Preserving Memories with iMemories
As someone who cherishes family memories, I was initially hesitant about digitizing my precious tapes and photos. However, iMemories exceeded my expectations. From the safe shipping process to the seamless digitization, every step was handled with care. The quality of the digital formats brought tears of joy as I watched moments from decades ago come to life. The customer service was exceptional, providing updates and ensuring a smooth experience. I highly recommend iMemories for anyone looking to preserve and relive their most treasured memories.

I appreciate the fact that my material is now on DVD.
Originally I felt I had paid too much for the amount of material I had digitized. What I had not realized that there was a significant discount of 50% which I failed to employ.
My problem is when I received my stuff back there were no DVDs which confused me.
Again, I missed that, and had checked online only.
When I called to ask about this I was told that if I wanted my own DVDs it would be another cost!
That was somewhat disappointing.
I paid the extra $35.00 dollars for two DVDs
So I just felt the price was over the top.
Imemories reached out to me and pointed out that had I taken the correct choices my cost would have been approximately $75.00 less.
What Imemories did was give me all the discounts that I could have taken.
I must say how many companies would have done that.
I never had a problem with the product, which I was very happy with the result.
No Non-sense Get It Done Company
I was completely freaked sending my 35 plus years of VHS and 8mm family memories. The shipping and following was the hardest part; it was good, slow, and once iMemories received the package, I was relieved. Production time to convert was quite good, and the communication was excellent. Once they transformed the videos to digital, they were put up in your own account, and then the fun began! WoW... things you forgot and moments that last a lifetime can be watched with ease from any device. There were a couple of video-tracking issues due to age, and I brought it to their attention, and within days, they were able to correct them. Once they confirmed that all videos were viewed and satisfactory, the originals are returned, which I just received yesterday. Overall, my experience with iMemories was exceptional. I am preparing to send my parent's old film from the early '60s, and 70's to be converted next. That will be a real treat to share!

Priceless!
My Dad was the one at family gatherings with his home movie camera (Super 8) and would make everyone say something into the microphone. Everybody hated it. This was back in the late 70s early 80s. Years passed and so did my Dad. My mom went into assisted living and we were cleaning out the house and found these old films. I boxed them up and said I was going to get them restored. Almost went with another company a few times, but decided on iMemories and I'm so glad I did. I've been able to share links with my cousins via text and they can watch the videos on their phone! They all went nuts and gave a big shout out to my Dad for taking them because they are now priceless!
I also had DVDs made for everyone. IMemories compiled all the tapes into one DVD, so the cost was nominal. Plus iMemories took pictures from the movies and used them on the cover of the DVD and the DVD itself. If you've been planning to get your old treasures restored, don't wait another minute... call iMemories!
Preserve Your Precious Memories with Imemories - A Dream Come True!
This service is like a dream come true! I was searching for a way to preserve the memories of my family that were captured on old VHS tapes from the 80s. These tapes were so precious to me as they contained memories of family members who have since passed away. Unfortunately, our VHS player stopped working years ago, and I was left with no way to watch these tapes. I was so relieved when I stumbled upon Imemories, who offered a service to transfer these tapes to digital format for under $12 per tape.
I was a bit hesitant at first, as I wasn't sure how the process would work, but Imemories made it so easy! They sent me a shipping box, which I filled with my old tapes and mailed back to them via FEDEX. A few weeks later, I received an email with detailed instructions on how to access my digitized videos on their cloud. The process was so simple, and I was able to download the videos and store them on thumb drives to share with my family members.
I cannot express how grateful I am for Imemories and their amazing service. It was such a relief to finally be able to watch these old tapes again and relive the memories of my loved ones. The value of this service is truly unbeatable, and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of their work. I would highly recommend Imemories to anyone looking to preserve their precious memories. Thank you, Imemories, for providing such an incredible service!
Imemories Review: Poor Customer Service and Deletion of Videos
Yo, I gotta say, Imemories was pretty decent when it came to shipping and getting my old school videotapes back to me. I decided to go with the Imemories Cloud for $49 a year, instead of getting a disk or thumb drive made. But here's the thing, after my year was up, Imemories deleted all 160 of my videos! I can't even renew my membership to get them back. They straight up told me they don't keep anything in the cloud past the membership date. I spent over $440 bucks and now I got nothing to show for it. I wouldn't recommend Imemories to anyone. Their quality and customer service is whack.
