mSpy Very!

Hello. I recently ran into a problem of adolescence, their children. They're no longer obey me, and punish them "street" would sit for hours on the Internet... I was greatly troubled at what sites and what information they derive therefrom. Thank you friends, who advised service "mSpy"!
What is "mSpy"? It's the world's best application for parents who can monitor Internet activity (including popular instant messengers) children's / teen mobile phones and computers (ios, android, mac os x, windows). You can also control his subordinates. Price starts from 29 USD per month.
Is it the price, and generally about any money are we talking about when touched upon the education of their children.
Many thanks to the creators of this app! Thanks to you, I control what my children get their information from the Internet.

Ever since my son started using his iPhone, I have been worried about him getting into trouble online. Purchased mspy just to try for one month for my son's phone who was dealing with extreme bullying and abuse at school, without it I doubt such a quick resolution would have been the case. I cannot say enough how much, for my circumstance, this product does was it says.
Viewing time stamps on picture texts and the location to pick him up if danger had occurred helped keep me relieved during the day while at work.
Over the course of using the product I ran into an issue with the gps tracking not continuing to keep record on the specified intervals but when I contacted the support team they issued instruction and was able to be solved with ease and in a timely manner.
While I have not used a competitors product the 3 people currently using that I've recommended this product to have told me it's far superior with better support and much easier to use.
Please if you were considering purchasing make sure you check with a team member so they can best help you pick out what works best for you.

mSpy Very bad experience with mSpy product for monitoring kids online activities

Very poor experience with mSpy product to monitor kids online activities
I was using mSpy to monitor my kids online activities. This product doesn't work at all most of the times. Most of the features are only for namesake but needs constant and continuous reinstallation in target device which may not be possible most of the time as we don't have access to the device. In a span of 10 days of usage I had to reinstall 6 times in tata get device by giving all permissions but it won't work for more than 1-2 days. I was really frustrated. The service through chatbot is horrible as they keep on sending the same guides all the time but not resolving the issues. Even if you want to connect for a live chat the responses are the same guides. If you want to cancel the subscription within 14 days of purchase they don't give refund sighting lame excuses and "clauses". I request everybody not to use this after seeing their very encouraging advertisement. I give "0" rating for this product. Please be away from this and have better mental stability

There was a time I couldn't safely stay away from my family to get on business trip due to the worry of where could they be and what could they be doing at the moment but ever since (Xtech2025atGmailcom)has recommended This Mspy tracker things have changed for good as I can easily know their schedule and whereabouts remotely while I'm on business trip from mountains apart from each other and one thing I noticed about the Mspy tracker is that it catches infidelity after years of using this tracker and installing it on each device I changed I began to notice my partner been doing something sneaky at a particular location but since all I can track is just the location and that doesn't justify her cheating on me so I decided to hire the help of this professional hacker (Xtech2025atGmailcom) who recommended Mspy in the first place and with his professional service program I can also remotely access my partners phone chats, calls, email, social media's and her gallery remotely from my phone without her noticing anything and with this I was able to gather info on her infidelity acts as to put to justice as I stand against infidelity

mSpy Mislead by sales rep & no answer to emails requesting reimbursement

I will like to receive a full refund of $218.50 of the 6 month Extreme Subscription.

On March 8th, through your chat service, I explained to Mustaffa from Sales that I did not have access to the targeted device, he explained to me that with the Extreme Subscription Mspy would take care of the installation on their own without me needing to have access to the targeted device, which I also informed him that it is an Android. I explained to him that I needed access to the WhatsApp of the targeted device.

On March 9th, through your chat service, I spoke to another sales person who confirmed that I did not need access to the targeted device for installation so I proceeded with the 6 month Extreme Plan Subscription.

After enrolling, encountering difficulties to proceed with the installation as I wasn’t able to complete the process as I saw that I did need access to the targeted device to complete installation in order for mspy to provide me with access to all features of the paid Extreme Plan.

Went back to mspy chat services and then the same person that spoke to me earlier confirmed that I did need the direct access to the targeted device for installation to receive the full services that I paid for, and that mpsy did not provide remote installation service.

As I have been miss lead by sales in regards to your installation services and therefore I am never going to be able to utilize the services for all the features that I paid for I am requesting a full refund of the $218.50 that I paid. I am attaching proof of my payment. I am also attaching proof of how Mustaffa indicated that mspy was able to complete installation remotely without me having access to the targeted device if I subscribed to the Extreme Plan.

Thank you for your prompt attention.

