QuickSpark is a total rip off!
QuickSpark is a total rip off! You end up paying double the actual value of the merchandise. I ain't never gonna use them again. Plus, they don't give you the option to pay off early. It's a real bummer.
All I can say is wow, unbelievable and QuickSpark financial is terrible
All I can say is wow, unbelievable and QuickSpark financial is terrible. Please do not do business with this company. Do not believe they deserve a single star rating. So disappointing.
I cancled my transaction well over 2 months ago
I cancled my transaction well over 2 months ago. My loan was for $6000 and I was too pay $16,000 back. Didnt know this until everything was finalize. Ive started calling every week to everyday for 2 months and no one (James) is responding to my emails or returning my phone calls. Definitely stay away from this company.
Don't trust QuickSpark's long answers or responses to negative reviews
Don't trust QuickSpark's long answers or responses to negative reviews. Stay away from them, they will deceive you. Red flags everywhere. They will definitely take advantage of you. If you're considering them, just don't. They will definitely deceive you. That's it. Consider yourself warned.
The folks who wrote the agreement were helpful
The folks who wrote the agreement were helpful. Once it was done, they sent the billing to a third party that charges more than the agreed loan payment. They also tack on fees that are ridiculously high. If you're using Time Payment, I strongly advise against doing business with them. They don't disclose the fees upfront. I've handed over my contract to an attorney for review to explore potential legal action. I highly recommend finding a different payment processor than Time Payment.
This company is like a spam company
This company is like a spam company. They said no to me and didn't give me any reason or paperwork for why I was denied. I just want to know why I was denied so I can figure out the problem. They said they're only the finance team and they don't send that stuff out. They took my info and my husband's info without telling us anything. That's not okay, they should give the customer a letter saying they were declined. When I asked for the letter, they treated me like I shouldn't be worried about it and kept trying to explain how credit works. I already know how it works, I just want my letter so I can send it to the credit bureau.

I got a loan from QuickSpark and it turned out to be inaccurate
I got a loan from QuickSpark and it turned out to be inaccurate. They initially quoted me one price, but then increased the payment in the middle of the loan. On top of that, the equipment I purchased broke after just one year, even though the lease agreement was for three years. When I called to ask for assistance, they told me there was nothing they could do. This has been the worst loan experience I have ever had. I feel like I am being taken advantage of.

In March , me and my wife decided to order a few bounce houses from QuickSpark. However, we quickly realized that the terms were too expensive, so we decided to cancel the order. Unfortunately, we've been stuck in a dispute with the company for the past two months. The manager, James, keeps telling us that they're working on resolving the issue, but it feels like we're just going in circles. I really need some assistance in getting a refund for the money we paid.
August 24-30, 2021
August 24-30, 2021. I tried to apply for a business asset lease with QuickSpark. They asked for so much paperwork, it felt like I was buying a million-dollar property from a bank. But guess what? The funds they offered wouldn't even cover a single piece of equipment. Can you believe it? And to top it off, they kept saying that the terms would be given after making an offer. Isn't a lease supposed to have clear terms from the start? This is more like a loan than a lease because you can't return the equipment at the end of the term.

