot believe they won't refund me.

On 2/22/22, I left a voicemail for Curbside waste about a trash bin that had been placed in front of my driveway but didnt belong to me and I wanted removed. On 2/23/22 I called again as no one called to confirm receiving the voicemail and was promised the bin would be removed the next day but it was not picked up. On 3/4/22, someone came to empty the bin (though I do not have service with them, nor was there trash in the bin), but did not take it. I emailed on 3/4/22 to express that this needs to be resolved asap - especially in the winter when it can create a hazard for snow plows and other drivers on my street. I have not heard anything from the company.
Hit my mailbox Monday and left it laying in the front yard. I understand accidents happen. Not once did the company call me and offer to resolve. Several months ago, my husband spoke to an agent for Curbside waste about a trash bin and recycling bin that were left at our house when we moved in (we have never worked with Curbside Waste-- these were left from the previous owner). Curbside Waster scheduled a pickup time, but never came to pick these up.I called again on 4/14/22 to ask that these bins be removed and the agent confirmed they would have a team remove them from our property on 4/22/22. They never came to pickup the bins as stated and I when I called back again today (for the third time,) the automated line told me I had a wait time of 30 minutes. I just want these bins gone! We never used them/never contracted them out, yet can't seem to get the company to remove them from our property.

At that time, we were told over the phone that we would be charged a $30 bin removal fee since it was not a 30-day notice UNLESS the new homeowners were to keep the bins and receive waste service from Curbside as well. We agreed. After we closed, we were notified that the new homeowners did, in fact, keep the bins and signed up for waste service with Curbside, so we called to request our $30 back since they did not have to come collect the bins. At that time, we were told that the $30 fee was non-refundable and that it was just a "charge" relating to terminating service. We asked to speak to a manager but was told (after multiple hold attempts on the phone and having us be mysteriously hung-up on) that there was no manager that we could speak to and nothing else we could do. This is a violation of ethics and good customer service.

The owner of the house decided to keep her waste management services so, I immediately called to cancel WELL before the due date.. I tried on several occasions to contact Curbside Waste, leaving several voice messages and I even sent and resent an email to the customer service.email on their site with no response. Within the period of my trying to contact them, they dropped off a receptacle. I called again to tell them to pick up their receptacle. I finally got a real person. She stated she was the manager/supervisor and stated she never received voice messages nor emails from me and that they will be sending us a bill for $200 for cancelling. and she hung up on me. I looked on our neighborhood website and there were many complaints about Curbside Waste and the complaints were exactly what happened to me. I wish I would have saw the information beforehand..

Crubside waste was sending my *** to a wrong zip code and then blame me for it when a guy call me and told me that I have a *** for 900 bucks when they got my zip code wrong and I told him my zip code is *** and he gave me a whole different zip code and said its going on my credit for something I didn't have nothing to do with cuz I pay my bills
We have been customers of Curbside Waste for many years (~10). In general the have been reliable service. But when we moved and I called to cancel our service on Aug 17, 2021. On Sept 1 we received an credit card charge for another 3 months, for $79.24. When I called they said no garbage company gives refunds for prepaid service.
I canceled my garbage account with this company in early August as I was selling my house. They wouldn't pro rate and give a partial refund. My account was still active until the 31st of Aug. I closed and moved out on the 12th. This company then charged my bank account for another 3 months on September 3rd. I called curbside and they wouldn't issue a refund. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. I would like a full refund for the amount of *** that they charged AFTER my account was closed for close to a month.

Curbside waste has been billing us for a recycle bin that we don't have. We have called and called and called to get this fixed. Then they suspended service 4 weeks ago and keep telling us every week that we are on the schedule because the billing department has been working on getting us our corrected bill to pay with out all the late fees they keep piling up on us. This has been a nightmare. We are moving this weekend and will not be at the house. We have done everything possible to have this company fix their mistake. They even had a garbage man come out to MAKE SURE we did not have a recycle bin 2 times! How is that possible. Anyway, they have not picked up the garbage in 4 weeks now and this is totally unfair and unacceptable. There is a lot more to the story that I am more than happy to talk to you about but there is only so much space to write in here. The address is *** Moundsview MN 55112. We have moved to *** White Bear Lake MN 55110. We have no problem paying the corrected bill. But they never send us anything! They need to pick up that garbage. I have also complained to the city and the Attorney General. Between you all we hopefully will get this resolved and I will never recommend Curbside to anyone.