Recommendation: Do not subscribe, sales team provides miss leading information to get you to submit payment and enroll even if the software is not going to work for you

mSpy terrible service

worst service ever, request a refund they make you wait almost a week for someone to get in touch with you on it. Even though you get 2 week refund you better decide quickly or you wont' get your moeny back. Customer service is joke on the website and half the things they offer don't even work with Rooting the phone. Keylogger doesn't work properly. Date and Time aren't correct at all. the phone doens't update like it's advertised. Much better choices out ther for the price. DO NOT BUY!

mSpy Refund

This is a scam.! I highly suggest NOT purchasing it! I used it one day and it did not work the way it was intended so I requested a refund after one day and they will not honor it. They put bs stuff in the fine print on their return policy that make it virtually impossible for you to get your money back. DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY! Especially if you work hard for your money because when using this company you’re just throwing it away.

Recommendation: I HIGHLY SUGGEST NO ONE USE THIS!!!!

mSpy mSpy Review: Disappointing Product - Not Suitable for iOS Devices

This is a review about mSpy, and I have to say, I am incredibly disappointed with this product. As someone who owns an iOS device, I was excited to try out this app and see what it could do. However, my experience was far from what I expected. In fact, I would strongly recommend not buying this product if you own an iOS device.

First and foremost, the product was marketed as a way to monitor other iPhones remotely, with just the Apple ID and password. But this was not the case. Instead, I had to physically connect the target phone, which took hours. Even as someone who is tech-savvy, I had trouble getting the program to work. I had to contact customer support several times and was passed around between technicians who were of little help. Finally, after several hours, I was told that I needed to download and install additional programs, including "Teamviewer" and "AnyTrans," to get the app to work.

Once I did get the app working, I found that it was not what I wanted at all. The mSpy portal was blank, and my iPhone was not jailbroken, meaning that the app couldn't monitor social media apps like Snapchat. In the end, I was left with a basic tracking device that I didn't need.

To make matters worse, the company has yet to refund my money, even after promising to do so. I have been contacted by customer support, but all they offered was technical support and the cancellation of my subscription. They even implied that I was too stupid to use the software when they said they could "freeze my subscription until I am capable of using it." Overall, mSpy is a total scam and a waste of money. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

mSpy Buyer Beware: Mspy.com Offers False Features and Steals User Data

Mspy.com boasts of its many features that it is said to be able to provide you. They will lead you to believe that jailbreaking the target device is unnecessary. Once you get set up and their platform has zero information from the target device, the representative will explain that it takes time for the device to sync with the servers. They will instruct you to contact customer service if you have any problems and promptly get off the phone.

Once you realize that most of the features they offer do not work as advertised, you will try to get a hold of them, only to realize that it’s almost impossible. They have an online chat for technical support, but the online chat reps are programmed to tell you that the features you are trying to access require additional software or a jailbreak, regardless of what the website or sales rep communicated.

In order to receive actual customer service help, you are required to pay an additional $60 for premium support. If you do opt-in for premium support, you will be told that the easiest fix is to Jailbreak the device. But there is one option, which requires a $199 fee per device per year, that doesn’t actually work and offers relatively fewer features than the original service. This option is labeled the family kit.

What they are offering in the family kit is a third-party software called Anytrans. Anytrans is a backup software, not remote viewing software. Anytrans software costs $29.99, you own it for life, and it offers an unlimited number of devices. Criminal, right? But they don't stop there. They ask you to download a remote viewing app called Teamviewer. This is for them to set up the software for you while you remain oblivious. They then tell you that the remote viewing software is necessary for the backup software to run properly.

Teamviewer is not necessary, and the only motive they have for deceiving you is to remotely access all of your private information. Data mining is a lucrative business that exists in our present day, and Mspy has been a victim of hacking and suffered a data breach containing sensitive data, including passwords, call logs, text messages, contacts, notes, and location data, secretly collected from phones running the stealthy spyware two times in three years.

They have been exposed multiple times in the media, including credible sources like the Better Business Bureau, Apple Insider, and Mozilla Fire Fox. Not only is this company advertising services that they cannot provide, but they are also stealing users' data, selling it for millions and claiming to have been hacked multiple times in a relatively short time.

I was refused my customer ID number and have not been able to login to my account for months. However, I provided my refund request confirmation number as a substitute. The fact that I am receiving a refund substantiates my purchase.

In conclusion, buyers beware! Mspy.com offers many features that they cannot provide, and they are stealing users' data, which is supposed to be private and confidential. Remote access software like Teamviewer is not necessary for backup software like Anytrans to work properly. Don't fall for their gimmicks and keep your data safe!

mSpy Review of mSpy Monitoring Service: Helpful Customer Support but Inaccurate Information Provided

I recently had a conversation with the customer care team at mSpy about their monitoring service and must say that although my experience wasn't ideal, I found their live chat support to be helpful.

