I bought some stickers from Sticker Mule and they sent me the labels I asked for
I bought some stickers from Sticker Mule and they sent me the labels I asked for. I told them that the stickers were really thin and they were making bubbles under the labels. I showed them pictures to prove it. They say they have a "satisfaction guaranteed" policy, but when I talked to a "team lead" person, she said they don't give refunds and I just have to try to flatten the stickers. I tried, but no matter what, there are still small bubbles under the labels. They started blaming me and made me feel bad. I've bought labels from other suppliers before without any problems, but I wanted to try Sticker Mule because they were cheaper. They refused to let me return the labels for a refund or do anything to make it better because they said they don't accept returns for "custom orders". So now I wasted all my money on these stickers. It's really scary and I don't know if it's even legal to say you guarantee customer satisfaction but then not let people return bad quality products. I feel like they tricked me and I can't do anything because they won't let me return these low-quality labels for a refund.

So far I've ordered; pins, keychains (both round and shaped), stickers (rolls, clear, die cut, holographic, metallic), and paper coasters. So far, everything has been perfect and I will continue to use them.
I've used Sticker Mule about 5 times now for custom stickers and never had a problem. Custom stickers are expensive across the board but Sticker Mule often has deals and even giveaways on social media platforms like ***. Reviews and drafts are very fast and they are easy to communicate with. I'm very happy with their services, I don't hesitate to recommend them and just try to work around their deals.

We've tried almost all of the products they offer and they are all as expected with great quality. Turn-around time is usually blistering! Check your email, your proof will come back extremely quickly! The design team is willing to work on the project until we think it's just right with no complaints and with quick back-and-forth. Any issues we've received a full-refund in no time at all. (Don't get all worked-up! Just email them with pics of the issue and they issue a credit or refund. Easy peasy. Really.) We have used them for dozens of orders and we HIGHLY recommend this Sticker Mule!

I just received my 3rd order of stickers from stickermule. Each order was for a different entity and each was perfect in its execution. The turnaround time is supersonic, the price is the best there is and the quality is over the top. stickermule is the best.

Placed an order for die-cut stickers as they were on sale. I selected one of the pieces of artwork I had already uploaded, and apparently they consider that a "reorder," so they never turned into a die-cut and simply sent it as-is as a circular sticker. No one checked with me first before printing and shipping. Their customer service is a joke and this will be the last time I do business with this company.

After several emails with customer service they would not fix my order, they did not refund the $69 that they overcharged me. They did give a $50 credit but put a time frame of when and how I could use it. I am disappointed in the in the customer service and the company. I will not be coming back to sticker mule.

They must be control freaks where they do not trust their employees to make a decisions that might increase business over the long haul.

Have done no less than 15 different stickers with them. Usually do not have major issues, but as soon as I have any problem at all, it is impossible to get help. Zero customer service skills whatsoever. Will only email you and no matter the circumstance will not let you talk to a human, now I have 2 week delayed stickers that are wrong and no one to fix it. All of it could have been avoided and done correctly with a 5 minute phone call instead of a 30 email chain over a week and a half time. Probably done with them and moving on to another company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! They charged me for things I did not want or need. I received a bate and switch email, where the link in the email went to a wrong product. Now they refuse to refund my money. I feel totally ripped off. SCAM ARTISTS!
Totally ripped off by this company, I was offered a promo on hologram stickers in an email from this company. I clicked the link and uploaded my images and ordered them. I was charged for a "Redraw." (I'm not sure what that is). Now the company won't refund my money. Total BS. Avoid at all costs. When I reached out to the company I was told I didn't click the link in the email soon enough, so they link took me the wrong page and I apparently ordered the wrong thing. I was upset to not get my stickers. I was more upset when they refused to refund my money. I will shop elsewhere from now on.

I placed an order for 300- 3x3 die-cut stickers.. They charged me $170 and I was fine with that until as soon as I hit the submit button I got a reply from another sticker company with a much better deal.. 500 - 3x3 die-cut stickers for $149 with free shipping and free proofs (which should be free anyway.) So right away I screenshot the new deal and sent over an email to Sticker Mule asking if they could match the quantity of stickers that the other company was offering for less. I got a rude response from a girl named Kristin. She told me no and just kept repeating herself about how they have the best prices... Clearly not. So after back and forth conversations I decided I would never again order from this company. If I were a sticker company I would want to create long-term clients, not short-term... I feel like this could have been handled very different. I mean how hard is it to run off 200 more stickers and match the amount? I was not asking for a price difference I just wanted to either cancel the order or have them match the amount of stickers to the other company quote that I provided them. So moral of the story... Instead of trying to do right and match a competitor they now have officially lost a repeat customer and their competition gained one. Very silly if you think about it.. Cost this company pennies to print stickers lol You just lost thousands over pennies and ego. smh.

I got the stickers and they look really bad. There's mistakes in the printing and I contacted them for a refund but they said they can't do it. I'm really mad. Be careful when buying from Sticker Mule! They made a mistake with my initial order and offered me "store credit," which unfortunately expired after 30 days. When I tried to use this credit for a reorder, they had saved my payment information and charged me automatically before I could apply the credit. I reached out to their support immediately, but it took them a whole 30 hours to respond, only to say that they couldn't refund my order because it had already been shipped. It seems like they did this on purpose and now they're refusing to give me a refund. Their business practices are misleading! I advise you to choose any other company instead of them!

I ordered from Sticker Mule and had to fix a bunch of stuff. Some of the 15+ pictures got checked and taken out. They do it one by one. When we finished, they gave us a bill, but the price wasn't right (discount didn't work). So we emailed them right away to sort it out. They didn't even bother to answer, and when I asked again, they acted like they couldn't do anything because they had already started printing (at 10pm, right after we sent the order and asked to cancel). Their customer service is awful.

I thought it would be fixed after my order got approved. When I received my order, everything seemed fine (or so I thought). However, when I checked my card statement, I saw that I was indeed charged the full price. I reached out to them and asked them to honor the promo since I placed the order on the same day. They responded saying they couldn't do it because you have to use a specific page or a special link on the website to get the discount. However, this information was nowhere to be found in the email or on the website, so it's quite misleading. It's crazy that they can see that I ordered on the promo day but still refuse to honor it.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find a customer service phone number, so I decided to email them instead, explaining the situation and emphasizing the time sensitivity of the package as it was for my business. Surprisingly, I received no response. Undeterred, I emailed them again each day thereafter, but still received no response. Frustrated, I discovered that one of the most effective ways to get their attention is through their Twitter account, which boasts an impressive 131,000 followers. I tweeted at them and sent multiple direct messages, but alas, no response. This is not only a time-sensitive package, but it also cost us a hefty $504, which is quite significant during these financially challenging times.

I was a new customer of StrickerMule and sadly, this will be my last time unless they improve their business practices. The customer service representative, Adam, tried to fix the issue by offering a $10 credit for a future order, but then changed their mind and offered a $29 credit instead. I explained that I wanted to return the order due to poor craftsmanship and requested a return service label to send the product back to the factory promptly. However, my polite and cordial request seems to have been ignored. I wanted to give this company a chance, but I am extremely disappointed by their lack of responsibility and the overall poor customer experience.
