Will not provide me with product I purchased
Will not provide me with product I purchased. Will not respond to my inquiries. I purchased Power Director 12 Ultra a few years back and I want to re-download this product I have purchased and have been unable. When I install the Cyberlink Application Manager it shows me as having no subscriptions, That is wrong., I have the purchase info for this product. Unfortunately they ignore all my inquiries on this matter. I want what I paid them for. I want it now.

I was billed for a product subscription that was turned off in my account information. Payment was not set to auto renew, however, I was still billed. I purchased a digital product (video editing software) in February and paid for a 12 month period. A subscription and auto renew on the product was turned off, however I received a charge through Paypal February 18 for the same product, even though I was not signed up to renew at the end of my period. I have tried to contact CyberLink with no success. I have disputed the charge through Paypal but they denied the case and closed it. I have attached an image of the subscription page of my account with CyberLink showing that the auto renew feature is and was always turned off.

Purchased product from Cyberlink, did not receive product. Despite numerous attempts for customer support, Still have not been contacted by them. I ordered Cyberlink Directors Suite on 12/31 online. At the time of purchase I was given a subscription number and an order number, the funds were taken from my bank. However, I received no confirmation email, or download link for the product. When trying to sign into my account, I kept getting an error message stating the information i entered was incorrect, although it was the correct information. I have attempted to contact Cyberlink multiple times and have not received any contact from them to resolve the situation. They do not have a direct customer service line, all of their "customer support" options direct you to a FAQ page. Very inconvenient, very aggravating. The lack of customer support is quite ridiculous.

Wanted to redownload Power Director software on a new laptop, still have no access to the software even though I payed an additional fee to redownload On May 26th of this year I purchased Powerdirector 17 Ultra for 89.99 USD Original order Confirmation Order Number: *** Order Date: 25/05 On September 24th I got a new laptop and mailed them in order to reinstall the software on the new device. I had a certain user and apparently the billing email was incorrect. As a result they had issues finding my order - after they did they forwarded me to their website so I pay for an extension of my download eligibility period Order Information Order Number: *** Order Date: 26/10 Total: $8.50 After the payment I still couldn't download the new software - on October 28th the reason given to me was: "You purchased the Extended Download Service with the correct email address. The original purchase of your PowerDirector 17 Ultra is still registered under the email address . I will forward a request on your behalf to update the email address, please wait a few business days for a response." It's important to note that even though the billing for the original software was on the wrong email - the order itself was on the correct email - otherwise I would have never been able to initially download the software - so their claim is unclear to me. It's also worth noting that all customer service was given by a "Asknet" representative named *** that work as outsourcing for Cyberlink. I had no possibility to contact a representative from the company itself. (unless I pay another fee for the possibility to talk to someone on the phone) I've been given no proper reply or explanation except being told to wait patiently (last heard from them on November 5th)
