I bought a package last year from Iobit. On July 9th they made an authorized charge on my card. I checked my settings and I had the autorenewal turned off.
I contacted them and asked them about the charge and they said that they did not have any information about my account. I did include my license Id and other information that they could of used to look up my account.
Desired outcome: I would either like my money back or the license activated ( since I already unknowingly paid for it)

Advanced system care Pro
On 5/8/2023, I upgraded to Advanced system care Pro at a cost of $23.52 and received a confirmation notice on my credit card.
I received a license code but a verification code was NOT Provided to install the product.
I believe the license code was 475cd-7bba4-ge7a7-98de1 but i may be mistaken. I know I did not receive validation code to install thproduct.
Although I can install the product on UP TO 3 computers, you can confirm that the PRO has not been installed on any computer.
I am 72 years old and NOT a techie. Please email me the complete info so that I can install the product OR send me the refund amount of $23,52.

I purchased Advanced System Care 16 Pro on March 11th and have not received the activation code. My Paddle order number is [protected]-[protected] for $19.99.
I also purchased Driver Booster 10 on March 11th and have not received the activation code. My Paddle order number is [protected]-[protected]. It was a 30-day free trial and then charge the annual rate. I have canceled the subscription since I have not received the activation code. Hopefully after 30 days there will not be a charge in my Pay Pal.

iObit Uninstall
I see that I'm not alone here. I'm complaining about my recent purchase of Uninstaller. I loke the product, and I've been using iObit for years because of it quality. However, I recently paid for an installation of Uninstaller and noticed the company charged me for it twice. Yet, when I checked the "Manage Subscriptions" page on one of their websites, it page told me I had no iObit products. I tried a week later, and found the same result. So how do I delete the extra subscription. All I get is "Go to the Manage Subscriptions page" Which tells me I have none of your products installed. Then why did my credit card statement tell me iObit charged me twice for the same subscription. Their customer service is terrible! Please please, please can someone tell me how to get rid of the unwanted subscription? I've had these kinds of problems with iObit for years. And judging from reading your complaints page, a lot of other folks have had the same kinds of problems, now and for years in the past. Thanks for your help!

Since you do not a have customer phone support number, I'll try to reach you this way. I am trying to remove Search goose malware from my firefox browser (permanently). I have run a full Care scan with all check marked boxes and afterwards a Quick virus scan. So far no luck. Will the full virus scan remove this? Other competitors of yours tout that they can remove it.
I've been a customer of your for many years. I tried filling out your service form to no success. I put in the registration key and other components but it gave no knowledge it went through. You are not easy to reach!

Smart Defrag 8 Pro in no way does a deep defragmentation. I can run the program back-to-back times only to find there are more fragmented files and thousands of defragment fragments. This is not deep defragmenting as I understand what deep defragging implies. Please explain how you can claim Smart Defrag 8 Pro does deep defragmenting when I can keep running Smart Defrag 8 Pro back-to-back only for Smart Defrag 8 Pro to find hundreds of more fragmented files and thousands of defragmented fragments.

Driver updater
I have been using IOBIT'S products for several years, no problem;but last month the DRIVER UPDATER stopped working properly so I filed a support ticket on the IOBIT website as instructed and still have not recieved any support or even acknowledgement of how to get it working again;in fact I filed several support tickets. Failure to supply code including verification code
On 17th May, my credit card was debited with £23.48 for the purchase of Advanced System Care. Thus I cannot contact iobit either for a refund for these.
I therefore uninstalled ASC hoping someone would ask why? D or to chase up my license and verification code as all online inquiries ask for this information.
What is a customer supposed to do?
