Usman is making problem for our company since beginning, he doesn’t allow our guest to enter, he is stopping people who are coming to our apartments even after showing documents. I really can’t understand how someone that incompetent can be on supervisor position in such a great building like Vera Residence. We have many apartments in Vera and Reva and we never had problems with anyone, all the security and maintenance is nice only Usman is creating a issues constantly and continuously.
Today issue:
Our guest was checking in in early morning, all her documents were previously sent along with check in and check out details. We are always following the rules and sending all required documents on both emails (vera security and concierge).
Even though the mail was sent on 2nd of September he stopped the guest and didn’t allow her to enter. The guest was calling me for half an hour (we are talking about early morning time 6:30am and not every time I am available to answer the phone). She was extremely upset and unhappy to wait in reception for 40 min after long flight and she knew it that she sent her documents on time, normally that she was frustrated. When I call the reception I found out that Usman was there and than everything made sense, he is the only person who is disturbing our business. He said he didn’t find the email but the email is sent and it’s there! What can I do more? He was taking to me on rude way in front of the guest and saying that we cannot hide our mistakes under his shoulders and that he will not let the guest in until I send email again. Honestly I feel bullied by him. I send the email again because I didn’t have a choice just for guest to enter.
Kindly understand that we are running a business (Holiday homes) and any negative review from our guests can result lowering our reputation and putting our business in serious trouble. I will send proof of everything I wrote here and send it to all damac and loams emails and I hope this time I will get wanted answer and that man will be removed from the position which he obviously abuses. This is not the first time I complain about him and his behavior, many times I went to management office in Reva and sent emails but I never got proper answer and no one took action towards him. I started thinking that he is feeling secure on that position because someone from top management put him there and doesn’t want to remove him.
You can also investigate previous cases we opened regarding him and you can talk to absolutely every employee in Vera, everyone will tell you the same. That man simply shouldn’t be on position of Supervisor in such a great Damac building. He is incompetent. Also because of him Damac properties started having bad reviews on google, that will directly affect your reputation as well. Kindly escalate this matter to higher authorities and get back to me with a solution as we cannot take this attacks to our business anymore.
