rude and unethical behavior
I was visiting family near metter Georgia a couple of months ago. I was headed to Atlanta and stopped at the Metter, Ga location. I pulled up to the speaker and the lady that was working drive thou was rude and didn't seem to be enthused about being at work. I do understand that we all have bad days but there are still people to service and a job to be done. Well, I ordered my daughter a kids meal chicken tenders/strips meal, 2 double burger meals, and another bacon burger meal ( I do remember spending about $30)... well she never asked what type of ice cream I wanted with the kids meal. So at the window she proceeded to hand me a vanilla cone. I asked; " are there not any dilly bars?". She said NO. so I asked if she could put it in a cup. She turned the entire cone over in the cup and handed it to me. So I said ma'am, can I get a lid. She looked at me and repeated my question " You want a top for this!" sarcastically and then smacked her teeth. So she returned with a lid and slammed the window. I honked my horn because my daughter needed sauce for her strips. She looked at me, turned her head and said something to another employee who was sweeping the floor and laughing. So that employee shook her head as if she was saying NO to the employee that was working drive-thru. So I blew my horn again, she came to the window and I asked for the sauce and she rolled her eyes and tossed it at me. Now, to make matters worse. We pull off and discuss how rude she was and how it was not necessary for her to be so rude. As we began to bite into our burgers, they were burnt to the point of not being edible. I know that you char-grill your burgers but that was BURNT! Our complete order was ruined. So I called the corporate office to make a complaint and you know its just sad that no one returned a call or anything. I wasted $30 at your place of business along with rude service. blizzard treats
Sept 3 2017 I stopped into the DQ on Murdock street in Oshkosh Wi. to order a couple of blizzards for after our dinner. I ordered 2 chocolate heath blizzards. We were in line for 15 minutes and 3 cars just left because of the wait. The car at window had ordered food and instead of asking them to pull aside to keep line moving they didn't and held whole line up. When finally getting to window, they still hadn't finished our blizzards. After dinner grabbed our blizzards and NO CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM and NO HEATH. Vanilla ice cream and Oreo cookie. How disappointing. Called to complain and was told there was no manager and they were training a lot of new people. Took my name and # and said they would call back. Never got a return call. They did say we could come back and they would makes us new ones, but we were all ready in our pj's. A day later and still no returned call. Very unhappy customer.

extremely poor customer service
I was at the Dairy Queen in Victoria on Quadra and McKenzie and the person who appeared to be the shift leader was incredibly rude to the customers ahead of me in line. One gentleman even tried to inform them that the ice cream he had was a little off, and suggested that it may be too cold, she decided to argue instead of trying to resolve the issue. When I was up to order I asked if they had the pumpkin pie blizzard in yet, seeing as the other Dairy Queens in town do, and she told me "we probably have it in the back but we haven't set it up yet, so no". I ordered something else, despite being slightly irritated. I then saw her lick her fingers after making my blizzard. Gross. They also sold a box of dilly bars to a poor old man and then realized that they had none left in stock. The whole experience was just disappointing and kind of disgusting.

Went through DQ drive at 930 pm on a Sunday night, 3 September 2017. Ordered one Royal Blizzard and two regular cappuccino heath blizzards. The two capp/heath came with plastic caps on top which we thought was odd because they did not flip upside down. Didn't even get out of the parking lot and they were dripping melting all over the car with lids still on. No napkins and they road is not safe or legal to turn around. Got home 5-7 min later and found there was no fudge in the middle of the royal. Horrible experience never going back. Orange Park Florida.