On Oct. 8, 2019, Curbside Waste offered to do 2 years of trash removal beginning on 11/1 for $10/month and yard waste removal for $50 for the year 2020, which I accepted. On about 3/19, I received an invoice from the company in the amount of $149.99 for the seasonal yard waste service. This included a $25 charge for fuel surcharge. I sent them an email on 3/23 declining this service and asking for information on how and when they wanted to pick up their bin. "Brian" at Curbside emailed a response on 3/24 asking the reason for my cancelling. That same day, I responded with "It's the price" and again asking for arrangements to pick up their bin. On 3/25, Brian again emailed asking if I would keep the service if the price were lowered to $100. On 3/28, I replied "No thank you" and again asked when they would pick up the bin. On 3/30, I received an email stating "Unfortunately, due to our yard waste guidelines, you must take the third year because you received the first two years free and at a reduced rate." I do not feel I should be locked in to this service since it was not stated on the initial offer and their guidelines should not be of concern to me, other than where to place the material for their removal on the appropriate days of the week. And I did not receive two years "free", nor even one year free. And they have deviated from their $10/month price quote significantly for the last 6 months, charging approximately $18/month, which is within the initial 2 year $10/month offer that I signed up for.

The middle of March 2022 I received a flyer from curbside waste. Sounded like a good deal. I called the sales rep. *** said he would arrange to have my current service with *** cancelled. *** said on April 1st (the last pickup day of the month) *** would pick up their containers and curbside would drop off theirs. I asked if he was sure he could cancel ***, he said he does it all the time, he said they would contact me if they had questions or required verification. Neither of those things happened, as promised on April 1st. I called *** and asked why they didn't pick up the containers, they said they had not been notified of cancellation. They said they require a 30 day notice. I negotiated a new price and decided to stay with ***. I called the sales rep back and said deal off. I am staying with ***. I said I haven't got containers from curbside anyways. Just cancel the whole thing. *** said he would take care of it. Three days later, April 6th Curbside dropped off containers. I called curbside and told them the mistake, they said they would arrange to have the containers picked up. I have called a total of 6 more times, and been told different days each time, they are still at the end of my yard. It is April 29th they are still here. I told them I was going to call the police the last time. I was told go ahead lady, the police are not going to do anything, and he hung up on me. Can you help get these things picked up? They really burned a bridge with me. What terrible customer service, wait time is 45 plus minutes per call.

Sales person came to door 4/11 had no face mask no social distancing was a pressure sales person for trash collection Filled out contract incomplete told us we'd get an email confirmation and put a line through last paragraph saying it didnt pertain to us. within a few days cans were dropped off We never received any email or confirmation as stated by seller We were skeptical and when i saw the trucks go through the neighborhood and not stop I called 5/4 am to cancel was told they had multiple trucks that come thru they came late afternoon and didnt take yard waste Our current collector came and got it at about 5 pm i called to cancel our service as they never followed thru with contacting our current collector picking up yard waste confirmation as stated Danelle at curbside told me the seller died and that they were behind on his paperwork and basically argued that we signed a contract and said because the seller is dead and her copy has a name (ours does not) that we owe them $200 to cancel The seller told us as he put a line through bottom section it didnt apply to us i was livid my 18 year old son was here for every call as a witness She insiisted if we didnt pay the $200 it would go to a collector After the sales service and customer service that was not provided we definitly want no part of this company Who sends someone out selling during a pandemic with no mask no social distancing to a neighborhood that has alot of elderly folks? That in itself was blatant disregard especially during stay at home orders I'm just sorry we were in the front yard the day he came here Please help us

Starting in April 2022 Curbside stopped picking up our garbage with no notification. Both appalling. After contacting them and waiting a long time to hear back they finally stated that their trucks have been getting "stuck" in "some" people's driveways. Baloney. I'm going into my third year here and this has never been an issue before and there are numerous other company's trucks who are making it just fine. In addition, a post I wrote on Nextdoor showed no other company is having difficulty driving up people's driveways. Complete lie.They also informed me they won't bother trying again until June 1, 2022! Going on two months without service! When I mentioned this on Nextdoor as an update neighbors thought it was a typo. They actually expect us to go two months without garbage service. Curbside asked if we could drudge the garbage down to the street for them. I said if they can make it down the street to the house they can easily make it up the driveway. And repeated there are many different companies making it up the driveway just fine. Curbside can't be bothered. Absolutely outrageous! I asked them to please pick up the garbage by the house this week (they visit Wednesdays) and stated two company's got their trucks up just fine on Monday of this week with absolutely no issues. They did not! They actually ignored my email and my request for them to pick up my garbage by the house! Curbside needs to resume services and refund me for now 3-4 weeks of no work plus a penalty for lying. Since they are being dodgy and disrespectful I now want an apology and acknowledgement this is not okay what they are doing. They claim to value us as a customer. Ha! Not the least bit true. *** needs to stop advertising they actually do work when they do not. That's illegal.