Hey there, I'm sorry you're feeling frustrated with our service. We do have a cloud storage plan available for customers who want continued online access to their videos. We also offer three other options for saving your memories after the digital conversion is complete. You can order customized DVDs, USB flash drives, or download and save to your devices. We can't store every customer's videos indefinitely, but we do offer multiple options for saving and accessing your memories. Let us know if there's anything else we can do to help.
Peace out,

Preserving Precious Memories: My Experience with imemories.com
I was a bit nervous about sending my 8mm movies to imemories.com because they were my only copies. I have a projector, but the age of the film (over 40-50 yrs) had caused it to dry out and become brittle, making it impossible to feed through the machine. It was eating up my precious memories! So, I decided to take a chance and see if imemories could help me out. To my surprise, they were able to get it to work! I was a bit hesitant about the cost, as I sent them 23 films, but they were able to get them all to work and I was able to make DVDs from them.
I was pleasantly surprised when a customer service representative called me to ask if I needed any help with my order. I had ordered 28 DVDs, which wasn't quite right. Thankfully, she explained it to me and saved me from receiving 28 DVDs of all my movies out of order and all run together. I am so grateful for her help! After that, everything went exceptionally well and they sent all my movies back to me perfectly safe via FedEx. I am very satisfied with the service I received from imemories.com.
In fact, I was so satisfied that I decided to send them an additional 14 movies in 8mm to process. Again, I thought it was a bit pricey, but I had a lot of memories to process and I knew that imemories.com would take good care of them. I am eagerly awaiting the return of my newly digitized memories and I know that they will be in good hands with imemories.com.
Overall, I highly recommend imemories.com for anyone looking to digitize their old movies and memories. They were able to work with my old and brittle film and turn it into something that I can enjoy for years to come. The customer service was exceptional and I felt like my memories were in good hands. While the cost may be a bit high, the peace of mind and the ability to preserve my memories was well worth it. Thank you, imemories.com!
Preserve Your Precious Memories with iMemories: A Review
iMemories is a fantastic service that makes it easy to preserve your precious memories. All you have to do is send them your old home movie films or VHS tapes, and they take care of the rest. Within a couple of weeks, you'll receive a notification that your films are ready to be downloaded from their site. Alternatively, you can choose to have them sent to you on a USB drive.
The quality of the digitized films is impressive, especially considering the age and condition of the original films. Some of the 8mm home movies are over 60 years old and haven't been stored under ideal conditions, so it's understandable that they may be a little grainy or have scratches on the images. However, the quality is at least as good as what you would get from a film projector, which is a rarity these days.
Once your films are digitized, iMemories sends the originals back to you along with a prepaid label to send them more if you have additional films to be digitized. We've been using their service to digitize a couple of large (7") reels of home movies every month to spread out the expense of digitizing them. It's a great way to preserve your family history and share it with future generations.
One of the best things about iMemories is how easy it is to share your digitized films with family members, no matter where they live. Everyone can enjoy seeing moving images of parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, and more. It's a wonderful way to connect with family members and keep your family history alive.
Overall, we highly recommend iMemories for anyone looking to digitize their old home movies or VHS tapes. It's a simple, affordable, and effective way to preserve your memories for years to come.
iMemories Review: Affordable VHS to DVD Conversion or Hidden Fees?
So, I stumbled upon this website called iMemories and thought it was a great way to convert my old VHS tapes into DVDs. The website advertised a price of $14.99 and promised to send me a prepaid box to send in my tapes for conversion. I followed the instructions and sent in my one and only VHS tape.
After they received my tape, they uploaded it to their website and gave me a free trial for 30 days. I was given two options: pay an additional $19.99 plus shipping for them to make me a DVD or download the file and make my own DVD. Since I had a computer, I chose to download the file and make my own DVD.
However, I was surprised to find out that I had to pay another $14.99 for them to mail me back my original tape. So, in total, I ended up paying $30.00 plus tax just to convert one VHS tape into a DVD and get my original tape back. If I had chosen to have them make me a DVD, it would have cost me over $60.00, which is a bit too much in my opinion.