I went to the da in middleboro today 9/3/2017 for the sole purpose of buying blizzards because they were supposed to be buy 1 get 1 for 99¢ after driving 25 minutes there I was told they were no longer on sale I explained to the staff it is on tv and online she insisted it was not we played $18.75 for 4 different size blizzards if that was not bad enough the infused ones we bought were not even 1/2 way down infused. Needless to say we were very mad and disappointed on this trip I would appreciate it of you could please respond. Thank you Nancy pittsley

Our don along with many others are getting screwed over. So we filled a complaint. He was also let go told to go home a day and half before his 2 week notice was done. After that he forgot he had a last check coming, this was his 1st job so he had no ideal what is right and wrong. So he went to go get that last check and was told he HAD TO SIGN THIS PAPER SAYING THINGS THAT WASN'T TRUE OR HE DONT GET HIS CHECK. SO HE SIGNED IT, THEN WHEN HE CAME HOME A LITTLE LATER AND TOLD US, WE WENT BACK UP THERE AND I DEMAND ALL OF THE PAPERS. WE HAVE MADE A COMPLAINT WITH THE LABOR BOARD, GOING TO THE NEWS AND PRESS NEXT. HE WENT TODAY TO GET ME A BLIZZARD CAUSE I JUST HAD SURGERY AND THEY INFORMED HIM, HIS FAMILY IS BANNED FROM ALL OF TOM WOLF'S DAIRY QUEENS. YOU GUYS NEED TO TAKE ACTION ON HOW HE IS DOING HIS STORES. I'M NOT A SIT BACK AND TAKE IT KIND OF PERSON! I AM MAD AS HELL.

I just went to the fort worth dq location and was completely disrespected. I ordered my things and the young lady taking my order was ignoring me. Then when I received my blizzard it was water in a cup. Then I was waiting for my strawberry sundae that same young lady said "what the [censor] is this [censor] waiting for." she the proceeded to opening the window abd said "what do you want" and when I told her I was missing an item from my order she walked away.
brought a hunger buster and grilled chicken sandwich
Drove to the Deity Queen at 12902 Bandera Rd in Helotes, Tx. I went in and ordered a hunger Buster and a Grilled Chicken sandwich. I always stop by on Wednesday . When I got home I opened up the burgers and they were the worst looking burgers I have ever seen.The bread was soggy due to a lot of mayo and Katsup on it like the burned meat was floating in it.
My son love's his burgers but this time decided to just throw it in the garbage disposal. And I felt the ameway.
Never have I ever gotten bad burgers like these.

julies machine down for over a week
Thank you for taking the time to hear my concern..for over a week now I've been going to the Dairy Queen on Redco drive in Marion Illinois in the attempt to have a large Orange Julies day I've been told the machine is down, I ask when it will be fixed I was told that the part were ordered just today a week later mind you and that it would be other week being fixed, is this the procedure that management should follow and how many others have been turned away?

manager - poor customer service
The manager is a Caucasian lady with brown hair in her mid 40's to 50's, was rude, and provided poor customer service. She was attacking me at the DT saying I was being rude when all I was saying is I couldn't hear her, and I had to repeat myself three times at the DT window and was not there to service me. She said that "it's not her fault that the speakers are working" and for me to stop being rude. In the midst of the conversation I actually had to ask her to start over, because I felt she was so aggressive and upset, I was not going to get any food. Then I asked her if I could go to the window and order, and it wasn't her at the window, it was a crew because she had refused to serve me. I had to beg to speak to the manager to get the head office number, then I was referred to the website online. I will not go back to the Dairy Queen again. The time before that I had a younger dark colored skin, female manager manager serve me and was polite, but they forgot my drink and I let that go, but this time, she just ruined my day.
poor customer service, lack of signage
Just tried to visit your location at: 206 South Friendswood Drive, Friendswood, TX 77546. My wife and I pulled up to the drive through speaker to order and there was no response, so we drove up to the window.
NOTE: There is no signage posted anywhere that they are not open, lights are on inside and cars are parked on the side of the business. We saw people walking around inside, didn't know if it was customers or employees. Again, lots of indication the place was open for business.
We pull up the window, wait a few seconds, then an Asian man opens the window to yell, "we open at 12" then slams window closed. He was not wearing a name badge so I cannot tell you who the employee is but I'm highly offended how we were treated. I went to that locations website and noticed the website says they are open today 10:30am to 10:00pm. We pulled up at 11:47am. I have never been treated like that before from any fast food establishment but I doubt we will return. This employee is driving away business by being rude to potential customers. Had he led off with, "I'm so sorry, we do not open for business until 12:00 today...", I would have been glad to wait the additional 13 minutes. However, I felt as if our business was unwanted so my family of four took our business down the street.
royal blizzard
I got a new job today, and so my husband and I celebrated with a medium Royal Fudge Brownie Blizzard for him and a small Chocolate Xtreme Blizzard for me. The brownies in both were stale and funny tasting. In both cases they left a bad taste in our mouths after eating.
What a waste of $11.61!
We chose to celebrate a happy and exciting life-event with DQ and will likely never go back for another Blizzard again!