Billing has been incorrect from day 1 and numerous calls made by me have not resolved it. I signed up for service on August 12. When I signed up I explained I was considering going with a competitor that offered 3 years for the price of 2, a 33% discount. I was then offered 2 months free if I signed up with Curbside for 1 year. at $20/month I accepted and paid the first 2 months by phone. The garbage can was to be dropped off August 20th and collection would start August 27. In November I received an invoice that did not reflect the 2 free months I was offered. On November 21, I called to resolve it. There was no answer, I left a msg, no return call received. Called again Dec 18, spoke to someone in billing. I was told there was no record of ever being offered a discount. I gave the date and time of the phone call and was told someone would get back to me. No one did. Called again Dec 26, no answer, left a msg, no return call received. I called Dec 26, no answer, msg left, no return call. Called Dec 27, no answer, msg left, no return call. Called Dec 30, no answer, msg left, no return call. Called Jan. 6, spoke to someone and had to explain the issue from the beginning. They said they would look into it. I called again later that day and was told the billing would be corrected to reflect the discount and a new invoice would be sent. I received a new invoice that did not reflect the discount and called Feb 6 to resolve it. No one answered, left a msg, a return called was received but I missed it. Feb 10 I called to resolve it, no answer, left a msg. I called again later that day, no one answered. left msg. Feb 17 I made 2 phone calls. I spoke to someone for 9 minutes and had to explain everything from the beginning again and they said they'd look into it. By then I'd had enough. That's 13 phone calls in 6 months made by me. I canceled service. In the meantime I was being charged late fees when all I wanted was a correct invoice.

Ive had Curbside waste for right about 2.5 years, and cancelled business today after yet another issue. When we first signed up, we enrolled into autopay for our account. It worked for a few months, then we received past due bills. There was never a deficit in our bank account, and we were told their servers were acting up. We were told that time that autopay was fixed. This has happened 6-7 times since then. There have been several times our trash wasnt picked up, and they were usually on top of remedying the issue each time, but the issue has been constantly recurring. The last time, the cans were out right about ***, and the driver came by at [protected] (they said their system can have a 15 minute +/- delay). They didnt pick up trash, but recycling was picked up. I was told the bin wasnt out, but I know for a fact thats incorrect. Upon looking further into our ***, we found for the past 2.5 years, our *** has a 95G recycling bin, when we only have a 65G bin. When we signed up, we asked if there was a larger bin for recycling, as we recycle more than throw away trash. We were told no. Now, Im told there is a 95G option, and the price is the same. It has been nonstop issues for 2+ years now, and being lied to this time is the final straw for us. Ive called on one particular occasion when autopay wasnt done, and was told the system was upgraded and it was somehow my fault for not being clear enough to have our information out in for autopay instead of a one time charge. The young man I spoke with argued, spoke over me, yelled, and then ended the call with something to the effect of I just cant do this with you. Goodbye and hung up on me. I called back immediately and was told there would be extra training for him, but he answered the phone again today. Ive canceled service, and was told we have an outstanding balance of $230+, again with autopay not being done. It begs the question what are they doing with my card info each time if its still wrong.

