expired dressing at dairy queen
I ordered two crispy chicken blt salads through the walnut grove, langley dairy queen drive thru. I only go to dairy queen for salads because I love their honey mustard dressing. When I got home, it was not crispy - it was grilled chicken and the dressing expired 3 months ago. I decided to deal with it the next day as I was hungry so I just ate something else instead. When I went back the next day, I figured I could just exchange the expired dressing for one that is not spoiled. But, they tried giving me expired ones again after I explained the scenario. Then they tried giving me dipping sauce instead of dressing. Then they told me that they did not have any other honey mustard dressing that is not expired. So I explained that the dressing is the only reason I get this salad so I asked what can they do for me. The supervisor explained how she can't do anything because I did not have a receipt (I mean, who keeps receipts from fast food nowadays!?). They put the expired packet back in the container and I told them that they can't be giving people expired dressing. The supervisor said I will have to come back when the manager is in. I mean, what is the point in having a supervisor that isn't able to satisfy customer needs? She should have been able to either refund me the salad or offer a free salad in the future. She should not have told me to make another trip when the manager is in.
dangerous items in food
My boyfriend and I ordered two number twos from the Rockville Indiana dq and he took about three bites of his sandwich and bit into a screw! I then proceeded to try and call. I called three separate times and got no answer. This is absolutely ridiculous and they are lucky he isn't seriously injured. I will be sure to talk to the owner about this also. I will be finding out who played a part in this and if it was a prank or just an accident.
worker would not service customer because she had a big order already.
I was at the Lycoming Mall in Pa and it was 4:54 (mall closes at 5:00 pm) and I got in line to make a purchase and the worker told me sorry "I'm going to be closing I already have a 10 item order to fill. She would not let me make a purchase. The stand shoukd of still been open another 6 minutes and should be taking customers orders until closing. Very disappointed in service from this dairy queen.

I went and bought 2 .4 piece chicken meal the chicken you could break and it was dry like it was under the heat lamps and the 13 fries i got were cold and HARD.went to talk to the female manager and all she said to me is you get what you pau for and nothing she can do about it.So i then asked for my money back and she blantley told me that it was not there policy to refund money.all i want is my money back for a clearly low quality product that dairy queen served

The employees were extremely rude they didn't give me a straw, then an African American boy told my boyfriend his friend "likes white boys" then they asked my boyfriend if he wanted this girls number, when my boyfriend said no a skinny white girl said "that [censored] look 12" this is completely disgusting to have this type of behavior in your establishment. the time was around 9:30 on Saturday the 26th. at the webster groves MO location.

I was visiting the Ridgetop Dairy Queen today, and at first, things were going well. I was having a wonderful birthday and I stopped by to get some ice cream with my family. Going through the drive thru, it was hard to understand the employee, but I was able to deal with that. However, things took a turn for the worse when I got to the window. The first thing I saw was an employee just glaring at me. He wasn't the one that greeted me, however, even though he was totally capable of doing it. After sitting at the window for a solid minute, someone finally greets me with the same employee standing behind the greeter. After being cashed out, they go to get my food, with that same employee just glaring at me. I smiled and waved, but he just kept on glaring. He did walk away at some point, but he seemed to be making my root beer float. When he came back with it, not only did it seem to be made wrong, as every other time I ordered a root beer float, the ice cream was down the side and the root beer filling it up to the top. However, this time the ice cream was just floating on the top. It also wasn't filled up all of the way. Overall, it looked very unappealing. I got a glance at his name tag and I'm pretty sure it said 'Raj.' With his service, I don't want to visit here anymore. As long as he isn't there, I would still love to visit, as it really is a nice place with great ice cream.

Got in the car at 9:30 last night I wanted to take the family for blizzards got there at exactly 9:40 they had all the lights off one kid was taking out the garbage I asked why were the lights off he ignored me and went back into the store I looked inside and there were 3 young guys in there playing around i live in spring Hill Tennessee a nice Lil town but I promise you if this is not addressed myself or anybody I know will not be back!