On June 29th, QuickSpark contacted me regarding my interest in buying a printer from another company, as they are the financial company they work with. They repeatedly assured me that I could pay off the items early to reduce the total amount. I signed the agreement on July 26th. However, I have now been informed that this is not an option and that I am only leasing the item. I would have to pay the full leasing amount and also be able to purchase the item at its fair market value. This means I would essentially be paying for the items twice due to the interest charges, and I would still have to pay more to keep the items.
I wanted to get financing for a printer that cost around $4,000 from Coastal Business
I wanted to get financing for a printer that cost around $4,000 from Coastal Business. The company I'm upset with is Quickspark. They explained the financing to me in a way that made it seem like I would be able to buy the equipment. I've contacted both Coastal and Quickspark, but Coastal won't let me return the brand new printer. I haven't even opened the box yet. Quickspark is ignoring my calls, which makes me think they have shady business practices. I don't want to pay 200% for a printer when I can just pay cash for the same one. All I want is to return the product. I definitely didn't agree to lease a printer for twice the price and never actually own it. It's unethical to trick someone into leasing a printer they'll never own. The worst part is that they never mentioned it would be a lease in the beginning.
False Advertisement
False Advertisement... I applied for a $2,500.00 loan to purchase an asset for my business. They advertised that low credit is okay and that paperwork is required for consideration. However, the application form did not allow me to upload any documents. It was handled improperly by the agent assigned to my application. They did not read my comments where I clearly stated, "I do not have enough credit. If this is an issue, please contact me." I left a message and sent an email to the agent, but neither of them were returned. In my message, I specifically asked them to call me to discuss where and how to send the required paperwork and not to submit the application if my credit score is below 600, as it would not qualify. When I was declined, the agent emailed me with the following reasons: a) they don't extend credit for "such a small amount," b) they do not submit paperwork to banks until the bank requests more paperwork (even though their website states that uploading is a must and their banks have a credit score cutoff of 600), and c) she saw no need to answer my email or phone message because all the banks they submit to were reviewing my application.
I applied for a loan with QuickSpark because I needed a short-term lease on equipment for my bakery
I applied for a loan with QuickSpark because I needed a short-term lease on equipment for my bakery. It was an urgent situation since our previous equipment had just exploded. An employee from QuickSpark, let's call him Bob, told me that my application was approved and I needed to get an invoice from the company I was buying from. I had everything ready, and the item was even on the truck for delivery and setup, pending Bob's final approval. Out of the blue, Bob sent me an email saying that some of the documents I sent were fake and he was canceling my application. This happened after he made two hard inquiries on my credit and I drove for over two hours to select and sign for the new equipment. As a result, my shop has been closed for the past three days, and without the necessary equipment, I can't reopen. I'm really unsure about what will happen next. Bob's accusations are causing me significant problems and are incredibly embarrassing.
My problem with this company is I think they did a bait and switch
My problem with this company is I think they did a bait and switch. I leased a piece of equipment through Quick Spark and later found out that Quick the Spark put the lease on my personal credit instead of my business credit. I read all the paperwork they sent me before signing the contract, and I never saw that provision. When I found out what had been done, I contacted them. I spoke to ***, who is my *** advised me it's all in the terms and conditions and that it's my problem, okay, but I don't remember seeing that. If personal credit was going to be used, it should have been my decision, especially since I'm doing it in my business name. *** should have explained this thoroughly, and he didn't. He then said, this is usually done like this when you've been in business a short time; he then says, I see you've only been in business for 8 years, but I've been in business for 12 years, and I have excellent business credit; there were so many mistakes made in this process, like Quick Sparks even paying the wrong vendor causing a delay in me getting my equipment. I will never do business with this company again and I will tell every business person that asks me about leasing with them to steer clear. Dishonest.
On 10/8, I went to Matterport to buy a Matterport Pro Lite infrared camera for $1,995
On 10/8, I went to Matterport to buy a Matterport Pro Lite infrared camera for $1,995. Matterport told me to use their "preferred" lender Quickspark Financial. When I looked into them, they seemed like a regular finance company that specializes in equipment loans. After talking about the terms for 2-3 days, we signed what I thought was a loan. But it turns out, they tricked me with an "equipment lease." This lease makes me pay 100% of 24 payments of over $153 for a $1,995 camera, no matter when I pay it off. I made it clear that I wanted to pay it off early. Both Matterport and James Palafox from Quickspark assured me that it was possible. I didn't even notice that they changed the servicer from Quickspark to Time Payment on the final document. I found out about this just 2 days ago. I matched the monthly amount with the duration and trusted that everything else we discussed would be in the agreement. But it wasn't. I have several documents and emails that talk about a loan and a finance transaction. I even have an email where they tried to include a $69.00 service subscription in the "lease." I told them to remove it from my LOAN. Is it normal to include recurring service subscriptions in a lease? They only slipped it in the very last document. Many people on the ComplaintsBoard.com have had the same experience. I only found out about all of this when I tried to pay off the camera 2 days ago. If I have to stick to this agreement, I will end up paying over 200% of the RETAIL value of the device. This is not what I asked for and not what was explained to me. I asked about early payoff multiple times to avoid this situation. I'm really angry and I think there could be a class action lawsuit here.