I was initially confused about how to log in to the device that I wanted to monitor remotely, but after talking to an agent, I learned that device access is required for installation of the mSpy app. The agent informed me that I could either wait until I had access or ask the target person to contact mSpy for assistance in setting up the software. Alternatively, the agent suggested using Localize, which can monitor phones remotely.

However, I found some discrepancies in the information provided by mSpy agents. Initially, one of their colleagues told me that I wouldn't need access to the iPhone I wanted to monitor, which confused me even more. When I brought this up to the agent, she clarified that device access is indeed required for installation.

I also expressed my concern about my target not knowing she was being monitored, which the agent confirmed was possible with mSpy. However, she suggested trying Localize for this use case.

Overall, I found the mSpy customer care team to be helpful and responsive, but I had some concerns about the accuracy of the information provided. I also wish they had a clearer understanding of what their software can and cannot do.

mSpy Review: mSpy - Potential to be Amazing, but Frustrating and Unreliable

Mspy, oh boy, where do I begin? This app has the potential to be amazing, but it's so darn frustrating when it stops working randomly every few days. I mean, who has the time to constantly check if it's actually updating or not? And let's not forget about the false hope it gives you, thinking that everything is going smoothly until you realize that you've lost days worth of data because it just stopped updating altogether. I tell you, it's as if the app has a mind of its own!

Don't even get me started on customer service. Sure, they might answer live chat most of the time, but that's if you're lucky enough to actually get a response after saying hello. And even when they do respond, it's usually just to send you the same old "How to" guides that you've already tried multiple times. Honestly, they're not very friendly or helpful at all. I wish they were more personable and actually tried to understand my problem instead of just assuming that I'm doing something wrong.

Now, I will say that the app can be useful in some cases. For example, if you just need to check up on someone for a couple of days to see if they're behaving themselves or not, then it's great. But if you need continued monitoring like it promises, then you're out of luck. The keylogger and internet history freeze for days on end, and you lose all the info you were hoping to gather. And don't even get me started on the location tracking, because it's just all over the place. One minute it says the person is right next to you, and the next they're an hour away. It's ridiculous!

And let's not forget about the installation process. They say it only takes about 10 minutes, but in reality, it took me a solid 35 minutes to get it all set up. I'm pretty tech savvy, but even I had a hard time with it. And to make matters worse, it left an icon on the target phone's home screen, which made it pretty obvious that something was up. I had to explain to them why I had their phone for so long, which was not a fun conversation to have.

In conclusion, I have to say that I'm pretty disappointed in mSpy. It's a lot of money to spend on something that hardly ever works, and the customer service is subpar, to say the least. I would love to give them a higher rating, but I just can't justify it when there are so many issues with the app. If they could just fix the problems and be more helpful in live chat, then maybe I would consider giving them a higher rating in the future. But for now, they get a solid 2 stars from me.

mSpy mSpy App Review: A Complete Scam - Don't Waste Your Money on This Snapchat Monitoring App!

mspy is a company that claims to provide a reliable app that monitors Snapchat on IPhones without jailbreaking the phone. However, my experience with the company has been nothing short of a disaster – it's an absolute scam. I wanted to purchase an app that would monitor Snapchat on an IPhone without jailbreaking the phone. After numerous hours of online research, I found mSpy. According to many reviews, they were a good choice and could do exactly what I needed. But I was deceived. After reading a blog post by mSpy on their website, which gave detailed instructions on how to set up their software for Snapchat monitoring, I reached out to their live chat to confirm. I asked them if their app was capable of Snapchat monitoring without jailbreak. They responded, "yes." Feeling confident, I was convinced they were the perfect choice, so I paid for a one-year subscription.

The real nightmare began when I started trying to set up the software on the target phone. After several days of trying and numerous phone calls and online chats, it wouldn't monitor anything on the phone, even apart from Snapchat. Finally, after contacting their customer support several times, I was told the truth: mSpy is NOT capable of monitoring Snapchat without jailbreaking the phone. They misled me into buying something I couldn't use!

I tried to explain to them how they had lied and deceived me, and requested a refund. Their response was outrageous. They informed me that my reason for requesting a refund fell under a personal dislike of the app and, therefore, not covered under their refund policy. After speaking to someone on the phone, they told me to email them again. For days, I was ignored until I insisted on speaking to a supervisor. That's when Alex called me. He denied all knowledge of the original chat that said, "yes." So, they refused to give me a refund.

