Sept 5 2023 ordered TV online from Currys with extended warrenty and delivery paid for by visa, delivered on the 7th and taken back to Currys in Chelmsford as faulty (screen only had horizontal line and no picture. Opted to have a different Tv, arrived home and discovered this one had wrong remote so did not function, returned it on the 8th to discover this Tv end of line and they did not have correct remote so cancelled order and had a partial refund and told the warrenty refund would take 3 weeks and come as a cheque in the post.
Waited 4 weeks and returned to Currys in Chelmsford and spoke to Grace who contacted customer servives by phone and was told order had not been cancelled and that my refund would take 4 weeks by post. It did not arrive so contacted Currys by email to their help and support centre after xmas and received an email from Shahid saying he needed a copy of my bank statement or my bank card details for proof of purchase even though I had already sent warrenty agreement number, I refused to send anything relating to my bank account but did send a copy of my puchase by email. Since then I have heard nothing and still no cheque for my refund of £23.40 which I am entitled to

Definately need more than 40 days training for refunds on faulty goods or they are scamming money on the warrenty's