Maybe it was my fault for not fully understanding the website's terms and conditions, but I think they should be more clear about the additional fees and costs associated with their services. Overall, I'm happy that I was able to convert my VHS tape into a DVD, but I wish the process was more straightforward and affordable.
iMemories Review: Great Customer Service, But Downloading Process Lacks Clarity and Speed
This company, iMemories, is top-notch when it comes to their public relations and customer service. They truly care about your media and take great care in handling it. The transportation of my media to and from their facility was seamless and worry-free. However, once they completed the conversion of my media, I decided to download it onto my own thumb drives to save some money. This is where I found that the company is lacking.
The process of downloading onto your own disks, thumb drives, and devices is slow, confusing, and frustrating. It seems like they want you to purchase their media transfers, which can get very expensive, especially when you consider the cost of the digital conversion. Even with a 50% discount, the digital conversion is still quite pricey. And if you have hundreds or thousands of family photos to convert, the cost can be prohibitively expensive.
But if you have unlimited funds, then this is definitely the way to go to convert your life history to digital format. You can have it all transferred onto the media options that they offer, instead of having to slowly and frustratingly download it onto your own media to save a tremendous amount of money.
Overall, I would recommend iMemories for their excellent customer service and care of your media. However, if you're looking to save some money, be prepared for a slow and confusing process when it comes to downloading your converted media onto your own devices.
Preserve Your Precious Memories with Imemories - A Fantastic Company!
Imemories is the best! I was in the middle of moving and found some old VHS tapes and camcorder tapes. I did a quick Google search to find the top rated company to convert them to digital and Imemories came up. I followed the instructions on their website, and within a couple of weeks I received my first email with my memories. Some of the videos I had forgotten we had taken and it brought back so many wonderful times in our lives when our children were little. Vacations, birthday's... One video in particular I was anxious to get back was my wedding day. I lost my father over 16 years ago and getting to see him again on video was very emotional. I got to hear his voice and see him alive. I can't describe how grateful I am to Imemories for bringing these wonderful times in our lives back to us.
The process was extremely easy, they took exceptional care of my items. I made specific notes about where I needed my videos to be returned and they paid attention. Thank you Imemories. This company and what they do is fantastic! I have found additional items and will be using this company again and again.
I highly recommend Imemories to anyone who wants to preserve their precious memories. They are professional, efficient, and reliable. The quality of the digital copies is excellent, and the turnaround time is fast. I was impressed with their attention to detail and their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Imemories. They have helped me to preserve my family's memories for generations to come. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone who wants to preserve their precious memories. Thank you Imemories for everything!
iMemories: The Only Way to Go for Digital Conversions of Your Memories
iMemories is seriously the real deal. I made a mistake of wasting my money on another company before, and it took them over 3 months to process just 3 VHS tapes, and to make matters worse, the tapes were unwatchable. But then I stumbled upon iMemories, and the reviews I read were so amazing that I decided to give it one more try. I sent the same 3 VHS tapes to them, and in just ONE WEEK, I received beautifully processed digital conversions of those VHS tapes. They also returned the tapes to me in a jiffy. The digital conversion of the tapes was so amazing and clear that I literally cried with joy when I watched it. I was so surprised at the difference between the two companies.
I then downloaded the iMemories app and happily paid the annual fee for the iCloud storage space on their server so my digital memories are always available for me to watch on my Apple TV. The app works great, and it's so convenient! There is unlimited storage, and I still have a ton of Hi8 tapes to send to them to process. The processing fee is very reasonable, and you can send things in for them to process as you can afford it. I'm so happy I discovered them. Learn from my mistake. I was taken in by the glossy brochures of the other company, blew a lot of money, and waited over 3 months for garbage before I found iMemories. They are the ONLY way to go. Trust me, you won't regret it!
Preserve Your Precious Memories with iMemories: A Simple and Professional Experience
I was putting off transferring my old home movies from VHS to digital for a long time because I thought it would be a huge task. But boy, was I wrong! I discovered iMemories and it made the whole process so simple and easy. Here's how it went down:
First, I ordered a prepaid shipping box from iMemories. While I waited for it to arrive, I gathered all my old home movies. When the box arrived, I simply put all my movies in it and dropped it off at FedEx. That's it! In just a few weeks, I received a notification that my order was ready. I paid for my order and voila! I could watch my movies online.