I then asked Alex to look at the false directions posted on their website which made it look like it's possible for the app to monitor Snapchat without jailbreaks. He said if I could send a screenshot of that, they would process the refund. So, I sent the screenshot, but their reply claimed my reason for a refund was still personal. They offered me a ridiculous 30% refund and to use the software to monitor the device for the length of the purchased subscription, when it clearly wouldn't monitor anything at all. They seemed unaware of the fact that I had told them IT NEVER MONITORED ANYTHING ON THE PHONE!

Their refusal to give me a full refund is unacceptable and ridiculous. They lied to me from the outset, and I spent weeks trying to get them to accept responsibility. I have sent multiple emails to them, and they have consistently avoided the issue. This company is full of liars and scammers. I warned them that If they refused to refund my full payment amount, I would post everything I mentioned on every possible review site I could find and report them to Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs, and anywhere else I could, to warn people away from their lies and scams. Despite offering a 70% refund, they ended up only offering me "less than 9%" due to various fees. I cannot recommend strongly enough that you do not give these people your money!

mSpy mSpy's Discontinuation of Call Recording Feature Leaves Customers High and Dry

As someone who has been using mSpy for over a year, I was shocked when I logged into my account two days ago and discovered that the "Call Recordings" feature had disappeared without any notice from the company. I immediately contacted customer service and was informed that this feature, along with "Record Surroundings," had been discontinued due to technical issues. As a paying customer, I was beyond frustrated that hundreds of hours of call files had vanished without any prior warning.

Despite my disappointment, I attempted to reach out to mSpy regarding this matter, but to my dismay, I received a reply from Margaret (***@mspy.com), which only underscored my disappointment. The response tried to pin the blame on my device, but the fault really lies with mSpy as they did not think to inform their customers of these changes before they removed the features we had paid for. This negligence led to countless individuals losing crucial recordings that had been collected over months and months of diligent work.

To put it into perspective, imagine purchasing non-perishable food items from a store for over a year, only to have the company decide to stop selling them and sneak into your home unannounced to take them all back. This is how it felt when mSpy removed the features without warning. The company has shown no regard for the effort I put into my recordings and the fact that these files were not replaceable.

The company's empty apology only adds insult to injury. They claim that the features are device-dependent, but this is simply not true. My phone is perfectly compatible with mSpy's features, and the company should take full responsibility for their actions instead of shifting the blame to their customers.

It is the responsibility of mSpy to ensure that their customers are properly notified when features are discontinued. The lack of care shown to paying customers is simply unacceptable, and the company's disregard for the consequences of their actions is appalling. The Better Business Bureau's F rating for mSpy should be a warning to anyone considering using the company's services.

As for myself, I do not wish to continue my membership with mSpy. I demand a refund for the past month, and I believe that the company should reimburse me for half the cost of my monthly membership fees for the past 14 months. While this may not compensate for the countless hours of lost recordings, it would demonstrate that the company has some remorse for their unethical and unprofessional actions.

mSpy Misleading and Ineffective: A Review of mSpy's Subscription Service

subscription for using mSpy.

My own experience with mSpy was also disappointing. I subscribed for the full version of the software, but at the beginning, the software did not work at all. When I contacted their customer support, I was informed that I had to wait for 72 hours for the software to start working. However, even after 72 hours, the software still did not work. Their customer support then told me that it could take up to two weeks to resolve the technical issues.

At this point, I requested a full refund, but the process was not as straightforward as I had hoped. They offered me a solution that would allow me to continue using the software on another device and even suggested freezing my account until I was ready to use the software again. However, I was not interested in a partial refund or any of their other solutions.

I had to send multiple emails and messages to their customer support team to finally receive a full refund. It took me a lot of time and energy to get my money back, and I would not recommend this software to anyone.

In the end, I found their customer service to be unhelpful, and their software did not work as advertised. If you are looking for a monitoring software, look elsewhere. Don't waste your time and money with mSpy.

mSpy Premium

was misold product paid £250 ans was promised would work on the target phone and i would be able to see all messages snapchat etc, its like having the phone in your hand.

Cannot access snapchat cannot access text messages or whatsapp all i can access is contact numbers photos and emails. Absolutley pointless.