So, I came into the Silverdale Dairy Queen on Ridgetop Blvd NW, and I was in the lobby. I saw the shorter Hispanic man working in the grill area preparing some other customer's burger and I saw him lift the back of his shirt up and scratch it with the gloves that he was using for the burger. He then continued to make the burger without changing his gloves or washing his hands. I then saw him finish the burger and put it in the area under the monitor that has the current orders showing, saw someone put it on a tray and who called it out to the customer who ordered it. He then continued to make other people's orders with the same gloves. I feel very disgusted by this act of uncleanliness and the unwelcoming crew members and I would not recommend this restaurant to others. I will not be coming back to this location again.
Man, some people these days! Today, I saw a man that looked very similar to your description today just glaring at me. It also was in the same place! I don't know why he's still working there, honestly. It seems like he's just rude and unclean, not caring about what the customers may say.

I was in russellville KY Dairy Queen 2 days ago on the 23rd of may. I watched a manager shove an employee because she was "in her way" with a whole walkway between them. She seems to be very violent, this management is not good & the employees seem to be treated with no respect! With the way that it seems the employees are treated, I will not be returning to Dairy Queen anymore, I think this needs to be resolved.
root beer float
Imagine my surprise when I walk into the brand new DQ Chill & Grill, located on Union Cross Rd, Kernersville NC 27284, and find out they wouldn't serve what I asked for?
I ordered a root beer float; the clerk said they don't have them. I look up at the menu board and say:
"You have Barq's root beer and you have vanilla ice cream; you're telling me I cannot get these 2 items put into the same glass/cup/ container?"
Her reply, "No, we can't do that".
My reply, "This is ridiculous!"
I walked out and, I will never go back again!

At the McCarran/Mae Anne location in Reno NV, on 5/24/18 around 18:40 the drive thru services was the worst I've ever experienced. After saying hello multiple times and waiting close to 5 minutes to place my order, the female employee was extremely rude to me. When I got to the window to pick up my order it was wrong. When my order was re-made I asked "is there spit on my burgers", the employee said "their shouldnt be". I then asked to speak to the manager who was just as rude and shut the window on me and walked away. I can't convey how upsetting this experience was. No paying customer should be spoken to the way I was by employee or manager, and no paying customer should fear their food is contaminated. I would like to request a full refund for the meal I did not eat.

Person in drive thru order board isn't really what you call friendly. She sounds so forceful and unwilling, it's uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I don't know if she's having a bad day but please don't make your customer's day as bad. It's my first time visiting north side dq but I may not have the liking to come back. I was having a rough morning at work and I just thought that lunch at dq would refresh this things up but I stand corrected.

Today I visited the dairy queen here in Rusk, Texas and order a nacho deluxe with extra cheese. When I received my bag I looked at the food to examine it like I do every Tuesday. The order was horrible so I asked the girl to fix it. The manager comes to the window rude telling me how I got 7 squirts of nacho cheese and that's enough.
Usually, the nachos have shredded cheese as well on top of the lettuce but today is was may four little shreds and she proceeds to tell me the shredded is just decoration. There was a mountain of lettuce on and hardly any nachos. She refused to fix it so I asked for the money back. She said I had to give her the receipt so when I handed it out the window she snatches it. So I asked her not to snatch things, then when she gives me the money she hands me the money but then chunks the change at my face inside of my car. She then makes a racist comment informing the other customers why she doesn't like [censored]. I will never go back to Dairy Queen being treated like that with the management of her stature! They are very rude and unprofessional! I go there every Tuesday and never had a problem until today when the in charge felt she could throw money at my face with my child in the car.