The best part is that you don't have to worry about putting your movies in any particular order or organizing them in any way. You can edit and name them once they are transferred. It's that easy! And it's important to get it done sooner rather than later, so your old movies don't deteriorate any further.
Now that I have my movies transferred, I am saving them to multiple flash drives so they are safe. I can watch them on my computer or TV anytime I want. But here's a very important tip: if you don't save your online videos elsewhere, you will have to pay for online storage. If you don't, you risk losing your precious memories.
One thing I really appreciated about iMemories is that they notify you when they are returning your originals. And they even send a tracking email so you know when to expect them. It's the little things that make a big difference!
Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience with iMemories. It was so simple, timely, and professional. And the price was very reasonable considering the time and effort they put into my project. I have no complaints, just a happy customer who now has easy access to all my home movie memories. I highly recommend iMemories to anyone who wants to preserve their precious memories. It would also make a great gift for someone special!
iMemories Review: Poor Customer Service, Confusing Pricing, and Organization Issues
I recently tried out iMemories to digitize my old family tapes, and let me tell you, it was not as easy as the website made it seem. As a retired person, I needed clear directions and unfortunately, that was not what I received. I had to call customer service a total of 7 times to get various issues sorted out. However, I must say that Sierra was wonderful and very helpful.
One issue I had was with organizing the videos on the hard drive once they were loaded. I was unsure of how to move them around so that they were in the correct order. Additionally, I was not informed that my original 37 tapes would be returned to me. They arrived on a very rainy day while I was out of state on vacation. Luckily, they were in plastic in the box and my neighbor was able to retrieve them for me.
Another issue I had was with the pricing. As someone on a fixed income, I was not given clear information about the cost of shipping the videos back once they were developed. I also had two damaged tapes that needed to be repaired, but I was not informed that they were able to be digitized until I received a bill online.
Furthermore, the website talks about "digitalizing" the tapes, but as an older person, I was not familiar with this term and there was no explanation provided. I also wanted my videos on a thumb drive instead of a hard drive, but I was not given a clear reason why this was not possible.
When my tapes were returned to me, they had a lot of bright green and orange stickers all over them. I was unsure of what this meant and if they were unable to digitize certain tapes. Additionally, I found one tape that had a Spanish-speaking family and their children on it, which was not mine. I had to call customer service again to have it removed.
Overall, I spent over $700 on this service and the hassle was not worth it. The ads made it seem like a great deal with 50% off, but it was not clear at all. I would not recommend this service to others.

iMemories Review: Digitize Your Memories with Some Initial Issues and Great Customer Service
iMemories is a website that helps you digitize your old photos and videos. At first, we were excited to use their services to preserve our precious memories. However, when we received our pictures, we were disappointed to find that quite a few of them were too dark to view, the lettering was backwards, or they were even upside down. It seemed like very little attention had been placed on our order.
Feeling frustrated, I decided to call iMemories to discuss the problems with a large number of photos. Thankfully, I was given a good response and we were able to review the photos together. Through additional conversations, we were able to resolve most of the photo problems and have just recently gotten the original photos back.
We plan to review the photos again and delete some before getting them to disc. Despite the initial issues, we appreciate the attention that was placed on our order after we complained. It shows that iMemories cares about their customers and is willing to work with them to ensure their satisfaction.
Overall, we would recommend iMemories to anyone looking to digitize their old photos and videos. While there may be some initial issues, their customer service is top-notch and they are willing to work with you to resolve any problems. Plus, the end result is worth it - having all of your memories in one place and easily accessible is priceless.
Mixed Experience with iMemories Cloud: Good Website, But Difficulty Accessing Files from Different Devices
The iMemories website is pretty good, but I had some trouble logging in from different computers. Every time I tried, it said my password was wrong. I finally figured out that I could only view my files from one laptop. I wish they had given me some instructions on how to download the files to my computer. I tried to do it from the laptop, but it didn't work.