This is both price gouging and failure to provide a timely refund- on 12/30, curbside charged me $79.24 for two months of trash service as part of a service renewal. My prior price was $10 per month or $20 for two months. Curbside claimed that the contract automatically renewed and that this was the price of the new service, which they charged ( auto pay). I emailed a cancellation notice ( 12/30) and request for refund and called to complain when I saw the charge, as they never provided me a change in terms or notification of the new rates for my service contract. I also complained that they are price gouging and they acknowledged " an error". once I complained they told me that they could reduce the charges to $15 per month or $30 for two months. I told them that i was not happy with their service and wanted to go elsewhere for my trash service and that i wanted a full refund. The representative Brian told me ( and emailed me to confirm) that since i didn't cancel prior to the end of the 2 year contracts, that they could not refund the whole amount, but would refund $49.24. I was not happy with the less than full refund but i agreed to the amount to be done with Curbside. Since 12/30, i have called no less than 20 times to inquire about my refund and to request an update in writing. I have spoken to numerous individuals in the customer service department who keep saying that " the owner is processing the checks" or that "its with accounting" or that " checks are going out this week", but I have not received the refund for any amount what so ever. it is unreasonable that Curbside can price gouge folks by raising prices this much at renewal and fail to provide notice to consumers. It is also unreasonable that they refuse to process the refund for almost 90 days, when they took the funds in whole on 12/30. Not once have I been rude or threatening to this company of its employees, but I its time to start filing complaints to get the "owner" to do their job.

I contacted Curbside Waste in February 2022 to set up service with them to begin in March 2022. In speaking with the sales contact, they would contact my current service provider and set up the cancellation of my service. I received my first bill in the mail from Curbside and promptly sent in my payment to them on February 20th. The check was cashed on February 28th. My old provider did not pick up their receptacles so I contacted them and there was no cancellation provided to them. I was to receive my new receptacles from Curbside March 2nd. After speaking with them twice on the phone, I emailed their customer service with my address/contact information to confirm. I received an email back on March 4th requesting I confirm the information I provided as it did not match the address they had entered in their system. I replied within an hour to confirm. I did not receive any receptacles or communication from Curbside and had now missed 2 weeks of service by March 9th. I contacted the sales rep to discuss the issue and was promised I would have my receptacles by the end of the day March 11. I mentioned that if this did not occur, I would have to go with a competitor for service. At 5pm on March 11th, I still had not received any receptacles. I emailed them and told them that I would be cancelling my service and be going with a competitor since I was about to miss 3 weeks of service. I was promptly contacted by their GM to have receptacles delivered. I stated I would not accept them and they delivered and picked them back up promptly. The GM stated he would call me on March 14th to discuss. When this did not occur by March 21st, I emailed requesting when I could expect my refund. I received no reply. I emailed again requesting a reply by April 6th. On the 6th I was told the refund was ready for pickup or mail and I chose to have it mailed. I have yet to receive the refund and have included the email chain with additional coms in supporting documents for reference.

We recently took over a property in New Hope (end of Dec. 2020). We realized in March that we hadn't received any garbage bills. I called Curbside and spoke with Amy on March 22nd. I gave her my email address as well as the email address to send future bills and I also sent a new vendor guide to have filled out so we could get them entered into our system and paid. (Resent on 4/2 and I still have NOT received this back). After receiving the bills, we quickly realized that they were 2 or 3 times more expensive than what we were paying with numerous other companies. I did ask Amy if they would be able to price match. She quickly responded to 2 or 3 emails that day (within minutes) but eventually we opted to switch to a more reputable rubbish company that we use for many of our other properties. Knowing that the end of the month was coming, I quickly informed Amy on Wed. 3/24 that we were going to cancel the Curbside garbage service and they could removed the garbage and dumpster on Mon. 3/29, which is our regular trash day. I heard nothing back. I called Amy on Fri. 3/26 just to make sure that she had seen the email I sent on Wed. She said she hadn't, but quickly informed me that the contract required 30 days notice. I resent the email and reminded her the contract was not with our company or the new owner and please remove the dumpster on Monday. I followed up with and email on Monday asking for a timeline. I heard nothing. I called on Tuesday and was told the dumpster would be removed that day but she was unable to give me a timeline as the driver was working 6am to 6pm. Eric called again Wednesday and was told there was a work order for the dumpster to be picked up that day before 6! I called Thursday, Mike put me on hold came back on the line, told me that the owner said for sure it would be removed that day. When I called on Friday, I was furious-at their customer service, the lies they had been telling, lack of professionalism. The owner would not take my call

I just got my set up service with Theresa she very nice person and does a very good service 5 start she deserves it.
I recently switched to Curbside and was pleased with setting up my service with them. Alex Csr4 was extra helpful through out the process. The new container arrived promptly for my new service.
Roma from Curbside Waster provided good customer service related to new service setup, and she is quick sending the contract.
Curbside has great service and customer service! We were with a different provider and they kept charging for extra items that I had to call and get cancelled!