My wife and I just left the Dairy Queen I'm complaining about. I have never been treated worse in my life at a fast food restaurant than just now. My wife and I ordered 2 chicken strip baskets and after the cashier took my wife's card to Pay she swiped the card and left the register, she never gave us a receipt. Following that the manager of the Dairy Queen came and made a scene accusing my wife of not paying for the meal when we had already received an electronic statement from my wife's bank informing us that the transaction was approved. The manager continued to deny we paid and refused to look at the statement we showed her. Cashiers need to be better and handing receipts directly after purchases are made so that things like this do not happen. The manager went about yelling at my wife in an extremely unprofessional manner and made us feel horrible.

I ate here 4 years ago because it is right by my house. I just made the mistake of eating lunch here again 4 years later thinking perhaps you had improved the quality of your food and service. It was even worse. The quality of food is something that the dead couldn't not eat. Also, they gave me a soda that was all weak carbination with no soda and they called it a Pepsi. I got out of my car and went back inside and they directed me to use the self service soda fountain. It was also just carbination - no soda. I tried the Dr. Pepper - it was all syrup not carbination. I tried all the sodas all were bad. I want with the water, wasting my one soda a week enjoyment. The onion rings were hard as rocks. The hamberger patties were burnt and the buns were soggy, soaked in a pound of mustard and ketchup. The sundae was a single glob of chocolate on a single glob of ice cream that was all the size of a silver dollar in this plastic container. The service was essentially non existent and the people their were wholly uncaring. They were literally like machines that had no clue how to do anything or respond to anything. It's as if their hand nothing in their skulls but air. This is pretty much the same experience I had 4 years ago, just with other employees. Will never eat here again, not even giving you another chance in 4 years.

Nag hihirap na ba kayo dq? Masyado niyong tinitipid. Sa pag kakaalam ko kase hindi naman plain ice cream lang ang binili. Kundi cookies ang cream. Pero nasaan ang cookies and cream? Nakakapang lumo lang. Yun lang hinahanap hanap ko. Ang masaklap pa dun. Medyo tunaw na ice cream ng binigay. What is happening dq? Sana masatisfied niyo naman yung mga guest niyo. Being pregnant is hard. Mahirap hanapin yung gusto. Pero nakakapang lumo pag yan yung ibibigay niyo.
grilled chicken sandwich combo
I ordered the Grilled chicken sandwich combo. The sandwich I received was a very sad representation of that. The grilled chicken was small compared to the bun. The tomato was very thin and was like the first cut of the tomato. I couldn't even taste it. There was almost no lettuce and wasn't even the kind showed on the menu. The mayo wasn't spread out or anything. If I didn't live so far from the dq I got it from I would have took it back but I ate it instead. It wasn't the worst thing I have ever eaten but it was mostly bread especially my first bite. I couldnt even taste the tomato or lettuce and had a mouth full of mayo. The chicken itself did taste really good though. I'm only complaining because this is not what I ordered. It barely resembles the menu picture. When I opened my sandwich box it was very unappetizing to look at. I understand that there were a few people behind me in the drive thru and they may have felt rushed but the sandwich I received shouldn't have been served. I am a waitress myself and I would not serve that to a customer. I'm not looking to get anything out of this complaint except better service. A refund or replacement is not really necessary.

The only reason I go to Dairy Queen is to be able to order and enjoy a crispy crunch blizzard. I am understanding from the last three Dairy Queen locations in Ontario that I have visited over the last week that crispy crunch has been taken off the menu. I would like to know if this is something permanent or would you consider requests that you put it back on the menu in order to avoid loss of business.
fake hot fudge!
We go to Dairy Queen everyday for a hot fudge sundae. Well the Dairy Queen on the East side of York located on Queen Street is using fake hot fudge! I am not sure what it is? It is very watery and it looks almost like chocolate syrup just heated! It is the worse! We go to the on Roosevelt Avenue in the same center as Weiss Market. West York I think it would be. And the hot fudge is thick and rich Real Hot Fudge! I even said something to them about the hot fudge and they lied to me and said "Oh no it is the same hot fudge!" I wish that you would correct this they are giving Dairy Queen a bad reputation! Thank you!