I only have a few days left on my 30-day trial for the cloud. I'm not sure if I'll be able to see my files after that if I don't pay the fee. I thought I was going to get a disk with everything on it, but I guess not. I wish they had explained how it all works better.
Overall, I think iMemories is a good service, but they need to make it easier to access your files from different devices. It would also be helpful if they provided clearer instructions on how to download your files. I hope they can improve these things in the future.
iMemories Review: Limited Access and Lack of Transparency
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with iMemories. I mean, it's probably my fault for not reading the fine print, but I had no idea that I only had 30 days to access my photos and videos. I only managed to download a small set of pictures before I lost access to the rest. It's a real bummer, especially since I shelled out some serious cash for this service.
To be fair, I did get an email from iMemories saying that I had a free trial to access my pictures. But come on, why wasn't that made clear from the get-go? I feel like I got duped into spending money on something that I didn't fully understand. And now I'm left with only a handful of pictures to show for it.
I did try reaching out to iMemories to see if there was anything they could do to help me access the rest of my photos and videos. But unfortunately, I never got a response. So now I'm just stuck with what I have.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend iMemories to anyone. It's just not worth the hassle and the potential to lose access to your precious memories. Save your money and find a different service that's more upfront about their policies.

Disappointing Experience with iMemories: Clarity, Captions, and Time Frame for Downloading Digitals
I recently used iMemories to convert my old videos to digital format. While it was a nice experience, I have to say that I was a bit disappointed with the clarity of the final product. It seemed like my videos had been edited and I didn't get the whole thing in its entirety. Additionally, I noticed that there were captions added to my videos that I don't recall putting there myself.
One thing that really surprised me was that I didn't realize there was a specific time frame to download the digitals before they were lost or I had to pay again to have them stored. I was under the impression that once I had the digital format in my possession, I could download them to any device at any time. This was a bit frustrating for me, as I expected more from the service.
Overall, I have to say that I wasn't very pleased with my experience with iMemories. While it was nice to have my videos converted to digital format, the final product wasn't as clear as I had hoped. Additionally, the added captions and time frame for downloading the digitals were unexpected and frustrating. I would recommend looking into other options before using iMemories.
iMemories Review: Confusion Over Free Shipping & Bulk Discounts Needed
I gotta say, I was a bit confused about the whole "free shipping" thing at iMemories. I mean, who doesn't love free shipping, right? But then I saw that there was a fee for the shipping box, and I was like, "What the heck?" I mean, come on, guys, just be upfront about the costs, ya know?
Anyway, that's not even the main reason I'm writing this review. What I really wanna know is if there's a discount for bulk orders. I've got a ton of stuff I wanna copy, like microcassettes, VHS tapes, those little camcorder tapes, cassette tapes with voicemails from my deceased loved ones, undeveloped Kodak film from the '70s, and even some loose photo negatives and slides. But your ad doesn't really say anything about bulk discounts, and I'm on a fixed income (thanks, Social Security), so $16 per tape is just not gonna cut it for me.
I mean, don't get me wrong, I appreciate the convenience of having someone else do the copying for me. But if it's gonna cost me an arm and a leg, I might as well just buy my own machines and do it myself (no offense, iMemories). I've actually looked into it, and it seems like it might be a better option for me in the long run.
Anyway, I hope this feedback is helpful in some way. I'm not trying to be a Debbie Downer or anything, but I think it's important for companies to be transparent about their pricing and to offer discounts for those of us who are on a tight budget. Thanks for listening, iMemories.
iMemories Review: Great Service, But Watch Out for Hidden Costs
I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with iMemories. It was a great idea to convert all my old tapes into digital format, and I'm glad I did it. However, I do have a couple of recommendations for them.
First off, when they say the cost is $14.99, they should stick to it. I got the box right away and sent it back, but then once they received my tape, they notified me that it was going to be another $24.99. That's not cool. They should give you the option of what you want up front, like $40 to convert and download, and that's it. When I ordered the box, it said I could convert any tape for $14.99, but that was false advertising.
The conversion itself was fine, but I did have to chat with customer service a few times because the download wouldn't work after I paid the $24.99. That was frustrating, but they eventually got it sorted out.
