bait and switch
I ordered a part for refrigerator (W10312695) was advertised as $103 and some change with 12 in stock. Ordered part on Sunday. On Monday I chatted with Customer Service and confirmed part would ship that day. Received an affirmative answer everything was fine. Three hours later I received an email that the order was cancelled and refunded, the "Internet Price was wrong." The new price $183 and change. They graciously offered to let me reorder at the "new " internet price.

Return policies
Return policy: we offer a 30 day warranty against any defective products, sold and/or distributed by us (Dappz / auto inc), excluding oem items. For all oem items, after the 14 day warranty period from the date of purchase, we will gladly open up a return however, you will responsible for the return shipping charges. The original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Important note: your warranty is with the manufacturer. Dappz / auto inc does not provide any warranty after our initial 14 day warranty period.
Non-defective items are not covered under warranty.
Returning non-defective items
Items must be new, unused and unopened. We do not accept the returns for any opened oem items. The refund is contingent upon inspection of item (S) upon return. We will issue refunds for the product only minus the 25% restock fee.
For orders which had free shipping, a $10.00 shipping fee will be deducted from the refundable amount to cover the cost of the original shipping.

awful return policy
Unforgiven return policy (25% restocking, had to pay for the return shipping fees): I ordered the wrong part (lost an eye in battle and cannot see very well), only opened the plastic wrapper of the part. They approved the return, I paid for the shipping (normal), and they said the part has been installed (?!) and could not be resold, then said they could resell it as "used". I asked the part to be shipped back to me (sent them a pre-paid label). Not impressed. They are not helpful like www.appliancepartspros.com. Dappz may be few dollars cheaper, but they are unreliable, untrustworthy, unhelpful, unforgiving and just not worth your time and money.

My warehouse manager opened the package and it is clearly been installed and we can't sell used items. The return instructions and we also reminded you several times that all returns must be in new and unused condition. Your return does not meet our return requirement. The part has been installed.
We emailed you and informed you of this and you understood the reason for denial of the refund.

wrong battery
Purchased a computer battery from www.dappz.com and received the wrong one and when I tried to get a replacement they said that they were not able to offer me anything. They did absolutely nothing to help me and the worst part was when they said that everything was my fault.
I never expected such a bad service!
This was my first experience with Dappz and I'm very disappointed and upset with low quality service.
Maybe after they see this they'll change their mind, but I don't expect much.
I'm also very unhappy with the fact that now I have to waste more money and buy another battery.

I've ordered some dishwasher parts from www.dappz.com and when I opened the package I found out that my order was incorrect! Parts did not fit so I contacted Dappz customer service and asked for a replacement and they said that they were not able to do that because it was against their policy. Then I asked for a refund and they said that since I have already opened the package they were not able to accept it back so refund was not possible! Are you kidding me? Clowns!

I've purchased several details for my PC from Dappz website and some parts arrived damaged due to a very poor packaging. I sent a replacement request and they said that it was not possible. They seemed very nice and even offered me a refund, but told that first I have to send my entire order back. I agreed and did as they said.
I know that they received the stuff a long time ago but they keep telling me that they got nothing so refund is not possible! I know they are lying!
People, remember my words and make sure not to order from this scam company. I will not give up until I get my money back!
the company cancelled my order and increased the price
I was shocked with the services of www.dappz.com. I have ordered a part from the website and the seller cancelled the order and didn’t even inform me about the cancellation. When I didn’t get the order, I informed the seller about it. But he told me that I needed to reorder the part if I needed, but the price suddenly went up drastically. I asked to return money and decided not to buy from them again.
promises and lies about the order and its delivery
The company www.dappz.com scammed me couple of times. I placed the order on Wednesday and waited for the items on Monday. But on Monday I got only email from the seller, who excused and told me that on Wednesday I would definitely get the order. But on Wednesday was the same situation, and the seller continued to provide some blah-blah. Stay as far as possible from this company, because I was sick of their promises, but they refused to return money back.
I also ordered.from.them... they are the most awful company... they sent wrong part then made it out like i ordered wrong part... have to pay to send back and then 25 percent restock fee... buyer beware with this company they are absolute worst