vanilla soft serve
Every Friday in the summer my boyfriend, little cousin and I grab a cone. Well we did today at the Bridgeport Ct Dairy Queen on Huntington Turnpike. My boyfriend got his cone first and said hey this jas no taste just frozen milk. I told the guy at the counter, he tasted it and said no this is fine. I tasted it and there was No sweetness or vanilla Flavor! Even my 3 year old did not like hers once she ate off the sprinkles. We threw oirs out because it was just gross. I tried to call back to see if we could come in another day and be comped for more ice cream but the phone number just rings. What a waiste of $10 I was a refund!

I have gone into Dairy Queen 3 times the past 2 weeks and every time i have gone i have had the same cashier. She sits on her phone, is too busy to help customers because she is on her phone recording customers in the table next to the register, and is just plain rude when I finally get service. I believe her name is Taryn, she wears glasses and has long eyelashes. The customer service needs to improve at the mokena location or I will take my money elsewhere.
pretzel breakfast sandwich
Thought I would try it, got home and was awed to say the least. The sausage was about 1 3/4 inches at the most, pretzel was about the size of Hardee's bisquit at the most. The order taker was nice, but only one trained person was at the grill and he was training another body. Must have waited about 15 minutes to get order, had to pull up to let another person get their order.
Never will order this again, will go to Hardee's next time.
blizzard not flipped
in Saco Maine over the corse of a week i purchased 3 blizzards and none of them where flipped and i did not receive then for free even though they were not flipped. as a customer i am quite disappointed, as i was on vacation in Saco and i was looking forward to getting to see my blizzards flipped, seeing as where i am from there are no Dairy Queen's. i don't want money or a free blizzard i just want this to be fixed so future customers don't have to experience the disappointment that i experienced going to the Dairy Queen in Saco Maine
extremely slow service
On Aug. 22, 2017 at approximately 12:50 PM I went through the drive-through at the Jackson, MN Dairy Queen. There were 3 cars in front of me with what appeared to be single orders. I waited until 1:10 to order. If I would have been able to get out of line, I would have. I ended up ordering a side salad due to time, waited another 5 minutes or so for my salad. My bill came to $2.34. I handed the gal 2.35 and never received a receipt or my 1 cent back. This is not the first time the service has been so very slow. On another occasion this summer, I went through the drive-through at mid-afternoon with 3 orders from my car and took forever as well. They did compensate with some coupons. That is not the point - the point is why is Jackson DQ consistently SLOW? I am local, but am concerned that the poor service is hurting the business.

I have visited the Concord NH dairy Queen on Loudon road three times now with a gift card and each time have been told in line that their gift cards are working. I place my order and then give the gift card and each time have then been told the system is down and they can't do anything with the gift card. They are refusing to refund my money, and the number they have listed online isn't even in service. I will never go back again, but I want my money back. Total rip off. And the manager was rude and uneducated in his response.

I stopped at dq for lunch. I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip basket with fries and gravy. I literally got 3 very small (Looked like chicken nuggets), chicken strips, 10 french fries, 2 pieces of toast, and maybe half a cup of gravy. For the price I paid, this meal was not worth it. I can understand that the company was very busy because they had a bus order to work on, but mcdonald's does a better job.
rude employee
I was dining in when I was witness to an employee making a scene and being rude to her boss. I also witnessed her throw her headset to the woman she was arguing with. This employees name is Debra. From what I remember when she took my order earlier. She was very unruly and made my fine in experience there just awful and uncomfortable. Rude employees should not be in the food industry. They will bring down your business.