Overall, I would use iMemories again if I needed to, but I would definitely make sure I knew all the costs up front. It's a great service, but they need to be more transparent about their pricing.
Disappointing Results from iMemories: A Review of Their Digitization Service
I gotta say, I was pretty excited to try out iMemories. I had a bunch of old tapes and films that I wanted to digitize so I could share them with my family and keep them safe for years to come. But man, was I disappointed with the results.
I went through each item I sent them with a fine-toothed comb, and while some of them came out pretty clear and had good sound, the majority of them were a mess. I'm talking blurry footage, weird stripes (horizontal or vertical) that weren't there before, and even some videos that were suddenly in black and white. And don't even get me started on the sound quality. It was like they ran everything through a crappy machine that picked up all kinds of background noise, so the original sound was totally drowned out.
Needless to say, I was pretty heartbroken. I had spent hundreds of dollars on this service, and I was really hoping to use the digitized footage for a memorial for my late husband and a celebration with my family. But now, I don't even know if I can use most of it.
Honestly, I wish I had never sent anything to iMemories. It's just not worth the money or the disappointment.
Navigating imemories.com: A Confusing but Worthwhile Journey
I gotta say, I was pretty confused when I first stumbled upon imemories.com. I mean, I'm no tech genius or anything, but I've been around the block a few times when it comes to computers and stuff. But this website just left me scratching my head.
First off, I couldn't figure out what the heck I was supposed to do. I mean, I think I'm supposed to send in my old tapes or whatever, but I wasn't sure if I was supposed to use my own box or if they were gonna send me one. And then what? How much is it gonna cost me? I couldn't find any clear answers on the website.
And let me tell you, that kind of confusion is a real turn-off for me. I've known about imemories.com for over a decade now, but I never bothered to use it because I just couldn't figure out how. And I'm not the only one, I'm sure. How many other folks out there are in the same boat as me?
But hey, I finally decided to take the plunge and give it a shot. I sent in a couple of VHS tapes (yeah, I know, I'm old school) and waited to see what would happen. And you know what? It wasn't half bad.
Sure, there were a few hiccups along the way. I had to call customer service a couple of times to get some clarification on the process. And I gotta admit, I was a little nervous about sending in my precious memories to some company I'd never heard of before. But in the end, it all worked out.
And now I've got all these old home movies digitized and ready to share with my family. It's pretty cool, actually. I can watch them on my computer or even stream them to my TV. And I don't have to worry about those old tapes deteriorating or getting lost or anything.
So yeah, imemories.com might not be the easiest website to navigate. And yeah, there might be some confusion along the way. But if you're willing to stick with it, you might just end up with some pretty sweet memories to cherish.
Disappointing Experience with iMemories: Missing Footage and Short Videos
I gotta say, I'm feeling pretty bummed about my experience with iMemories. I'm not exactly a tech whiz, so some of the fancy talk in their ads went right over my head. And when I finally got my videos back, I was shocked to find that each one only had about 5 minutes of footage on it. I mean, come on, I know those tapes were way longer than that! But how am I supposed to prove it?
To make matters worse, there were two home movies that were missing when I got my originals back. I was really looking forward to being able to edit everything together and make some cool compilations, but with just these little snippets here and there, it's just not worth the money I paid. If I had known what I was getting into, I definitely would have looked into some other, cheaper options.
I hate to say it, but I was pretty disappointed with iMemories. Sorry guys, but I don't think I'll be using your services again.
iMemories Review: Great Quality, Pricey Service with Hidden Fees
I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with iMemories. I mean, it's great to have all my old pictures and videos digitized and saved forever, but dang, it was pricey! I was hoping for some kind of discount or credit for the videos that only had a few minutes of footage on them. I had a whole bunch of little VHS tapes, and some of them were barely used, but I still had to pay the full $19.00 for each one. I've still got a bunch of regular VHS tapes that I want to get done, but I don't know if I can afford it.
The quality of the work was really good, though. I was impressed with how clear and sharp everything looked. But here's the thing that really got me: I thought that once I paid for the service, I would have access to my videos forever. But it turns out that there's a monthly fee if I want to keep them available online. I paid over $800.00 for everything, and now I only get to view them for 60 days without paying more. And if I don't download them onto something else, I'll lose them forever!