Have sent numerous emails to mspy and get the same response we will give you 3 months extra for free. How is that any good when the product doesnt even serve a purpose. This seems to be nothing more than a money scene they don’t tell you about the “extream” package, when purchasing or on the website, but all the info stated what I paid for I would get. I’ve had less than a week and every day it is something with the service and connection. Nothing has fully worked, they want you to send texts like “100000” or reinstall all along they know these issues are gonna happen before you purchase. I’ve asked for a refund everyday for the last 6 days. Within the 14 days or to give me the access they promised per website. I’ve gotten neither.

mSpy Mspy premium subscription

I have prepaid for 3 months, after end of this period they charged me again for another 3 months automatically. On 3 October 2023 I switched off the auto renewal (it is quite difficult) and received confirmation e-mail for this. Out of a sudden they charged me once again after 3 months on 26 December for another 3 months until 20 March 2024. On my concern they answered that I myself have turned on auto renewal maybe by mistake. I asked if they can prove that (e-mail or whatever), but no answer. They just steal money from my credit card, and I expect they will do it again after 3 months.

mSpy I have had this product for less than a week, it doesn't work at all

I ordered mspy and installed it on a phone I wanted to track. I followed the directions to the letter with no issues for installation. It never worked. There was no other instructions. I want a full refund and when I asked them for this, they refused. What a POS company. I will find as many review sites to get this out. Not only does the product not work, but the company also doesn't stand behind their product. The next stop is BBB and the Attorney General of VA.

mSpy Paid for a whole year for nothing and now taken money again!

I bought MSpy last December at a cost of £104.99 for a year as it worked out cheaper only to discover that the phone I wanted it for had to be jailbroken but the software wasn’t available. Needless to say I asked for a refund, this was refused. I even offered to just pay for the one month (even though I couldn’t use the service) but again refused so in essence I wasted my money.

I was very angry and felt I’d been missold the product but put it down to experience. They did offer me 3 months extra! For a service I couldn’t use!

Imagine my anger to find they have now taken money from my account again, this time for £149.99. No email or message to say this was going to happen. I had honestly forgotten all about this dreadful company until this reared its head again. I have messaged them on chat, and messages management but how disgusting that they are doing this. Something has to be done.

mSpy Software doesn't work on my phone

On may 27th and 18th/20th august 2023.. The deduct $119.99 usd from my debit card.. After that I email them to refund.. And then after they refund and they auto deduct again from my account.. Until now no response.. And also please check get back to me as soon as possible.. This is very easy matter to. Solve.. Just check the record whether have or not.. mSpy Mspy software to monitor child location and activity

I purchased the annual subscription of the mspy software to use in Greece on Nov 13, 2023. My own phone is android and my son's phone is an iphone. I accidentaly bought the massistance option as well. I tested the software and unfortunately the geolocation option in Greece across platforms was not working. On the 14th Nov, 2023, the next day, I contacted the mspy team and asked for a full refund. Since then I raised repeated tickets for refund, with no luck. I have never encountered such a bad customer service company. I explained the reasons why I wanted a full refund, but no luck until now. I ended up buying another software to worked seamlessly in Greece after the installation.

Hi there, your billing department in all communications - except the last one, where they offer me a 25% refund - keeps telling me that they are not issuing a refund, and that I should get technical support instead. I have a PhD in IT and have been working as IT infrastructure engineer and 3rd line support for over 25 years. I do not want to be forced to contact your technical department, and forced to pay for such services. If your software was business ready, you would not have to force people to buy into installation services of this kind. Your company completely disregards the European Consumer Law that states that a customer has the right to ask for a full refund within the first 14 days of a purchase, no questions asked. Furthermore your refund policy is open to interpretation and contradicts parts of the legal framework as defined by the european directive 773/2004 about fair competition practices, as you are witholding customer money when your software is non-functional, and you refuse to comply with the refund policy as defined by the European Consumer legal framework.

You are wasting my time with all these useless communications, and I can see from other unfortunate customers, that your policy involves witholding customer money and non refunding.

mSpy Wanting a refund for misconception of product prior to purchase and company is refusing to refund my money

I spoke with several representatives prior to purchasing this product as far as what I needed to to to get this product on the target phone. Each representative I spoke advised all I needed to have was either the users iCloud credentials or physical access to the phone. Once purchased I was told I had to have physical access for what I wanted which was not possible for me and was not explained prior to purchase.

Desired outcome: I want my full refund. The phone was never linked to the account I want a response as well.

I was charged for a one-year subscription and have not been able to access account. I also paid for assistance and have not received any.

I just cannot believe , scam are exciting and this company is one of them.

They clearly say 14 days refund guaranty and I wanted refund after 2 hour as not working.

mSpy Unauthorised credit and scamming

Please do not sign up to mSpy! They take your money and claim to provide you a service which they still have not established yet or even certified. Even when i asked for a refund within the first day i had to go through several agents to even get an email from the BILLING department. They bombarded me with offers to keep me on the loop and offered me only 25% refund. They told me it goes against their terms and conditions to give 100% refund. Please read the terms and conditions and do not sign up to them. It’s a scam. Just to delete the account they are asking for my passport or date of birth! Scammers!
