CustomizationDepot review: Do not do business with this company!

Ordered three custom hockey jerseys after several telephone conversations and email exchanges discussing in detail what I was looking for. We agreed on $600 for three custom embroidered jerseys. Took several months after a few promised that the jerseys would be sent. When received the jersey logos silk screened not embroidered, colors were all incorrect and one of the names was misspelled. The quality of the jerseys were grossly subpar. I contacted them to inform them of my dissatisfaction and ask for a refund. I was informed they don't offer refunds for custom jerseys even if they are incorrect. They offered to remake the jerseys according to the agreed to specifications. Never heard from them again. After many unanswered calls and emails I reported them to the BBB of Canada which contacted them with my complaint. They did not respond to the BBB so I am out almost $600 and no jerseys. This is a disreputable and dishonest company and should be prosecuted under the consumer protection laws of Canada and the US. Please do not do business with this company, they should be shut down.