Honestly, I don't think this service is for everyone. It's just too expensive and complicated. But if you've got the money and the patience, it's definitely worth it to have all your old memories saved and accessible.
not reciving shipping material
i wanted to have photos put on dvd and i have not recived any shipping materials.this is about a week now.and i have $15.95 charged to my credit card.
Video
I ordered several video's to be converted but I received 1 flash drive with several titles, however they all had only 10 second on each one and they were all the same video clips... Not what I ordered at all and I spend a ton of money for what? Junk do not use this company.
Transferring old video / photo media to disk
My heart is broken. I recently received 4 of my 6 videos I sent in the so called "safekit" to IMemories. One of the missing tapes is of my daughter's Prom in 1994 and impossible to replace.
As if that's not bad enough when I contact IMemories by phone to inquire if they could help find it . Instead they issue a ridiculous claim (I've seen the exact same answer to everyone who has lost videos) saying they checked overhead video while opening the original box and confirm there were only 4 not 6. I would sure love to see that video as I highly doubt it exists. As a matter of fact I'd put money on that.
I think I would know how many videos I personally packed in there and marking the appropriate number on the box.
They lost my videos plain & simple and then insult my intelligence with their nonsensical excuses.
Obnoxious emails that are annoying and unwelcomed
will call you at homes to further annoy you, when you have not used their service.
Horrendous!
Whatever you do just don't use www.imemories.com website! They are the worst service ever and they are not to be trusted. They offered me a 30 days free trial and after I agreed they charged me. Yes, when I signed up I gave them my card details but I had no idea this was a scam. That was the biggest mistake I've ever made and there is no way to get my money back. Their free trial offer is nothing but scam and people who are behind this are criminals! Please, don't believe them!
they are terrible
Imemories is run by an unethical idiot
iMemories is run by an unethical idiot. He stole from investors at his last company (Knowledgenet). And he is in the process of adding investors at iMemories to steal from them too. Mark Rukavina is an unethical businessman. He knows how to build up a company with "virtual" cred, sell it to investors, but then the investors will find out the company is worthless.
I don't know how to get my memories. Now I get a letter saying my content will be deleted? Acct is going to be deleted. How do I keep my content. Please give me my log in information so I can keep it. I don't know how to see it?

On 12-27-18 I requested a box from u with order# SK35953-IMEM to b sent to my address: 163 E. Ray St., Pontiac, Il.61764 at the cost $14.99 per item. Never received the box. Free shipping. Kay Meister My email address is foxmht@yahoo.com
If it's not fraud, then it's a level of incompetence that's hard to believe. I simply wanted to make digital copies of some home movies that were on tape, so that I could put them in iMovie and tweak them for color, etc. I finally got working DVDs, but can't copy them. I tried to download into iMovie, but the files won't copy from the internet, either. (I'm concerned I'll be charged for these useless downloads.) I sent a request for guidance but received no answer. In fairness, a previous complaint I made, because a transfer was done without tracking compensation, was addressed. But one must wonder about quality control.
I am very dissatisfied with the service and with my ONE DVD, for which I ended up essentially paying $80, since they charged for shipping, both to and from, they charged for putting things online so I could see them for 30 days, and they charged me for the one DVD I ordered, which I cannot share or copy. Now I just tried to watch and listen to my $80 DVD and an alert screen popped up to tell me the format of the DVD is not supported. I was able to watch it before. I tried to make a copy (isn' the DVD MINE?) and couldn't, and now can't even open the darn thing. I see the DVD on my desktop, I get the DVD Player icon, and the seconds march by in silence - without the visuals either. The DVD apparently had a time bomb inside or something, so it only lasted a month, or self-destructed when I tried to copy it? Who knows! This is fraud, and they still advertise on Facebook, using a person's name as if she just discovered this wonderful service and wants to share it with everybody. I commented on that link, but noticed my comment is not showing up, only all a completely phony bunch of conversations between "Kathy" and all the people who are interested in finding out more. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
Without belaboring this attitude . I do longer wish to deal with imemories. I destroyed the UPS mailing materials...upon arrival
