I asked "are you a human" 'cause it didn't sound like one. He then transferred me to the rudest lady who works for them. She told me they been mailin' me stuff. I never got anything from these company. I just recently pulled my credit report in March, that company wasn't on it. I know people work from home but to hear kids in the background and it all seemed shady from the start. No

I got this 8 year old debt that I just can't get my hands on, you know? Ace cash advance gave it to these guys at Cuzco Capital Investment Management LLC, and man, they won't even pick up my calls or reply to my emails. It's frustrating, 'cause I really wanna pay it off, you know?

I just got a call (11/15/2022) from hc & associates telling me I was gonna be taken to court for a debt from ace cash express from 2016. I called ace to check if this was legit, they told me this debt was sold to cuzco capital. I called cuzco capital but got no response. I haven't received anything from them about paying this back or anything. I ain't gonna be scammed and as far as I can tell, this is a scam.

Hey there, I think I might be getting scammed and I need some help
Hey there, I think I might be getting scammed and I need some help. So, I just took out a payday loan with ace cash, but now they're saying my account got sent to collections and that you guys own my *** or something. Today, I got a call saying that my claim is being filed through my county and there's some order for my location. They didn't mention the company's name, but their phone number is ***. They made me pay a fee today and threatened to take me to court. I just want to know if this is legit or not. Can you please give me some information? Thanks a bunch.
The company hired Primiere Legal support services to harasses my at my job and Cell
The company hired Primiere Legal support services to harasses my at my job and Cell. They threatened with legal action after stating they they tried to reach me at an address that is 7 years old. They used verbally abusive language towards me and and would not verify who they are or represent. I reached out to Cuzco and never received a call back or answer. Cuzco does not have a real phone number. They just have a voicemail tied to a number that they use to say you can reach them but in reality you cant. Cuzco or anyone that represents them have never reached out to me in over 7 years since this was charged off. Im tired of the harassing phones calls at my work and home then hanging up when I ask them to provide information.

As of 2 days ago and today is March 31st 2022, my mother got annoying phone calls from a company saying they're processed servers foreverse for *** and associates. When I called back, I asked what this was about and they said I owed money to rapid cash for a loan from 9 years ago. I told the lady I talked to that I didn't owe rapid cash any money. I did take out a title loan and a payday loan, but I paid them back. She asked me to show proof it was 9 years ago, but I don't have the paid in full receipts anymore. I explained to her that rapid cash, Ace cash express, all of them, use debit cards as collateral for the loans. If I had defaulted, they would have taken the money from my checking account. If it was a title loan, they would have taken my car. I paid those loans in full and was never contacted about any money owed. They've been harassing my 79-year-old mother with dementia for the past 2 days. I live with her as her caregiver and also work at a local hospital. I contacted rapid cash corporate office and they gave me the information for Cuzco capital investment management. I tried to contact them, but no one ever answers. I think this is a scam from the highest source. This woman scared my mother with her phone calls while I was at work. If I really owed the money, why haven't I received anything from either Cuzco or Rapid Cash? The law firm they supposedly contacted to serve me papers is rude and unethical. I know about fair collection processes very well. I'm 60 years old and know about illegal ways to scam the elderly for money.
I got a call from waterfront solutions **** collector, or at least that's what they claimed to be
I got a call from waterfront solutions *** collector, or at least that's what they claimed to be. They wanted my credit card details to set up payments for money I owed on an account they bought from cuzco capital. waterfront solutions *** collector told me they sent me a letter on May 3rd, 2022, but I never got one. I asked why they didn't call me until now, and they said they had to wait 60 days first. Then the other guy said they called multiple times, so I'm confused. I asked them why they waited and made it urgent without giving me time to verify their identity. waterfront solutions *** collector informed me that they weren't allowed to call for 60 days. They wanted payments set up right away and asked for my bank info. So, waterfront solutions *** collector transferred me to his boss, who was rude and unhelpful and wanted the same thing. Finally, I managed to get them to give me the name and number of the person who hired them. They gave me a number for cuzco capital. But when I called, Mr. from waterfront solutions *** collector answered and said, "Hi ***." I asked him how he knew it was me when I was supposed to be calling Cuzco Capital. He said it was transferred to him automatically. I asked how I could verify if their company is legit if I keep talking to him only. I also asked if the call was being recorded so I could use it in court for the so-called wage garnishment. He hung up. Before that, I finally called cuzco capital and spoke with a woman. I explained everything, and she said it seemed suspicious to her and to me as well. She said they didn't purchase my account until June 30th, 2022, but somehow they sent me a letter on May 3rd, 2022. How could they send me a letter in May when they didn't have my information until June?
On 12/28, me and some of my family got phone calls from United Capital Credit saying they filed a complaint for Cash Central debt
On 12/28, me and some of my family got phone calls from United Capital Credit saying they filed a complaint for Cash Central debt. They said a server would come to give me court papers or I could pay to avoid court. I made a payment plan and paid $352.92 on 1/2 and $500 on 1/23. On 1/31, I got a letter saying the debt was paid from United Capital Credit. Two months later, Allied LTD called asking for payment or they'd sue. I didn't pay and sent them the letter, but the calls didn't stop. Every month, different companies call my family and me about this Cash Central debt. They all say they're suing and want payment right away. On 11/15, I tried to contact Cuzco Capital because Cash Central said they sold the debt to them. No one answered the phone, so I emailed them. My email got forwarded to ***. On 11/15, Leah Almodovar replied, "Hi Bretteny, We checked and unfortunately, this isn't our agency. But as a favor, we closed the account and you won't get any more calls about this Cash Central account. Thanks, Leah Almodovar Account Services Department." On 10/27, I got a letter from Debt Recovery Solutions asking for payment on the Cash Central debt. They said they'd take me to court if I didn't pay, so I called and paid hoping the harassment would stop. The company they collected the debt for is Buyers Holding LLC in Miami, which has the same address as Novea Portfolio Management, the company Cuzco Capital sent my info to in 2018 and said I wouldn't get more calls about Cash Central.
